"NAHI!"

yells Naina

Rajveer stops with a jerk. His heart skips a beat with this sudden yelling of Naina's. He looks towards his hand which Naina is holding. Changing his vision from his hand towards Naina, he gives her a questioning look.

"Kya hua? Tumhe toh Dr. Shalini se milna haina? Toh ab kya hua?"

asks Rajveer

Naina looks down in nervousness and leaves his hand. She needs to think of something, an excuse to save herself from going to Dr. Shalini's room, but, she also cannot tell him the truth.

Rajveer waits for Naina to say something. He is sensing something very fishy in her behaviour. Constantly, she is trying her best to free her hand from his grip, but in vain. Instead of letting her go, Rajveer makes his grip stronger. Naina's heartbeat picks up pace by every passing second.

Naina knows she has no way out, so, she needs to give him an answer. Looking back up in his eyes, Naina gathers some courage up to speak.

"Sir...wo..."

says Naina, stammering

"Haan mein sun raha hoon."

says Rajveer

With her eyes, Naina signals him to look towards her hand which he is holding. Following her vision, he notices what she is pointing towards. So, she needs Rajveer to leave her so she can go to Captain Abhimanyu's room? Nope, that is not happening.

Understanding her unsaid words perfectly, Rajveer makes his grip firm on her wrist. He knows her well enough! If opportunity given, she won't think twice before escaping. This succeeds in making her heart to skip a beat. She looks up towards Rajveer and finds him gazing at her intensity.

Naina shuts her eyes tightly as she gathers some courage to speak up. Opening her eyes, she decides to make an excuse.

"Sir...wo hum Shalini ma'am ke room mein nahi ja sakte."

informs Naina

Rajveer gets suspicious

"Kyun?"

he asks, sternly

Naina does not utter a word as she needs to think of another lie.

"Aapko toh Dr. Shalini se milna tha na Cadet Singh?"

he asks her further

Naina lowers her eyes out of nervousness. She constantly changes her vision from one thing to another while Rajveer does not leave her wrist at all.

With his other hand, Rajveer puts his index finger under Naina's chin and forces her to look back up in his eyes.

"Batao Naina"

orders Rajveer

Naina's heartbeat picks up pace while his touch sends shivers in her entire body. She looks intensely in his eyes. Anger and jealousy is evident in Rajveer's eyes.

"Sir wo Shalini ma'am so gayi hogi na issi liye"

replies Naina, stammering

Rajveer does not utter a word as he keeps staring in her dark brown eyes. So she will not admit the truth so easily? Alright great Cadet Naina Singh Aaluwalia. You have challenged Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat. He knows how to make her confess.

All the flashbacks starts to play in his head when for the first time she sneaked in his room and hid behind the curtains . That day and today, she is still hiding something from him. But, something she fails to understand is only Rajveer knows how to handle her.

Smirking, he leaves her wrist and takes a step backwards to give Naina some space. Naina takes a sigh of relief on thinking that Rajveer has dismissed the topic. She turns around to leave when she hears Rajveer's voice from the back.

"Cadet Singh!"

he calls her.

Naina turns around immediately and looks in his eyes. What now? Please let her go!

"Yes...yes sir?"

asks Naina, nervously

Naina gets confused as she finds Rajveer standing a step away from her, smirking and his arms crossed over his chest.

With his arms crossed, he walks around her and now stands right behind her, so now, Naina's back is facing Rajveer's front.

"Aap yahan se issi liye jana chahti hain ke Dr. Shalini so gayyi hongi ya phir aap mujhse ye chupana chahti hain ke aap yahan kyun aayi thi?"

he asks her, smirking.

Naina turns around and faces him immediately. Oh god, he has caught her lies. Cadet Amardeep Huda, you are now dead by both Rajveer and Naina.

"Hmmm?"

he repeats his question

"Mein...mein kya chupa rahi hoon?"

Asks Naina, stammering

"Sach"

replies Rajveer

Naina's heartbeat picks up pace as she finds him taking a step towards her. In nervousness, Naina takes a step backwards.

