Dr Armaan Mallik : He is self confident, efficient.He is extremely handsome.He has a knee weakening effect on women too.Same as DMG full too.

Dr Riddhima Gupta : Same as show choose Sid over Armaan like she did in DMG but abhi bhi Armaan ko pyaar karti he nahi janti ki use kya karna chahiye Sid ko puri tarah apnana chahiye ya nahi

Dr Shashank Gupta : Head of Sanjeevani, Neuro surgen,he has 3 kids Viraj, Anjali n Riddhima

Dr Siddhant Modi : Husband of Riddhima Loves her so much support her in her every decision Riddhima ko force nahi karta kisi bhi chiz ke liye over all same as show

Dr Rahul Garewal : Same as show Armaan se har pal ladta rehta tha but fir dono me dosti ho gayi n he become great buddy of Armaan but Armaan ke jane ke baad use miss karta he

Dr Nikita Malhotra : Same as show Armaan ki bestest friend from collage but ab use bohot miss karti he Armaan ke jane ke baad Rahul or Nikki bohot close aa gaye he becoz both are friends of Armaan n miss him so much

Dr Muskan, Dr Atul, Dr Anjali, Dr Abhimanyu, Dr Kirti,Dr Shubankar n NEW GANG same as show

Ye story Armaan ke Sanjeevani se jane ke baad ki he jab Riddhima Sid ko choose karti he or Armaan ko Heart broken chod deti he

Armaan sabko chod kar apne dosto ko,Sanjeevani ko,apne pyaar ko,Mumbai ko sabko chod kar chala jata he

Apni khushiyo ki talash me, apne humsafar ko dhundhne, ye janne ki kon he uski kismat, agar Riddhima nahi to fir kon, or he bhi to kaha he

Ye story he pyaar, vishwas ,dhoka, fareb, dard, marham, khushiya, taklif, dosti, dushmani, or badle ki...
