Unres finally *sighs at self*
I was tearing and laughing through the entire OS. What a beautiful representation of the truth of SitaRama and BharyaKrishna. The truth of all of them being LakshmiNarayana, and thus all of them having gone through every step of Sita's life. The love Krishna has for the eight of them is beautifully portrayed, and His loving words, reassuring them to not feel guilty or to grieve the past life. As He said, it was all for Loka Kalyan, and for that alone.
The satisfaction Dau has when the Surpankha part came :P :P I was giggling through that. And the beauty of love that each of them have for the other- I am in awe of Vasudeva Kudumbam, of the absolute unity they have. And the image of Krishna's head on Maa Devaki's lap and Dau's on her shoulder- sheer beauty; it brings tears!

This entire OS is all things marvellous, and you have broken the stereotype people have about the Bharya. Speaking of that, I feel like the reason there is a stereotype about them is only because Kaliyuga people are simply unable to accept that Krishna had 8 wives, all eight were Lakshmis, and most importantly, that He loved all equally. People believe that He couldn't have loved more than one simply because their perspective is limited. They don't use logic. Would Vishnu marry anyone but Lakshmi? If Rukmini was poorna Mahalakshmi, then why were the other seven even needed? Would the Lord of all people be unequal and say, Mahalakshmi will be one, and the others will be ansh? It makes no sense. I just wish there were more people like us, who don't blindly stick to the scriptures, and logically wonder about many things.

Okay sorry. Rant over 😆😆
But truly, your OS was beautiful, and you have exceeded your previous works with this.

P.S. I want Ksheera-Sesha pleej 😛

Omg, thanks for such a long and detailed comment honey, it made my morning. 🤗

Haha, I hear you about the rant. And yes, I agree. The monogamy of today's society has blinded everyone in regards to history. Obviously I am a monogamist myself, and I do believe it is morally the best form of marriage, but things were different in the ancient era and I respect that. When it comes to the Gods, accusing them of "favoritism" among their wives and children is ridiculous because God doesn't have favorites, and just because he's in human form doesn't make him a complete human. We see the effect of this 'monogamy superiority' thinking in historical shows too. In Sony Tv's Peshwa Bajirao, Baji's first wife Kashi is being shown as ignorant, negligent and possessive just to justify Baji's marriage with his second wife Mastani, who was supposedly his 'true love' though history says he gave love and respect to both his wives, even if Mastani was his favorite, he never neglected Kashi like it's being shown. He had four children with Kashi, two of which were born after his marriage to Mastani, so obviously he didn't "leave" his first wife. *rolls eyes*. This type of hypocrisy and one-way thinking is so common in mythos and historicals nowadays. If a man had multiple wives, one of them is superior to the others. One of them is mahaan while the others are vamps. Take Jodha Akbar and Chandra Nandini for example. Jodha and Nandini (a fictional character) are the mahaan wives of Akbar and Chandragupta while Ruqaiya and Helena, both of whom were known to be highly intelligent and supportive of their husbands, and also loved and respected by them, become the vamps who go to the extent of trying to kill their husband's children by his other wives. 🤢

Honestly, directors should be prohibited from showing such disgusting stuff. Why don't people do anything? Why is history being allowed to be maligned? It's quite ridiculous, and this 'holier than thou' attitude to support the so-called "tragic love stories" is quite annoying. People are so obsessed with the idea of "one eternal soulmate" but the reality is, human beings are flawed, and during a time in society when multiple wives were accepted, the ultimate soulmate was a myth, as most marriages were political alliances and men generally honored all their wives, or if they were evil, none at all.

Anyway, there I am with my own rant. 😆 But yeah, the modern mindset of the 'ultimate soulmate' which makes people think Krishna could not possible love all his wives is highly annoying and plain untrue.

I'm thinking of writing Sita swayamvar and Sita's exile from the bharya's perspective too. 😉

Ksheera-Sesha will come up in a few days. :)
