Wonderful Nisha !

Such emotional move by Ashvin. Daddu is stunted and his 'yorker' is knocked out of the stadium by Ashvin. Mandira is at a complete loss.

I'm a little bit upset with Daddu for the stinging words.

I hope Trisha doesn't think it is also paying his debt and understands his love 😔

Great plot move by Nisha that forces issues in to the open. Wherever Ashvin goes from here professionally and personally, it's not piggy riding that the old pop can throw on face for sure anymore. Mandira needs a good shock absorber and the best shock absorber for her is to hit the zone of 'This shall also pass'. Menacing toughness of Dadu met with equally menacing ' had enough now no more ' from Ashvin. Whatever this couple build from here on is just theirs. Good thing is Ashvin gets to get out of the restaurant franchising that hasn't got his heart on it.

Had a Diwali do last night. My pantry was empty. Had to load it up to even think of what I wanted to make for Deepavali. Pathetic timing on the health check up routine front to get stuck my labs for blood work later this week. It was frequent food comas when parents were here and we all went with the flow with all the goodies. I thought if pantry is kept bare minimal then I won't go end up making and stuffing myself with 😆 . Nisha it's not fair that you make all the goodies a week early to just keep having them. Gee how I wish nothing showed on my labs!!!! 😕 . Okay eat a couple more on my behalf too of the yummy besan laddoo.

Made Apple rabdi yday, kala Chana chaat with mango and kuzhi paniyarams baked in a muffin pan and chocolate chip cookie for the teens.

For Deepavali I will get started now on Dry fruit laddoo , cocunut barfi and methipare again baked. Co sister is visiting on work and is getting us mixture Made assisted by MIL.

Deepavali wishes to all you folks here in advance. Crazy weekend it's been.

That fateful evening a decade ago had almost been driven Ashvin to Harakiri we learn. What a terrible series of events has followed .he lost his dad, quit studies, list a friend went into rehab and was treated as a parish by the family. He has emerged stronger.
He hatched a plan thinking of revenge. Now that he is deeply in love he feels he has had enough .
He urged his mother to breathe. The strangle hold had made him crave for fresh air it appears. The silver fox did not expect this for sure. Though the star fish and scouting for property and Rachit acted as catalysts,Ashvin has told Trisha they have to move on.
It doesn't behove the old man to taunt and doubt Ashvin now.
He has ignored the lad made him feel wretched and Ashvin seems justified in his stance.
The outburst is warranted in every way. What will the next move he?
Would he and Trisha move to Ullal?
Would they transform the restaurant ? Would the two become the strength of the other.?
Would he be allowed to walk away?
Would Sharanbir back out realising the intensity of the outburst?

On the occasion of Deepavali
Another story is hatching in my brain, or I should say, deep frying... or soaking in sugar syrup... since its mithai namkeen time

I might write the first chapter tonight

Afterall stories let our mind wander to faraway places and meet amazing people... all for free

Love the thought that you have new ideas floating about Nisha.

But it would be really great if you tie up the loose ends for us in previous stories, alongside too. The bonus of reading more of your tales is always tempting but with your characters being so lifelike and taking over our imagination, please do the needful and sing a 'mangalam' for SOSY, ID and Wave before the new story takes flight.
