I have for most part not found Manny to be grudgeful. Haan she is a lot cynical and skeptical though in her outlook and takes things with a pinch of salt. I don't think she resent the gifts to II from Bhallas but she's little envious of the easy status credited to II by her Dimpal as well as her papaji at MM, something she has not been fortunate to get in her prev marriage.

She has looked at how her chachaji and his family or her ex-inlaws and her other exes be it her hubs or her boyfriends always take advantage of the Bhalla wealth and she has found herself to be at the wrong end of the stick. She sees the world loaded with cynicism and skepticism and throw in a good bit of privileged upbringing, there she is ... the Manny we know slightly cut off and cut up with the works she doesn't believe that exists.

This prenup... I'm struggling for the right word here... . Rather Prenup of this kind like this one insisted by II is may be an esoteric subject for her that is hard to fathom for most. So here she stands frozen,