"Mein...mein aapse kuch nahi chupa rahi hoon sir."

replies Naina, her eyes cascaded towards

Rajveer smirks as he takes another step towards her. Why lie Naina when you know he'll find out the truth now or later. And you should know that he will not let you leave until you utter the truth out. Naina takes another step backwards.

"Really Cadet Singh? Aap mujhse kuch nahi chupa rahi hain?"

asks Rajveer

"No...no sir!"

replies Naina

"Agar aap mujhse kuch chupa nahi rahi hain toh aap itna ghabra kyun rahi hain?"

asks Rajveer, smirking

Naina closes her eyes tightly out of fear and nervousness. She knows she has no way out and it would be better if she tells him about Huda's bet herself because if he finds out from someone else, Naina is totally gone along with Huda and Captain Abhimanyu.

Naina opens her eyes. Just when she is about to utter a word, she finds Dr. Shalini coming towards them with an empty jug in her hand.

"Mar gayi...ye Dr. Shalini ko bhi abhi aana tha?"

mumbles Naina

This does not go unheard by Rajveer. He turns around and finds Dr. Shalini there who is completely unaware of Rajveer and Naina's presence.

"Dr. Shalini!"

says Rajveer

Hearing this, Dr. Shalini stops in her tracks as his voice drags her attention. She looks up and finds Rajveer and Naina standing few meters away.

Taking few steps, Dr. Shalini reaches Rajveer and Naina. She checks out Naina from top to bottom and gets surprised after finding her in a red saree. Dr. Shalini's mouth is half open seeing Naina like this.

"Cadet Singh! You are looking beautiful!"

complements Dr. Shalini

"Thanks...thanks ma'am!"

replies Naina, stammering, her eyes cascaded downwards

Naina is extremely nervous as this is the last thing she expected. She was just about to tell Rajveer the whole truth and now Dr. Shalini came. Rajveer looks towards Naina and finds her getting nervous by every passing second.

Looking towards Dr. Shalini, he decides to ask her about the truth.

"Dr. Shalini kya Cadet Singh or aap ko is time kahin jana tha?"

asks Rajveer

Dr. Shalini gets confused and looks towards Naina questioningly. With her eyes, Naina pleads Dr. Shalini to say "yes" but unfortunately, Dr. Shalini fails to understand Naina's unsaid words.

Dr. Shalini looks towards Rajveer.

"Captain aapko lagta hai ke mein is time wo bhi apne night suit mein kahin jaoongi?"

she questions him back pointing towards her night suit.

"Toh is ka mathlab aap or Naina ka kahin bahir jane ka koi plan nahi tha?"

he asks her further

Dr. Shalini narrows her eyes on both Naina and Rajveer. She fails to understand whatever the hell is going on between them, but, she decides to stay out of their matter. Dr. Shalini senses that Naina has lied to Rajveer about something and to hide her truth, she has made an excuse. Dr. Shalini wants to help Naina, but she cannot because somewhere Dr. Shalini knows Rajveer's feelings towards Naina. Dr. Shalini knows that only Rajveer can handle Naina so she decides not to interfere in this matter.

"No Captain hum kahin nahi ja rahe thay!"

answers Dr. Shalini

As soon as Rajveer hears this, it succeeds in making him angry. He looks towards Naina and finds her looking downwards in nervousness. So, she has lied to Rajveer again. You don't know what's coming next Naina. You'll have to pay for your lies.

"Kya hua Captain aapko kuch kaam tha?"

asks Dr. Shalini

This drags Rajveer's attention towards Dr. Shalini.

"No doc!"

answers Rajveer trying to stay calm.

"Okay Goodnight then!"

wishes Dr. Shalini

With that, Dr. Shalini leaves from there leaving Rajveer and Naina behind.

Naina's heartbeat picks up pace by every passing second. God! What to do now? She needs to fly away from here as soon as possible before Rajveer questions her any further.

Rajveer's eyes starts blazing with anger and jealousy. How dare she lie to him? She has not seen the real side of Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat. She has not seen his jealous side. He can do anything when it comes to Naina.

"Mein chalti hoon..."

says Naina, immediately

With that, she rushes from there and tries to run away. Rajveer's right hand turns into a fist. Before she can run away, he quickly reaches her and grabs her left hand's wrist with his right hand.

