@Red: Couldn't agree more. I feel like it is one of the most neglected issues in the society. Trauma, frustration and Depression will always come with one phase of our lives or the other. The only difference is that for some people it has a very negligible effect while others get it as a huge blow. The two things done in such cases are that people either ignore the issue, or if the person decides to go to a medical specialist to seek help, they make it the headline of tomorrow's newspaper. What our society don't understand is that consulting a professional counselor or even psychiatrist, for that matter, doesn't mean the person is mentally unstable. I have seen it so many times in my life, that if someone is going through depression, they just hide the fact that they're consulting a medical specialist, because of the very reason that they would talk behind your back or spread rumors regarding your mental health...🥱
It;s high time people embrace the reality instead of digging in on something as sensitive as this to entertain themselves! Thank you for bringing up this topic.
