I agree. We Kaliyugi people have no right to judge the epitome of Dharma.
And Devika's story will be tender and lyrical. Can't wait for your update 😳

Of course you can call me Sema 😊
And you are so true! If Krishna Himself had called him Dharmaraj, there must be a valid reason for that. Unfortunately only a few kaliyugi will understand this.
Waiting for your comment 😳

Thank you so much didi 😊 I'm nothing here, credit goes to Yudhishthir only whom I treat my Dharma Guru 😳 I have tried to portray the Dharma which I have learnt from him. Glad that you have liked it 😊

Unres here 😆
Sorry for the late reply 😕
My Bhaiya is truly amazing 👏👏
You have stuck to the original, and your foundations in Dharma Shastra are very strong Sema.
And the way he accepted his Kalyani, and respects her for her amazing multi-tasking abilities was perfect

And this line:
Slowly the name of Indraprashtha became famous as a righteous realm. Everybody began to call me Dharmaraj, the name that was given by my praja-children out of great affection.

Definitely they didn't 😊

What King needs, even more than intelligence, is a clear and active conscience because from conscience itself comes wisdom and justice.

True! And lack of that conscience makes a King a bad ruler, eg: Dhritarashtra.

Also, I love how he evolves his royal system step by step, taking care to cover all aspects of the lives of his praja and better them.
His sense of justice is what attracts my attention. It hurts, that the books of law do not have such simple sentences to aid the practitioners.

It is our misfortune that Yudhi took birth in Dwapar, not in present India which still needs his Raaj Dharma.

And yes, his humility and eagerness to mix into his praja to create a sense of trust and dependence in them.

You know which lines come to my mind when I imagine him as a King? That is, "Raja sobaare dan maan, se maan aapni phire paan" 😊 you can't expect respect from others if you don't know how to respect others in the first place!

Draupadi maybe was the most devoted of their lot. Yep, Yudi couldn't have fulfilled his dream of having a dharma-rajya without Draupadi's willing cooperation.

Draupadi was the DharmaRaani of Aaryavarta. Without her, Yudhi was incomplete. She was extremely talented lady. But it should also be noticed that Pandavas could respect and trust her skill completely. She would never have got the chance of expressing her talents had her husbands not given that place to her. Their assistance too, means a lot to me.

I love this formally pleasant way of storytelling of yours. You manage to convince us of authenticity in no time!

All is Someone Special's Blessings 😃 I can't take credit for that!
