This is like a thesis 15000 words unimaginable worth the wait. I remember that at the end Arav and Khushi will be together but you never mentions whether it was a happy ending. However the way you described his illeness their is cute to it and it relies with Arnavs happiness hope KASR will be able get the stubern man listen and get better looking forward for the next update
