Part 14: Vijaygarh And Naugarh vs Rampur

All were still discussing the war strategy.

"Rampur mahal me 6 aiyyaron ki toil hai. 4 aiyyar aur 2 aiyyara, said RG.

"Unhe sambhaalne ke liye bhi 6 aiyyar to hai hi- Champa, Chapla, Ahmed, Nazim, Tej Singh aur Devgiri. Unn aiyyaron se sambhalna padega kyunki vo bhi chhal kar sakte hai, said JS.

"Haan vo to hai par hum unhe dekh lenge, said Champa.

"Mere thode saathi bhi madad karenge, said V.

"Aur humaare Naugarh ke bhi ek tukdi sainik madad karenge, said Surendra.

"Par mujhe aapka senapti Avtaar Singh pasand nahi hai. Usne meri bahot beizzati ki aur usne aake saath gadaari ki jisse Shiv Dutt ne aapka taktha palat kiya, said CK.

"Vo zinda hai hi nahi. Shiv Dutt ne use usi waqt maar daala tha jab vo aapse aur Virendra se haarkar aaya. Abhi humaara senapati koi aur hai, said Surendra.

"Acchha hua marr gaya, said CK.

"Agar vo nahi marta to hum dono me se kisi ke haath se marta vo, said V.

"Haan, vo to hai, said CK.

Next morning, Kamini and Mayuk were released temporarily just till the war. Mayuk too had to participate fighting in the war. The guards were instructed to keep an eye on mother-son duo.

"Iss aurat aur iske najaayaz aulaad pe kadi nazar rakhna, said CK to the guards.

"Tum Mayuk ko najaayaz aulaad kaise keh sakti ho? asked Kamini angrily.

"Main to apne maharaj aur maa ke pyaar ki nishaani thi par Mayuk to doosri aurat se paida hua vo bhi maa ke zinda rehne par to hua na Mayuk najaayaz aulaad, replied CK with a calm smile.

Kmini and Mayuk felt hurt at her reply but they did not dared to retort her back while CK and others including RG and JS also simply smiled on seeing them hurt.

"Maharaj, aap to kuch kahiye. Maine aapki beti ko itne saal sambhaala, said Kamini.

"Tumne meri beti se pyaar karne ka naatak kiya tha. Tumhaari vajah se use ladaayi karne ka gyaan bahot der baad aur chhup-chhupkar karna pada tha. Tumhaari vajah se meri beti mujhse door huvi hai. Galti meri bhi thi ki main humesha tumhaari baaton me aaya, said JS.

"Galti aapki bhi thi ki aap humesha sirf Chandrakanta se hi jyaada pyaar karte the aur use hi takhtpar baithaane ko soch rahe the. Main sirf chaahti thi ki Mayuk takhtpar baithe. Maine aapko putra diya tha jo aapki pehli patni nahi aapko de paayi, said Kamini.

"Putra dekar tune koi teer nahi maara tha par apni tarah ek neech insaan ko janam diya tha. Ek saal pehle jiss din mujhe tum dono ki sachhaai pata chali maine khudse vaada kiya tha ki ek din main tum dono maa-bete ko unki asli aukaat dikhaaunga aur vo maine kar diya hai, said CK.

"Tum bhi kuch kam nahi ho. Tumne mujhe aur Mayuk ko bahot maara hai, said Kamini.

"Agar aur maar nahi khaana hai to tum dono meri nazar se hatt jao, warned CK.

Kamini and Mayuk got scared and went to the room given to them temporarily.

An hour later, everyone except RG and Kamini got dressed in their warrior outfits and were sitting on their horses. RG, Kamini were in the balcony with some servants and daasis to watch the war. Jai Singh and Giddha Singh led the war of their respective kingdoms. Giddha Singh and Kartik were shocked to see Jai Singh's army nearly equaling to their army as they were helped by some khunkhaars from V's side and also a team of Naugarh's army.

"Aaj aap Vijaygarhwaale humaare Rampur se haaroge, Jai Singh, said Giddha Singh.

"Maine tumhaare gharwaalon ke saath rishta banaakar jo saalon pehle galti ki thi use hum sab saath milkar sudhaarenge tum logon ka haraakar, Giddha Singh, said Jai Singh.

