They walked on the road, silent road, hand in hand. Khushi slowly leaned her head on his shoulder, he smiled at her.

They were walking, towards the home, promising a new beginning.

Next morning,

Khushi and Arnav came downstairs. Sheetal got angry looking at them together, smiling and happy.

They both sat on the sofa. Sheetal cleared her throat drawing everybody's attention.

Sheetal: I want to tell you all something.

Nani: What?

Sheetal: In the beginning I thought that because of me others life should not be spoilt, but now I feel that I should not punish Aarav anymre. I cannot snatch his happiness away.

Now what drama is this thought Khushi.

SHeetal: Aarav's father is none other than Arnav.

All were shocked.

Arnav(gritting his teeth): What nonsense is this?

Sheetal tried to hold his hand but he didn't let her. Khushi got angry.

Sheetal(faking tears): I am not lying Arnav, on bachelor's party you and me...

Before Sheetal could complete her sentence Khushi slapped her.

Khushi: Dare you speak this bull****about my husband.

Sheetal was angry when Khushi slapped her.

Sheetal: Don't argue when you don't know the truth.

Khushi: What truth? Aarav isn't Arnavji's son, and neither yours.

This shocked everyone including Sheetal.

Arnav: Just turn back Sheetal.

She turned back only to find a lady, whom she recognized as her sister. Aarav looking at his real mother, rushed to her and hugged her.

Arnav: You are confused right, that how we came to know the truth?

Flashback

When Khushi and Arnav entered Shantivan, the previous night, they saw Aarav in their room. He looked very scared.

Khushi: What happened Aarav?

Aarav shuddered looking at them.

Aarav: I want to talk to you.

Arnav bent to reach his height.

Arnav: But you must be sleeping now.

Aarav: Its important.

Khushi was about to move away to give them privacy, but Aarav stopped her.

Aarav: You too listen.

A smile appeared on her face.

Aarav: Sheetal maasi has kidnapped my mother.

This shocked them.

Khushi: What?

Aarav: Yeah. She has kidnapped my mother and she threatened me to behave like Arnav uncle, so that she gets some money. She said she will leave my mother only after getting money.

Arnav: But how can she do this to her own sister?

Aarav: Step sister. Please help me. Please take me back to my mother.

Khushi hugged Aarav.

Flashback ends

The police came to take Sheetal to jail, for being a fraud and kidnapping her step sister.

Aarav united with his mother. They both bid a bye to the Raizada family.

Mami: Hello hi bye bye Arnav bitua what a dangerous woman she is!!

Arnav: Not dangerous than Khushi.

He joked.

Khushi's mouth became "o" shaped.

Khushi: I am dangerous?? Abhi batate hai!!!

Arnav ran around and Khushi chased him behind. Their silly tom and jerry fights continued but at the end, just like tom and jerry become friends, Khushi and Arnav become one.

Wow great short story

Awesome ending. Arav told truth to arshi and asked their help to save his mother. Loved it wen khushi slapped sheetal. Sheetal not even in her dream have thought that she ll caught by arshi n get arrested. Thanks for pm.
