PART 14-a




Meanwhile at a not so luxurious yet beautiful house far from Mumbai. "Roli, this is Akhil, Siddhant's classmate and Shreya, his wife. And this one, their little cutie pie- Nia.' Aarav introduces the owners of the house to Roli as he playfully pulls the chubby cheek of their 2 year old daughter. Roli gives them a weak smile clearly showing her exhaustion. "I know them.I have seen them in Siddhant's photo collections...They are the same ones whom Sid helped to get married na?' asks Roli turning to Aarav. "Exactly! So he has told you everything. ya, he was the man who worked behind our rebellious marriage disobeying our families. And I must say, he is such a wonderful friend.' says Akhil, a tall guy in his late twenties. "Siddhant Bhai was talking so much about you the last time we met. No wonder, you are a perfect match for him.' says Shreya as she tries to control little Nia who kept playing with her mangalsutra. Roli shares a smile with her and goes near little Nia. "Will you play with Aunty?' asks her playfully as she gets the kid in her arms. Aarav, Akhil and Shreya smile as they watch Nia getting friendly with Roli instantly. "Coming to the serious matter, Sid might have told you how the things are.' begins Aarav, his smile replaced with a solemn expression now. "ya, He had told us..But don't worry, Roli will be absolutely safe here...It's after all a chance for us to aid Siddhant who has done so much for us...' says Akhil as he smiles. "ya Roli...So don't feel hesitant..We're much close to Siddhant Bhai and so for you...' says Shreya with a smile. Roli nods, though unsuccessful to hide the tensions inside her. "Fine then guys...I'll have to leave. Siddhant has asked me to return as soon as I drop Roli here.' says Aarav as he prepares to leave. "But Aarav, how can you leave just like that? You haven't even taken a tea' complains Shreya. "No problem Shreya. I'll leisurely have a grand lunch next time I come and then you may say; asking Aarav was a mistake' jokes Aarav making everyone including Roli laugh. "Fine Roli...No worries...have trust on Siddhant...he's definitely gonna find a way out.' says Aarav. Roli nods affirmatively, as Aarav smiles at her and steps out waving a bye to Akhil and Shreya.




Meanwhile at the security department. "Rahul, just get me the tower details of Siddhant's number.' orders Abhishek as he enters to the IT and cyber management team of the department. "But Abhishek sir?' begins Rahul, an employee in the department, being all confused. "Just obey what I say. Remember, I'm your senior in post.' Abhishek reminds rudely. "fine.' says Rahul as he works on the system meekly. "Look at the tower details from 11 pm last night to 2am this morning, be quick.' Abhishek orders anxiously. Rahul gives him a curt nod and processes the task on the system. "Give me two minutes.' Rahul says as he concentrates on the screen. Abhishek is kind of irritated but manages to be patient.




"here it is.' says Rahul finally after taking more than the time he asked for. Abhishek who has been waiting eagerly all the while quickly peeps in to the screen as Rahul scrolls the mouse button downwards. "Hmm. from 11 pm to 2 am right? Here, done. The location comes under the tower near RK theatres; means the tower which covers Siddhant sir's residence.' says Rahul shocking Abhishek. How can this happen, thinks Abhishek tensely. Little does he knows that Siddhant had kept his phone back in his home only, predicting an examination of this kind. He always knew that using his phone or SIM would end up as trouble when an investigation surfaces. So he has left his phone at his place all the while he went to save Roli. He has guessed that if the investigation points to him, his phone will be definitely tracked for tracing his locations. He knew that someone sharp can guess that he might have left his phone in his place, but in that case too they won't have any evidence against him and so all their attempts will prove futile.




"How is this possible? No .Jusust check once again. It can't be true.' says Abhishek hysterically. "Nothing wrong Abhishek sir, see the results. And see this, the signal from this number is from the tower I told; in fact the signal comes from the same tower right from 6:13 pm last day to till now. It's perfectly accurate data.' says Rahul. Abhishek is all confused for a moment but then gets the reason behind the results of tower details. "Siddhant...you're too crooked. He has closed all the doors perfectly. Don't know how I will solve this mystery.' mumbles Abhishek tensely.




Sid is at a state of extreme shock watching the contents of the memory card. He has never expected the matter to be so big. He himself cannot believe that his innocent Roli has got trapped in such a big mess. He cannot hide that he's worried; extremely worried. It's not gonna be an easy go matter as he have thought earlier. But whatever it is, he got to save his Roli from all these problems for sure. And for that he should have a clear idea of the happenings. So he quickly picks his other phone that he has purchased especially for the mission and dials up Roli. He waits for her to answer while his mind is filled with a load of questions he got to ask her.




I know you all were expecting the mystery to unveil in this update. But I was really suffering from a writer's block in this particular part of the story, not in concept but in getting things to the paper. Now that I have made a start, I think I can progress with it much easily. Will post the rest half of the update positively by tomorrow and clear all your confusions.

very smart move sid... hehe abhishek unable to get any proof against him...by the way whats there in that memory card which was so serious..? just hope that roli will be fine with them... eagerly waiting dear...but its ok take ur time...