"Aap kya karenge? Aapse to aapki beti tak nafrat karti hai, taunts Kartik.

Jai Singh feels hurt at his taunt. CK did not liked him taking advantage of their personal life.

"Hum saath nahi hai par fir bhi tum sabke khilaaf hum saath hai, said CK firmly.

Kartik did not know what to say knowing well that CK will not let him use this truth to hurt them. Both the kings of their respective kingdoms gave orders to start the war. The way V, JA, Tej and Devgiri were fighting killing many soldiers of Rampur including Kartik and Mayuk did not dared to go near them. Champa and Chapla were fighting with both the female aiyyaras of Rampur while Nazim and Ahmed were fighting with 2 out of 4 male aiyyars of Rampur. CK and Ragini were together fighting with soldiers and killing them with some efforts.

"Main vaha dekhti hu aur tum vaha dekho, said Ragini and they separated for time being.

Seeing CK bravely fighting some of the soldiers, Kartik told the strongest male aiyyar to deal with her knowing that she will not be able to defeat him. That aiyyar approached CK. CK controlled herself from getting scared by him. He did magic to make her fall down but CK showed her palms to him transferring the magic back to him making him fall down.

"Kisine tumhe lagta hai nahi bataaya ki mujhpe koi jadoo nahi chal sakta. Main jadoo nahi kar sakti par jo mujhpe jadoo karega main uska jadoo uspar hi vapas bhej sakti hu, " said CK.

That aiyyar again did the magic on her this time to make her flip around but CK passed his magic back to him making him flip around instead. That aiyyar got irked and started sword fighting with her and overpowering her being more physically stronger than her. CK tried her best to dodge his attacks and block his sword but he was too stronger for her. Tej and V watched and realized that CK will not be able to deal with him for longer time.

"Main yuvrani ki jaakar madad karta hu, said Tej to V who nodded his head.

That aiyyar smiled on how CK was struggling before him.

"Dekhta hu tum ki kab tak mujhse bach paogi, said that aiyyar.

"Tumhe kisi aiyyar se ladna chaahiye aur tum mere paas aakar khudko bahot bada samajh raho ho, said CK trying to play mind games to divert his mind from attacking her.

"Main kisi aiyyar se nahi darta hu, said that aiyyar stopping for a while.

"To ab mujhse lado tum, came a voice.

Both turned to see Tej Singh. CK was relieved to see him while that aiyyar got scared knowing that he is stronger than him and he is aiyyaron ka aiyyar Tej Singh. CK looked at him.

"Aapke saath jo bhi galat hua Shiv Dutt ke vajah se iske liye main bhi zimmedaar hu. Mujhe apni galtiyon ko sudhaarne ka mauka dijiye, yuvrani, said Tej.

CK looked at him emotionally and then nodded at him with a smile gesturing him to fight with that aiyyar. Tej came before CK and looked at that aiyyar challengingly.

"Ab muqabla hoga barabari ka, said Tej challengingly to that aiyyar.

Another strong aiyyar came before CK but before he could even attack her, Devgiri came to her rescue as he and V seen him approaching CK. Devgiri told V that he will go to help CK.

"Tum dono itne mahaan ho jo sainikon aur aiyyaron ko chhodkar ek ladki se ladne aa gaye vo bhi unhe akela dekhkar. Kya itna hi jaante ho tum Rampur ke log? asked Devgiri with taunt.

That other aiyyar got scared as he knows he V's aiyyar from Chunargarh and also he saw how he was fighting bravely with the soldiers killing many of them. As both the aiyyars were busy fighting with Tej and Devgiri, CK went to fight with some soldiers. She saw some soldiers approaching Surendra, V and JA when they were already fighting with some soldiers. CK took out her bow and aimed few arrows in the direction of those soldiers killing some of them. The trio smiled at her for helping them and she smiled back at them.

Kamini is getting worried seeing CK killing some of her brother's soldiers when they tried to approach Surendra, V and JA. She was about to shout to Kartik to do something but RG glared at her signaling her to be quiet or it will be not good for her. Kartik approaches Ragini who just killed a couple of soldiers. She was shocked to see him but held her sword firmly.

"Maine socha nahi tha ki meri behen ki saheli itni khoobsurat ho sakti hai. Bahot lad liya ab. Thoda mere saath kuch haseen pal to bita lo, said Kartik and touched her face.

