Part 4
Kumud is sitting in the puja room. Suddenly, she hears Saras's voice and comes out. Both of them emotionally hug each other. Saras sees the tears falling from Kumud's eyes. He said, "Don't cry. Come with me to the room."
After going to the room Saras asked, "What had happened to me? Why did I treat you like that?"
Kumud: You don't really remember anything?
Saras: I don't remember anything but I only remember that someone is holding me tightly & controlling my entire system that I literally lose my control & I feel that person has entered my body.
Kumud: Whatever has happened, forget it. Only you remember God. Everything will be fine.
Saras: If God is there why does he give you so much of troubles & sorrows? You are his devotee.
Kumud: I am not sad I am quite happy.
Saras: I could not give you the happiness even for 2 days. I thought of giving you an overflowing love. I had all the plans to take you abroad for our honeymoon but all the dreams got shattered. I think somebody is envying our love.
Kumud: Don't say like that. When we are together, that is the most beautiful moments of our life & when you are with me, I feel that I am complete. If you get well I will think that I got everything.
Saras: Will I get well like before?
Kumud: Why not? You will get well. God will cure you. One minute, I am coming.
Saras: Where are you going?
Kumud: I am getting something for you to eat as you didn't eat anything last night.
Saras: Please don't go. I want to be with you, spend time with you & look at your beautiful face. I don't want anything else.
Kumud: I am not running away. I am always with you but if you don't have anything, you will become weak.
Kumud goes to Guniyal & Ghuman. She said, "Saras is fine. We had our moments."
She goes to the kitchen & to get the breakfast for Saras. However, after going to Saras in his room she finds Saras possessed by the ghost yet again. Kumud screams.
The ghost inside Saras said, "Come near me."
He laughs evilly & closes the door & start misbehaving with her.
Kumud screams. The entire family comes to the room. Guniyal & Ghuman console Kumud.
Meanwhile, Vidyachatur reaches Tantrik's place. The tantrik askes, "For how many days this has been happening?"
Vidyachatur: For the past to 3 days. I heard a lot about you.
Tantrik: Nothing to worry. I will heal him. Just sprinkle the Vibhuti & neem on him. The spirit will leave & it will never come back.
Vidyachatur brings Tantrik home. The spirit inside Saras said, "Get lost. How dare you come here?"
Vidyachatur: How does the ghost now that you have come?
Tantrik: All the ghosts & spirits know me. I will still go there.
The family takes the tantrik to Saras's room.
The lights are off and on.
Tantrik: So it is all your work.
Ghost: How did you like it?
Tantrik: So you know English?
Ghost: Yes.
Kusum inside Saras talks in Punjabi. She said, "I know many languages. Yo know only Hindi."
Tantrik: Whatever you want to talk, you talk in Hindi.
Kusum: You think that you are too great but you can't do anything to me. If you want to see my power, come near me.
Tantrik: I don't say that I am great but you have become a great problem to the family. I have come to drive you.
He goes near. The ghost tries to beat him using Saras's body but Tantrik pushes him & said, "Jai Bajrang bali, Jai Mahakali."
The ghost pleads, "Please leave me."
The tantrik chants the mantras & throws vibhuti.
Kusum screams. Tantrik stops. Kusum pushes him. Vidyachatur comes & helps the Tantrik to get up.
Kusum: So you think that you are a magician.
Kumud tries to go further but Guniyal & Ghuman stop her.
Kusum: Even you see my powers today. Did you see what I did to Tantrik? No one can drive me out.
Laxminandan: Why are you after my son? He is newly married. Why don't you let them live in peace?
Kusum: Because I hate him. He is a cheat. I will get peace only after killing him.
Laxminandan: What did he do to you? I know my son very well. He cannot harm anybody.
Kusum: Your son is very innocent. What do you know about him? He is a womanizer. I will torture him & kill him.
She laughs evilly.
Saras: Kumud Kumud.
Kumud: Leave my husband.
Kusum: Saras is mine. You are my souten.
Kumud is shocked.
Laxminandan: What do you mean?
Kusum: If you don't believe, then you see the ring.
She opens the drawer & shows the ring in which Kusum was written. The ghost said, "I am Kusum. It was the same weather."
Kusum's version of flashback
It was raining heavily. Some of the boys were chasing her & they caught up with her. Kusum screamed for help. Saras's car was passing. It had stopped. Saras rescues her.
Kusum: Thanks a lot.
Saras: Why are you out at this time?
Kusum: I had gone to my friends birthday party. As soon as I came out some goons began to chase me.
Saras: I stay close by. You stay in my room this night. I will drop you at the hostel the next day.
Both reach the room. Saras gets the towel for her to wipe her head & body.
Kusum goes to the room. Saras gets the milk from the kitchen. He goes to Kusum. The lights are suddenly off. She shouts for help & cries.
Later, Saras said, "Whatever has happened, that cannot be brought back. I will talk to my dad & marry you at the earliest. It is the promise."
Both exchange rings.
Flashback ends.
Kusum: But he married Kumud & I killed myself. But I was not at peace. I decided to take my revenge.
Laxminandan: Please don't do that. If I knew all these, I would have got Saras married to you.
Kumud: No, this ghost is lying. I know Saras very well. He can't think of any woman other than me.
Kusum: What did you say? Am I a liar?
She throws the vase on Kumud's head. The latter gets injured.
Tantrik: That is why I don't allow women. Take her from here.
He continues with his mantra & drives Kusum's spirit away.
Saras is gasping. Laxminandan & Danny go to him.
Tantrik: Nothing to worry. I will prepare a sacred thread for Saras which he has to tie, so the spirit won't come to him again. Till then, it is advisable for your DIL to be away. Otherwise, Kusum's soul will attack again. Once that thread comes on his wrist then Kumud can be with him
He leaves.