This succeeds in making her heart to skip a beat. She tries her best to get out of his hold, but in vain. He is much stronger than she thinks.

"Cadet Singh mujhe academy ke bahir kuch kaam hai. Why don't you accompany me?

asks Rajveer, rather orders

Without waiting for her answer, he drags her towards his jeep. He will get her to confess the truth, by hook or by crook.

Without protesting, Naina follows him towards his jeep. Today, she has seen fire in his eyes, the type of fire that shows his possessiveness and his love for Naina. Naina knows for sure that he will not leave her until he gets his answers from her.

Where on the other hand, Rajveer is dragging Naina towards his jeep while anger and jealousy is evident in his eyes. How can she lie to him? And when her lie was caught, she tried running away from his questions. Cadet Naina Singh Aaluwalia, you have forgotten that you are dealing with Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat. What made you think he will let you escape so easily?

After a while, they both reach towards his jeep. Dragging Naina towards the left side of the jeep, he opens the door for her and signals her to get inside. This irritates Naina. Firstly, he is taking her somewhere without telling her where and now, he is not even uttering a single word.

Finally Rajveer lets go off her wrist. Wanting to ask him, Naina looks towards Rajveer irritatingly.

"Aap..."

says Naina, irritated, but stops abruptly.

With his right hand's index finger, Rajveer points it towards Naina and warns her not to utter a single word. This succeeds in making her heart to skip a beat. Moving his finger from Naina towards the seat, he signals her to take a seat without saying a word.

This irritates Naina to an extent. What the hell does he think of himself? How can he ask her to shut up? Knowing that she has to follow his order, she lowers her eyes out of irritation. In frustration, she takes a step towards the seat and finally settles herself on the seat. Irritation and frustration is evident on Naina face which makes Rajveer to smile a little.

He stares at her for couple of seconds and notices her each reaction very carefully. Lowering his gaze, he shuts the jeep door and makes his way on the right side of the jeep. Getting on the driver's side, he also settles himself down. Giving a look towards Naina, he finally starts the jeep while Naina completely ignores his gaze and purposely looks out the window.

Their journey is a silent one. Rajveer and Naina, they keep stealing glances at each other from the corner of their eyes throughout the whole drive. After few minutes, Rajveer looks towards Naina and notices something. Looking back forward, he suddenly stops the jeep with a jerk. This succeeds in making Naina to jerk which leads her to fall forward from her seat. But, before she can fall forward, Rajveer puts his left arm out in front of her, to save her from going forward.

Naina's breathing rate gets heavier and her heartbeat picks up pace. Her eyes are closed out of fear. After few seconds, she finally opens her eyes and looks towards Rajveer, she finds him already starring at her with irritation.

Failing to understand, she decides to ask him.

"Kya hua? Aapne achanak se jeep kyun rook di sir?"

asks Naina, confusingly

For few minutes, Rajveer looks towards Naina. Through his eyes, he signals her to look towards her left side. Following his vision, Naina looks on her left side, but fails to understand what he is pointing towards. Looking back towards Rajveer, she gives him a questioning look.

Understanding that Naina did not understand, Rajveer starts leaning in towards her. This succeeds in making her heart to skip a beat. She does not know what just happened to him suddenly. Hesitantly, Naina moves back a little as she lowers her eyes out of shyness. She can feel Rajveer's hot breath over her skin due to their closeness.

Naina immediately closes her eyes out of nervousness and blush. Rajveer smirks a little seeing Naina's vulnerability, but, no he will not leave her so easily. She has to answer his questions. After a while Naina opens her eyes and finds Rajveer sitting back on his seat comfortably, his arms crossed over his chest and a stern look on his face.

With his right hand's index finger, he signals her look at herself. With his indication, Naina looks towards herself and finds herself in a seat belt. This is when she realises what he was trying to say. She looks back towards him.

"tum koi choti bachi nahi ho ke tumhe ye bhi batana pare ke hamesha seat belt lagani chahiye"

scolds Rajveer, sternly

This succeeds in making Naina angry and more frustrated. What is wrong with him? Why is he talking to her like that today? This is the first time she has seem him this way, acting really strange. Enough is enough, she needs to ask him. She looks towards Rajveer in irritation.