"Roshni sahi kehti thi ki tum kis tarah ke aadmi ho, said Ragini with disgust.

"Tumhaari Roshni ki Roshni chali jaayegi kyunki vo aaj zinda nahi bachegi, taunts Kartik.

"Aisa nahi hoga, said Ragini firmly.

JA and V noticed the duo. V tells JA to go help Ragini while he looks for CK.

Kartik who was diverting Ragini's attention by talking with her raised his sword on her but Ragini being alert blocked his sword. They got into sword fighting but Kartik was overpowering Ragini most of the times which was getting difficult for her. JA comes to her rescue. Ragini and JA share a small eye lock making Kartik understand that there is something between them.

"To tum iske liye mujhe naa keh rahi thi? asked Kartik as he was fighting with JA.

"Agar main nahi hota to fir bhi Ragini tumhe naa hi kehti thi, replied JA.

"Acchha, said Kartik with a laugh and looked at Ragini lustily.

Ragini and JA got angry. JA started overpowering Kartik so much not giving him chance to even to fight back except blocking his sword with difficulties. Kartik stepped back and somehow pushed Ragini into JA before running from there leaving them in shock and anger.

Ahmed and Nazim were getting scared and were about to run but Kroor Singh who was fighting with some soldiers saw them running and caught both of them.

"Kambakhton, bhaagon mat, scolded Kroor Singh.

"Huzur, hume darr lag raha hai, said Ahmed.

"Hume jaane do, huzur, said Nazim.

"Kambakhton, aur tum dono kaayron(coward) ki tarah bhaag gaye to maharaj aur yuvrani tum dono ko zinda nahi chhodenge. Maar daalenge vo tum dono ko, KS scared them.

Ahmed and Nazim got scared and decided to fight again with the enemies.

All the aiyyars of Rampur were successfully killed by Vijaygarh and Naugarh aiyyars which scared Giddha Singh, Kartik, Mayuk and Kamini. V and CK were searching for each other while fighting or blocking soldiers on their way with the help of the soldiers from their own sides. Giddha Singh who was fighting with Jai Singh was worried at all his aiyyars dying and many of his soldiers getting killed. He decided to play dirty and threw some sand in his eyes. JS got angry at him for cheating while GS kicked him on the ground.

"Naam aur nazar Giddha ki. Ab tumhaare marne ka waqt aa gaya hai, laughed GS.

JS kept blocking his sword even when he was down but GS kicked some sand in his eyes making him confused. He was ready to stab him. CK whose eyes fell on that came running to them shouting pitaji' and blocked GS's sword before it could reach JS. Everyone was stunned as she called him pitaji' after she showed her hatred to him even if its in the heat of the moment. V who heard her voice started looking out for her sensing her and her father in danger.

"Naam aur nazar Giddha ki. Baap bach gaya aur ab beti marne aa gayi, laughed GS.

"Tum ab tak har yudh aise hi chhal karke jeete ho kya? asked CK.

"Tum anda se abhi nikli ho isliye mujhse jeetne ki umeed mat karna, replied GS with a laugh.

CK did not said anything knowing that he is true. He is experienced in fighting from years while she started learning all this from just 6 months ago that also not regularly and by hiding it from her family. She hoped that someone comes for her help as her father is still down. She started fighting with him with obviously GS overpowering her being much more experienced than her. JS got up but some soldiers came in his way who he started fighting with. After some time, GS pushed CK on the ground while JS shouted her name Chandrakanta'. GS approached her. JS who was still fighting with the soldiers got worried for his daughter. V heard JS shouting her name and finally found the source of the sound. He started moving in that way.

"Maine kaha tha na ki tum abhi anda se nikli ho isliye mujhse jeetne ki umeed mat karo. Baap ko bachaane to tum aa gayi par tumhe koi nahi bacha paayega, laughed GS.

He raised his sword on her but she blocked his sword and got up.

"Beta, himmat mat haaro. Tum khud ko aise hi sambhaalte raho, said JS.

CK felt nice to hear his words. She felt the same love and care from him like he showered on her all these years before his biggest mistake of agreeing to her marriage to SD.

