Feel bad for Arnav.. how much he have loved and trusted Khushi and also have supported her to fulfill her dream and what he got in the end is sad.. looking forward to read the story..

Khushi replayed the words of threat letter which was thrown at her at her meet and greet in the morning.It was still above her perception to think of someone who could have written a message like she had received.

The handwriting did not raise any sense of familiarity in her. Surely she remembered the handwriting of the person whom she was thinking to be the culprit. The numerous letters he had sent her just before their unfortunately broken off marriage had ensured that his handwriting had left a mark in her mind.

Her manager had began panicking the minute she read the message but Khushi just felt tranquility overpowering her senses. She could not feel any wrong instincts in her, hinting that she was in danger. Usually being the inquisitive one, Khushi began to think if the threat was a prank.

The mere word 'prank' was enough for her to trace her path back to the memories of the man who still had effect on her like none another. He was the one who had played the biggest prank in her life.

Would it again be the same man?

She could not help but feel nervously excited by the thought of it. If by a mere coincidence, it was the same man playing with her life again, it would mean that she would meet him. Almost two years had passed since their star-crossed wedding which was called off, yet the day remained fresh in her memory. As fresh as the pain in her. As fresh as the wound which scarred her from within.

His rough palms ran across her smiling face, relishing in the smooth feeling which it gave him. The memories of their romance were still afresh. Her smooth skin beneath his sculpted fingers pushed her into throes of passion and had plunged them into ocean of pleasure. A smile on his face matched that of hers as he brought her face closer. His eyes were ablaze, but not with love or passion but with fury. Her face which was mirrored in his intense eyes, soon disfigured owing to his savagery.

His fingers inclined towards his palm and pulled away the paper forming the image of his former love and wife. Clutching the paper remains of the rising star of Bollywood, he pulled out his lighter and set them on fire.

"You will suffer, Khushi Gupta. And I assure you of that," swore Arnav Singh Raizada, not caring about the paper burning in his hand, burning him along with it, just like his hatred.

The car screeched to a halt in front of a complex with glass windows. The place had changed so much since he had been there last time. The location, he knew, would never be erased from his memory. After all, it was the site of his prank. His prank which was undoubtedly the second biggest mistake of his life which eventually led to the biggest mistake of his life which, according to him, was loving his legal wife- Khushi Gupta.

He stepped out of his car with the paper ambers still hot in his hands. Pulling his aviators on, he strew the ambers on the ground, trampled on it as he walked to the venue of the press conference of the upcoming movie of Abhishek Kapoor and Khushi Gupta - Ibadat.

Being the security in-charge of the event, moving inside the event was no hassle to Arnav Singh Raizada. He reminisced his desperation to grab the deal of security when he had learned of the press conferences to be held for his ex-flame's movie. He would not let his effort go down the drain.

As he neared the room where the press conference was taking place, her laughter resembling to that of bells tinkling filled his eyes. That feeling made aroused a fiery combination of fury and adoration rise in him. It infuriated him that once he was ready to sacrifice anything of his to listen to the same tone he was listening to now.

Would she have laughed the same way after leaving him after her explosive revelation?

"This is your first movie but Abhishek has himself commented that you have an amazing grasp over romantic and emotional scenes, which are, in fact, quite difficult to portray. What would you like to say about that, Ms.Gupta?" asked a reporter.

Parts of the trailer of her upcoming movie played on the canvas of his mind as he continued walking towards the room. It still made him cringe seeing her emote romance and emotions so immaculately as if she was feeling them, when in reality she had broken him and his family beyond repair.

Does she even have a heart or does she program herself to emote onscreen, like a robot?

Her smiling face finally came into view. She no longer looked like the carefree student she was. She looked mature, serene and much more beautiful. But if something did not change, it was her smile, he noted.

"They say that you don't have to act to portray those emotions which you have experienced yourself. I would say the same," she said, her smile never wavering.

"So you are saying that you were in love, Ms.Gupta?" the reporter asked to reconfirm what he was hearing.

Her smile faltered for the first time in the conference. The word 'love' brought in so many emotions along with it. It was laced with so many memories, which she could not forget even if she wanted. It pierced her like a dagger which pained her continuously.

How could she put those emotions into words which she could never express to even the person they were directed to?

"Maine Pyaar Aur Pyaar Ka Dard Dono Jiya Hai. Aur Aaj Bhi Woh Pyaar Mere Sab Se Khareeb Hai," she whispered, her eyes staring at nothing as they tried to control the functioning of its tear glands.

Her statement dumbfounded Arnav. She had loved someone? His heart wanted to believe in those tears which he could see in her eyes and conclude that it was him whom she was talking about but his inconsolable brain chose to compel him into thinking that it was a way to stay in headlines for her.

"To Phir Aapka Pyaar Aapke Saath Kyun Nahi? After all, it is a big day for you," he commented in a sarcastic tone, turning the attention of everyone including the woman of the day to him.

What would be Khushi's reaction?