"aapko aaj ho kya gayya hai sir? Aap mujhse itne gusse mein baat kyun kar rahe hain?"

asks Naina

This succeeds in bringing up Rajveer's anger to another level. First of all, she lied to him, and now, she is daring to ask him about the reason behind his behaviour? Wow! Rajveer's eyes starts blazing with anger and jealousy on the thought of Naina going towards Captain Abhimanyu's room. In frustration, he gets off from the jeep and walks towards the other side of the jeep where Naina is sitting. Reaching the left side, he opens the door. Grabbing Naina by her left elbow, he pulls her out of the jeep and shuts the door behind her.

Naina's eyes starts blazing with anger while jealousy is evident in Rajveer's eyes. Naina is now trapped between him and the door.

"tum mujhse jhoot bol sakti ho or mein tumse gusse se bhi baat nahi kar sakta?

he asks her, sternly, raising his voice a little.

This surprises Naina. When did she lie to him? She looks towards Rajveer in confusion.

"Maine aapse kab jhoot bola?"

asks Naina, confusingly

This succeeds in raising Rajveer's anger to another level. She just lied to him few minutes ago, and now she is asking him? He makes his grip tight on her right elbow, as a sign of warning her not to lie to him. Naina's breath hitches at this and it succeeds in making her heart to skip a beat. Even she is Cadet Naina Singh Aaluwalia, she will not give up so easily.

"tumne mujhse kaha ke tum Dr. Shalini se milne ja rahi ho per Dr. Shalini ka kehna toh kuch or hi hai. Ab batao ke tum faculty quarters mein kya kar rahi thi? wo bhi itni raat ko?"

asks Rajveer, sternly.

His voice shows his possessiveness and jealousy. Naina's heartbeat picks up pace as he utters each word. God! He is questioning her like her husband. Now she understands what lie he is referring towards. But the question is, should she reveal the truth about the bet? or not? As soon as she is about to answer his question, a thought crosses her mind which succeeds in reaching her anger to another level: this is the first time she wearing a red saree in front of him, and instead of complementing, he is getting angry at her? She has decided that she will not tell him the truth until he complements her.

"Mein wahan Dr. Shalini se hi milne aayi thi!"

replies Naina, looking intensely in his eyes, her eyes reflects her irritation which Rajveer fails to understand.

What a white lie she is telling. In irritation, Rajveer leaves her elbow and takes a step back.

"Tum mujhse jhoot kyun bol rahi ho?"

asks Rajveer, in irritation

Naina looks towards him in frustration as she crosses both of her arms over her chest. Rajveer fails to understand the reason behind Naina's strange behaviour.

"Jhoot hi sahi mein kuch bol toh rahi hoon na...or aapne...aapne toh kuch bola hi nahi"

whines Naina, making a puppy face.

This succeeds in making Rajveer's heart to skip a beat. He has no idea what Naina is trying to say and what happened to her suddenly? Why is she whining? He gives her a questioning look.

"Mathlab? "

asks Rajveer, confused; raising his left eyebrow as his heartbeat picks up pace.

Again, Naina looks towards him in frustration. She is giving him hints and he failing to understand her words, or is he just acting that he does not understand? Of course he understands perfectly what Naina is trying to say.

Naina has had enough with this. With her right hand's index finger, Naina points it towards Rajveer while her eyes starts blazing with anger.

"Mathlab ye Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat ke mein jab se aayi hoon aap mere uppar gussa hi kiye ja rahe hain. Aaj pehli baar maine saree pehni hai or wo bhi aapke samne. Meri tareef karne ke bajaye aap mujhe dant..."

yells Naina but stops abruptly as something happens that shocks her.

Naina stops midway in her sentence as she finds her lips covered by Rajveer's right palm, in order to get her to be quiet. This succeeds in making Naina's heart to skip a beat and she freezes in her place. This is the first time Naina is feeling his warm touch over her soft lips.