"Arey wah! Tum apne baap se itni nafrat karti ho fir bhi vo tumhaari itni chinta karta hai, said GS to distract CK but she made sure not to be distracted by him.

"Beta, uski baaton me mat aana. Vo tumhaara nazar hata raha hai, said JS.

"Tumhe abhi anda se nikli huvi ladki ke saath itna chhal karna pad raha hai. Ab to pakka hai ki tumne itne saal har yudh aise hi jeeta hai. Tumhaara to poora khandaan hi dagabaaz hai, insulted CK.

GS got angry with her insulting him and pushed her hard but this time instead of falling on the ground, CK felt someone held her from back to stop her from falling. CK understood the touch and looked back to V who was holding her. She and JS were relieved to see him.

"Tum yaha? asked GS shockingly.

"Mujhe dekhkar chowk gaye na? retorted V with a smile.

V helped CK stand and gestured her to go and help her father while he deals with GS.

"Main tumse nahi darta hu, GS tried to sound brave.

"Isliye to aap ek ladki jo ye sab sirf 6 mahino se seekh rahi hai usse bhi chhal kar rahe the. Usse pehle aapne maharaj se bhi chhal kiya tha, said V amusingly

V came closer to him and raised his sword on him. GS somehow blocked his sword. They started fighting with GS being no match for V. JS with the help of his daughter successfully killed the soldiers surrounding them. CK went near JS and repeatedly called him pitaji' while hugging him with tears in her eyes. JS hugged her back happy at CK calling him pitaji'.

"Aap mujhse abhi bhi itna pyaar karte hai to mujhe aapne dhokha kyu diya? asked CK.

"Mujhse bahot badi galti ho gayi, beta, replied JS as tears came from his own eyes.

"Aap dobaara mujhe Shiv Dutt jaise kisi bhi ladke ke haath me nahi denge na? asked CK, "Agar Shiv Dutt se galti se bhi meri shaadi ho jaati to meri zindagi barbaad ho jaati.

"Maine ek baar jo galti ki hai uske liye main itni der tak tumhaari nafrat sahi hai jo mere liye sabse badi saza hai. Main dobaara aisi galti nahi kar sakta hu, beta, replied JS.

"Maine aapko maaf kar diya hai, pitaji. Main aapke saath naye sire se apni zindagi shuruvaat karna chaahti hu jisme aise logon ki koi jagah nahi hogi jo humse nafrat karte hai, said CK.

"Naye sire se zindagi to tab shuru karogi na jab tum zinda bachogi, taunted Mayuk.

"Dono baap-beti ka milan ho gaya ho to thoda ladaayi bhi kar le, taunted Kartik.

CK and JS saw both the guys standing near them and broke the hug. They got ready with their swords. JS was fighting with Kartik while CK was fighting with Mayuk.

The father-daughter duo were overpowering the cousin brothers.

"Bhaiyya, inn dono baap-beti ka kuch karo, said Mayuk.

"Main kya karu? Main bhi to tumhaari tarah lad hi raha hu, said Kartik.

A group of soldiers started approaching the father-daughter duo. Mayuk and Kartik smiled but their smile vanished as CK took out a hand grenade and threw at them killing some of the soldiers and making the remaining soldiers to back off only to be tackled by her own soldiers.

"Shabaash beta, said JS with a smile as they resumed fighting with the cousin brothers.

Giddha Singh was having very tough time fighting with V.

"Tumne chhal se maharaj Jai Singh ko maarne ki koshish ki aur Chandrakanta pe bhi hamla kiya jab vo apne pitaji ko bachaane aayi. Ab tum mujhse nahi bachoge. Dekhta hu tumhaari Giddha ki nazar kab tak chalti hai mere saamne," said V to scared Giddha Singh.

GS knew that he is dealing with a very tough guy who was once a khunkhaar and is still a khunkhaar for those who he hates and those who hurts the people he likes.

CK and JS smiled at GS's state while Mayuk and Kartik got worried.

V pushed Giddha Singh on the floor and said in a dangerous voice, "Tere kaaran Chandrakanta ke zindagi me teri daayan behen aur tera nalaayak bhanja aaya. Iska hisaab to tujhe dena hoga, Giddha Singh. Chandrakanta ko jo bhi takleef dega use mera saamna karna hoga chaahe vo Shiv Dutt ho chaahe vo tu ho ya chaahe aur koi ho. Shiv Dutt ko uss din maine na maarkar bahot badi galti ki thi aur aaj main apni vahi galti nahi dohraaunga."

