Coming back to the epi, I'll say it was Magalir Mattum (women only) a Tamil film with just two main guys. In Tamil also there were two main guys - the hero and villain (Kamal came in the end; & Naseer was the villain.) All u gals should watch it. It's standout was Nagesh a comic actor of yesteryears who acted as a corpse. Here Adhi & Avdhoot.

But this is what I've saying for the past 3-4 months. Had they concentrated on all actors, u can see the result.

Lubina Salim was wonderful. So two mothers vying for their daughter's affection; but the child goes to the one who doesn't have money but loads of money. Hopefully they show Sat realising this. Because she too loves her daughter but wants to own her. That's not done.

But each of the women acted to her mettle. I loved having Kamini back. Has Adhi resigned from CBI job? He is better off as fashion consultant for Anami (actually even I prefer such suggestions than what a fashion designer would). But he needs to improvise on his speaking and eye movt. They r crucial in acting.

Did Anami feel guilty of fooling Sat or was she interested in the kheer. I'd like to know.

Y'day it was goodbye Laddoo. So will he come in the last episode? And will MP cme. I have a strong feeling since Tom Alter is dead, they'll show it as voice recording when Vats comes back. I am sure Dhaamo knows and she has gone to bring him back. MP will also accompany her probably. He was after all Guruji's student.

Precap: Avdhoot-Kamini; BD-Sat-Gayatri. Vikram & Pujan missing. And I am sure Anami will pass out in the press conference (her brother's dreams will help her wade thru'; so no insult or humiliation on that front when Avdhoot tries it thru' reporters. Also BD and Sat will be there to guide her - the Durga Puja symbolism). And when the voice recording comes out, and Sat is caught, it will be Anami who will bail her out with Adhi I think. And probably that's when Sat will realise. And her prayer of today will come true. Anami will wholeheartedly accept her. In a way Vats coming back is nice. Because only then Anami will realise her mother won't let her go now. And she spoke of giving up her life for the Pandits. U gals, any idea. Or was it just a figurative speech?

Anyway I am going enjoy episodes if they r doled out this way.

BTW: does anyone of u know how to download from Hotstar and save for future offline. Coz,I am sure HS will take away this serial from their site. And I am not a paid member. Don't intend to either.Some epi of this, I'd like to see over and over again later. Especially the beginnings.

When I'm in India we always shop at smaller shops. Not only are they more dependable, but also a lot of them actually have better quality and more variety than bigger shops. Bigger shops take after the Western mall where every Bay has basically the same clothes or every Walmart carries the same products. But the smaller shops carry what the owner wants and what he/she thinks their customers want. Also smaller shop owners often know repeat customers.

If I was to go to a big shop I would be immediately labelled foreigner and charged exorbitant prices, but because the small shop owners know my cousins or some of them are close friends/neighbours, they don't do that even knowing I am a foreigner.

Not only that but smaller shop owners care, at least that's what I find. If you don't find something then they are willing to go that extra mile to find it for you. 2 years ago when I was in India I saw this beautiful anarkali that I absolutely loved, but I wanted it in a different colour. The shop owner cared enough to say that he would get it for us and drop it off. 3 days later, true to his word, he did. And it was the perfect shade as well. When I did the same at a bigger shop, the salesperson didn't really care. He just said, "bas yehi hai hamare paas".