Where as Rajveer, he has no idea what and why he did that. But now, for the first time, he had felt her lips. For the first time, he is feeling her so close to him. He looks towards Naina who's eyes are closed out of the sudden action. Rajveer smirks at seeing his effect on Naina.

Still with his hand on her lips, he takes a step towards her.

"Naina!!"

whispers Rajveer, huskily and lovingly

A shiver goes through Naina's spine as she hears her name called by Rajveer in such a way and her heartbeat picks up pace. Slowly and hesitantly, Naina looks up in Rajveer's eyes.

She gets stunned by the unconditional love that she sees in his eyes. She can see his jealousy and possessiveness. She is not able to believe that someone can love her to this extent. He loves her unconditionally, with his mind, soul, and heart! His eyes are the way to his heart and Naina can see clearly whatever is in his heart.

Rajveer knows this is the right time to ask Naina about the reason why she was in faculty quarters. Removing his palm from her lips, he takes a step back while a smirk is prominent on his face. He crosses his arms over his chest.

"Ab batao Naina! Tum faculty quarters mein kya kar rahi thi?"

asks Rajveer, calmly.

This succeeds in making her heart to skip a beat and her heart swells with love. He has asked her so sweetly that she is not able to control herself from telling him the truth.

"Sir..wo.. actually...Huda ne mujhse shart lagayi thi ke agar mein red saree pehan ke..ke Captain Abhimanyu ke room mein jaongi toh wo revolt mein hamara sath dega!"

replies Naina, stammering, her eyes cascaded downwards.

This succeeds in making Rajveer's heart to skip a beat, with love! He knows that Naina never loved Huda, but in a way, for Rajveer, she wore a red saree and accepted Huda's bet because Rajveer was the one who asked her to revolt, and just for him, she did such a thing.

"Bohut kamal ki shart lagai thi Cadet Huda ne"

blurts out Rajveer, looking intensely in her eyes.

Naina breath hitches in her throat as she hears his words. She looks at him intensity while her cheeks starts to turn hot red under his constant intense gaze.

"Kyun?"

asks Naina, still keeping the eye contact.

"Kyunke is khoobsaurati ke liye koi revolt toh kya jaan bhi de sakta hai"

replies Rajveer

Another big blush creeps on Naina's face as he utters each word. Naina lowers her eyes out of shyness and her cheeks turn hot red.

When he sees her blushing, this is when he realises what exactly he has uttered. He lowers his eyes out of shyness while a smile creeps on Naina's lips! So finally, Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat has complemented her.

Biting his lower lip in nervousness, Rajveer decides to explain and hide his feelings.

"I mean..tum is saree mein..ye saree achi lag rahi hai..tum is saree mein.. ye saree tum par bohut..actually..tum dono milkar..."

stammers Rajveer, unable to hide his feelings

Smiling, lowering his eyes, Rajveer gathers some courage up to speak further. Looking back up, he looks in her eyes, smiling.

"Tum is saree mein bohut achi lag rahi ho"

he finally utters these words, smiling and blushing.

It makes Naina's heart to skip a beat as a huge smile creeps on her lips as she hears a complement from Rajveer. This is what she wanted, and without doing much, he has finally said those words!

Rajveer's heart melts seeing Naina smiling freely. Today, he has seen a different Naina in her, the one he always wanted to see. He always wanted her to live her life normally and simply.

He realises what he has said. He does not regret complementing her, but for now, he needs to hide his feelings because he is afraid that their relationship might not work out.

"And ...I...maine kabhi tumhe aise college mein.."

he is unable to put his feelings into words

Although Naina knows what exactly Rajveer is trying to say, but, she loves his vulnerability and his shyness at the moment. In order to get him to speak up, she gives him a fake questioning look

"I mean KMA mein..you know...it's the first time..so.."

explains Rajveer.

Another big smile creeps on Naina's lips as she enjoys his vulnerability.

"Thanks!!...for the complement"

she utters, smiling, without realising what she has said.

Rajveer's expressions changes at this. His smile vanishes from his face after hearing Naina's words. So, she thinks he is only giving her a complement? It hurts him to the core. Does she not understand that it was not just a complement, but something much more than that?