CK understood that GS will surely die at V's hands. JS felt emotional that V truly cared for his daughter even when he was fooling everyone with fake identity and how he truly fought for her against SD and nearly died after protecting his daughter's honour from that beast SD. V knew what all he said in the heat of the moment but it did not mattered to him as he was not lying. CK and V shared a short eyelock and a smile before getting back to their opponents.

"Virendra Singh, mujhe jaane do, said GS.

"Shuruvaat to tune ki thi Vijaygarh par jung ka elaan karke to khatam main karunga, said V.

Giddha Singh tried to escape by running after kicking V on the ground but Champa and Chapla came before him and blocked his way threatening him with their swords.

"Aaj tumhaare khandaan ka ant hona tay hai," said Champa.

"Isliye tum bachne ki umeed chhod do," said Chapla.

By that time, V too got up and came to him. Giddha Singh got more scared to see 3 warriors surrounding him. Champa and Chapla moved aside as V and GS resumed fighting. After some time, V kicked GS hard on the floor and came closer to him scaring him.

"Marne ka waqt aa gaya hai, Giddha Singh, said V in a dangerous tone.

CK held Mayuk at sword point and looked at V and GS. She recalled similar sight when she saw him nearly killing Maan Singh but this time there is no way she will stop him like earlier. V looked at CK as he understood what she recalled but she smiled and gave him thumbs up.

"Alvida Giddha Singh, said V with a dangerous smile and beheaded GS as he screamed loudly.

Everyone was shocked at the first death from Rampur family. Kamini, Kartik and Mayuk got worried. CK resumed fighting with Mayuk. Kartik moved to fighting with CK as he knew CK cannot overpower him for longer being inexperienced while Mayuk started fighting with JS. CK was having tough time dealing with Kartik but not as tough as that aiyyar and GS.

"Main pehle tujhe maarunga aur fir teri saheli Ragini ko apna bana loonga, said Kartik.

"Aisa kabhi nahi hoga, said CK.

"Aisa hi hoga, dekh lena tu, said Kartik.

She tried to change her position with her father knowing that her father could deal with him better than her but Kartik did not let it happen always blocking her from going to her father. V, all 6 aiyyars, Kroor Singh were busy fighting with the soldiers. JA and Ragini spotted the father-daughter duo especially CK having trouble with handling Kartik came to them.

"Roshni, said Ragini.

"Mujhse bhaagkar ek ladki ko apni taaqat dikha raha hai, said JA.

Ragini came to CK while JA started fighting with Kartik.

"Use chhodna mat, Jai Aditya. Usne kaha ki vo mujhe maarkar Ragini ko apna banaayega. Usne mujhe pitaji se madad lene ke liye rok liya, said CK.

"Aap chinta mat kijiye, yuvrani Chandrakanta. Aisa hi hoga, said JA.

Ragini and CK handled some soldiers who tried to reach JA and her father. After some time, senapati of Rampur comes to JS double teaming him with Mayuk. CK went to her father's rescue while Ragini stood watching JA fighting with Kartik. CK again started fighting with Mayuk leaving her father to deal with the senapati. Kamini who saw CK overpowering Mayuk suddenly ran from her seat to the ground. She somehow reached behind CK. She was about to stab her from behind with a knife but before she could do that, CK turned behind sensing her but only to see her collapsing on the ground as she screamed feeling someone stabbed her only from behind killing her instantly. CK kicked Mayuk on the ground and saw that her mother was standing with a bloody knife. She was the one who killed Kamini from behind before she could kill her daughter. CK smiled at her mother and gestured her to go back to her seat which she did after smiling back at her. Mayuk and Kartik were shocked to see one more death from their family.

"Bahot ho gaya tera ladkar. Ab marr jaa tu. Alvida Mayuk(like she said to SD and Jhumroo), said CK in a serious tone and stabbed Mayuk on his belly killing him.

The senapati tried to run to CK but JS killed him by slashing his throat. The senapati fell down dead as his throat bled. Kartik was scared as he was only the remaining member of Rampur family. He tried to run from JA but this time Ragini pushed him to JA.

