@Rakhee Prathana is in Maya's scanner. Now Prathana Devi too realizes it. She is intelligent and intuitive. But Mahant want to ignore her.

If maheshwari comes to know abt Sree and Suman temple rounds she will be OK with the two right?

Btw Shruthi forgot to mention in the previous post I loved the details on Jodhpur visit. You brought back memories of the Mehrangarh fort.

Have you lived in Jaipur/Jodhpur neighborhood you have chosen the main place of the story around this place. Such a lovely and lively place, yet still many parts are still in the old customs even when there is lot of modernization everywhere. Any specific reason to chose this area?

@Visa I have visited Jaipur once that's it. All the other knowledge of those places is based on my reading, the movies I have watched etc.

Choosing Rajasthan is because of the theme and time period of the story. If you look in nineties most of the inhumane practices related to widows have disappeared from the cities in South. Also female feticide was not something rampant in South India. Yes girls are discriminated but blatant killing is not practiced down here.

That's why I choose cities of Rajasthan so that there can be a mix of modernity and regressive practices. I didnt go for any village or rural area in this place because there even now child marriage is there.

But cities would have had some progressive thoughts right. I had to sent the boy and girl of my story to a college, so you need urban people only, as the education of even boys in Rajasthan is pathetic.

Have tried my best to add the flavour of the place, its customs without actually living there.😃

True felt it when we toured this area. One tour guide was a young lady and she spoke amazing English. She said that she was married in her teens but then luckily her in laws were not conservative that they let her complete schooling and later even allowed her to work as guide.

Shruti for heavensake, don't make the lady doctor vouch for Suman's virginity. I know you used that doctor to propose Suman and Sree marriage for a reason but please not for this purpose.

@jaya I had not even thought of using that doctor that way 😆😆😆, also it is a he not a she and that person reasons are pure psychological which will be put in one chapter of the last track😆. Yaa Mahant is keeping quiet now, but Maya will give him the impetus to use his brahmastra against Sree😃
