I totally understand its really very painful sending so many Pm's , its just a suggestion , most of the writers are doing it , they create a twitter account and ask there readers to follow them on twitter , once they update the chapter they tweet it. Most of the people in IF have twitter accounts so it is up to you on what to do 😊

super painful but i've made a note of it now and will do something to help.
