- | Chapter Seven | -

31st December, 2015

"We both are good. Yea! We have reached Miami."

"Hows junior? I heard he wasn't doing well from past few days?"

"Thats good! Give him lots of love from my & rey's side."

Rey was listening to her phone conversation with her ex-husband and now a friend with impatient look on his face. He walked over her and wrapped his arms around her from behind. They were in their hotel room in Miami.

"Someone is impatient!" She mumbled as she ended the call and turned around to face him.

"How is junior?" Rey asked her about Ryan's child. Their relationship with Ryan has become cordial after he apologized to him and taani, and they both had come pretty close to Ryan's child. They realized it was useless to hold grudges against him when he had realized his mistakes and want a chance to rectify them.

"He is good now." Taani answered him. She wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tightly, never in her wildest dream she thought one day she will become become friends with her ex-husband, who was once the love of her life. But people move on, so had she and she doesn't regret it. And it wasn't the only reason she forgive Ryan and accepted him as her friend. Though their was still awkwardness in between them, but they are working on it and Rey proved to be an understanding partner throughout.

Now days, Ryan was dating a girl from his college days whom he met a month back in college reunion party, and he taking care of his little boy since Nisha has refused to take child's responsibility and Ryan was more than happy to have his child by his side forever.

"Happy new year, Rey!" She whispered as the clock struck 12 . Taani stand on her toes and pressed her lips against his softly. He kissed her softly, she reciprocated with same intensity as his.

Their relationship was the best thing that has happened to both of them. It has brought a stability in their lives.

"Happy new year, sugar." Rey whispered as he broke the kiss.

They were on the yacht he had booked for them for the new year celebration. They stand their in each other's embrace for sometime, enjoying the fireworks and their drinks.

Rey scooped her in his arms in bridal style and took her inside the yacht, in a room. He made her lay down on the bed then joined her, hovering over her body.

"Be mine-" He whispered, looking into her eyes.

Taani held her back of his neck and pulled him closer.

"I am yours." She whispered in soft tone before she placed the lips on his, giving him the permission to mark her as his forever.

Next day she woke up with a sweet pain in her body which reminded her of the last night which happened to be best night of her life. He was gentle yet passionate, he made her feel loved. His presence around her, was overwhelming.

She found herself staring at him who was snuggled up against her with his head lay between her bossoms.

A sigh escaped her lips as she ran her hand through his silk locks.

It wasn't long enough she knew she has fallen for him.

Finally, she has fallen for this amazing man who taught her how to live again.