"Of course!! It's a complement...just..a..complement"

says Rajveer

His voice reflects his pain. His face shows how much he is hurt by her words. As soon as Naina hears this, she realises what she has said and how much it had hurt him.

The next thing she finds is Rajveer turning his back towards her and taking a step away from her. At that moment, a sudden desire builds up inside her, to shower all of her love on him. Before he can go away from her, Naina grabs his left wrist by her right hand, in order to stop him from going.

"I am sorry sir.. I didn't mean.."

says Naina, but stops abruptly as she finds Rajveer turning towards her.

Turning towards her, Rajveer looks towards Naina. Changing his vision from Naina to his wrist, he removes her hand from his wrist as he takes a step backwards.

Looking back up, he looks in Naina's eyes and finds a tear rolling down on her right cheek. He is not able to see tears in her eyes. In order to control his emotions, he shuts his eyes tightly.

After few seconds, he opens his eyes.

"It's okay Naina, you don't have to be sorry! Tumhe kya farak padta hai ke mein kya feel karta hoon"

he says, lowering his eyes.

How dare he even think that she does not care about his feelings? This is the last thing Naina wanted to hear from Rajveer. Her right hand turns into a fist as anger boils up inside her.

"Aap aisa kyun keh rahe hain?"

she asks him, her voice reflects her pain.

Rajveer looks up at her immediately and anger replaces in his eyes. He takes a step towards her.

"Kyun kuch galat keh dia maine?"

asks Rajveer, sternly

Naina's heartbeat picks up pace as she finds him taking a step towards her. He does not make an effort to lower his eyes. Cool! Even she will give him a tough challenge.

"Aap aisa kaise keh sakte hain ke mujhe koi farak nahi padta apki feelings se?"

she questions him back, still keeping the eye contact.

He takes another step towards her. You have forgotten Naina that you are talking to Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat! He has something else in mind, to make you confess about your feelings.

"Kya farak padhta hai tumhe?"

he questions her, looking intensely in her eyes.

Naina was not expecting such a bold question from him. Giving up, she finally lowers her eyes on this question.

This succeeds in reaching Rajveer's anger to another level. So, she will not confess so easily? In frustration, Rajveer takes a step back from her as his right hand turns into a fist.

"Tumhe kyun koi farak padega? Tum kisi ke kehne pe kuch bhi kar sakti ho, chahe wo Cadet Huda ki shart hi kyun na poori karna ho. Lekin jab tumse koi kuch poochta hai toh tum uska..."

he speaks nonstop but shuts up immediately.

Rajveer is not able to continue further as Naina grabs him by his wrist, pulling him towards her, she seals his lips with hers.

As soon as her lips touch his lips, her upper lip is nuzzled between Rajveer's lips and her lower lip is just below Rajveer's lower lip.

At first, Rajveer is shocked with such a bold action from Naina. He has no idea how to react. But, after few seconds, Rajveer presses his lips on hers as he bits her lips a little which leads Naina to moan. In order to support herself, she clutches his collar while he puts his right hand around her neck, to give her more support. Soon, the kiss turns into a passionate, aggressive and a heated one.

Rajveer starts giving her small pecks on her lips which leads Naina to clutch his collar tightly and moan with pleasure. After few seconds, they break their kiss. Both are breathing heavily as both of their heartbeat picks up pace.

Pulling back, they step away a little from each other to give themselves some time to catch their breath.

Naina's eyes are cascaded downwards out of shyness after what she just did. Rajveer looks towards a shy Naina and finds her cheeks turning red. He smiles at this as he knows what exactly Naina must be feeling right now.

Smirking, he starts taking steps towards her. Hesitantly, Naina looks up and finds him coming closer. With every step he takes, Naina's heartbeat picks up pace. She starts taking her steps back until her back hits the jeep door. Technically she is now trapped between Rajveer and the jeep.

Wanting to escape from this situation, she tries to go from the right side, but, Rajveer blocks her way by putting his hand on the jeep door, same repeats with the other side. Now, she knows that she has no escape this time. She'll have to face his coming up questions, and maybe, she might end up confessing her feelings for him.