"Tujhe baar baar aise bhaagne ka mauka nahi milega, said Ragini.

Kartik was scared to face JA again.

"Tune Ragini aur yuvrani Chandrakanta ke saath jo kiya uski keemat to tujhe chukaani hogi. Tune meri Ragini ko pareshaan karke acchha nahi kiya, said JA angrily.

He first disarmed him by making him lose his sword from his hand and then kicked him to the ground. Kartik tried to find his sword but before that, JA stabbed him in the belly. Ragini came to him and held his shoulder relieved at him killing Kartik as she recalled his advances on her. JA assured her with his gesture that he will no more trouble her. CK who knew her father is safe with JA, Ragini and their soldiers around ran to the place where V was fighting with a couple of soldiers. After V killed those soldiers, CK came near him. He was happy to see her coming to him. The war stopped for a moment when all got to know that all the members of Rampur family are killed. JS approached Kroor Singh who just killed the defense minister of Rampur and told something in his ears. Kroor Singh nodded and went before everyone.

Kroor Singh announced, "Ab Rampur rajya ke parivaar se koi nahi bacha hai. Agar tum sabko apni jaan pyaari hai to apne apne hathyaar neeche daal do.

The remaining soldiers of Rampur dropped their weapons knowing that there is no use of fighting anymore when Rampur family members, aiyyars, senapati and defence minister are killed. CK and V smiled at each other as the Rampur soldiers surrendered.

"Bahot acchha kiya, said KS as they surrendered.

"Tum jeet gayi, said V.

"Tum nahi hum jeetein. Iss ladaayi sirf mere nahi tum aur tumhaare gharwaale bhi shaamil the. Sabse pehle kisi Rampur parivaar ke insaan ko tumne hi maara jo tha Giddha Singh, said CK.

"Tum bhi kum kam nahi ho. Maine Giddha Singh ko maarkar tum aur tumhaare gharwaalon ka kaam aasaan kar diya par tumne bhi to Shiv Dutt, Shyamala aur Jhumroo ko maara hai. #CK wore a yellow outfit. V entered her room and started helping her by putting necklace and bangles on her as they recalled the time when it was CK who was helping V to get ready.

"Neeche chalte hai, said CK and turned to leave but V held her hand to stop her.

V turned her to him asked, "Yaad hai tumne ek baar poochha tha ki kya tumhe mere sapnon me jagah mil sakti hai. Aaj main tumse poochhta hu ki kya tum mere sapnon ka hissa banna chaahti ho?

CK looked at him and recalled as she asked the same thing to him once.

"Tumne ye kehne me bahot der kar di. Itihaas ke panno me sunhere aksharon me likha jaayega ki duniya me pehli baar ek ladki ne ladke se pehle apne pyaar ka izhaar kiya, smiled CK.

"Itni bhi der nahi huvi hai, said V.

"Kuch bhi ho sabse pehle maine hi kaha. Kahi dekhi hai aisi ladki? asked CK jokingly.

"Dekhni bhi nahi hai, replied V with a smile and pulled her into a hug(their signature hug style).

#SD has recovered enough to talk and walk around but he is still very weak in strength. He looked in the mirror and got angry looking at the 3 stabbing marks from CK which were fading away now.

He smiled and said in the mirror, "Rampur se yudh jeetne ki bahot bahot mubarak ho, Chandrakanta aur Virendra. Main tum dono ke jeet se aur tum dono ke zinda rehne se bahot khush hu. Agar tum dono marr jaate to main tum dono se apna badla kaise leta. Tum dono ki barbaadi mere haathon hi likhi hai. Chandrakanta, tujhse main aisa badla loonga ki tu humesha yaad rakhegi. Virendra, tujhe Chandrakanta kabhi nahi mil paayegi. Chandrakanta se apna badla lekar main tujhe bahot takleef doonga. Taiyaar raho tum dono mere poori tarah se swasth hone tak. Shiv Dutt aa raha hai tum dono ki barbaadi bankar(he starts laughing in his signature way as he said that).

A/N: How was the war part? CK being inexperienced had to be helped by many strong people including her own father and V. Ragini too being inexperienced had to be helped by JA. V did the repeat of his Jwaar Ghaati act but this time CK did not stopped him😊.
