Sidewalk Story
She drove back from work, Moti Bagh was crowded she took the back road and went by Ashok Hotel and drove past Nehru Park
She noticed a 10 year old in a "pilot car" bike, followed by two fat boys in their bikes, one wore a green check shorts the other wore red check shorts
Both wore white tees, the stopped and pedaled and stopped
Behind them a TALL man pulled a Schwinn baby carrier... umm... no TWO... one had a baby and the other one had two puppies, behind his bike and pedaled softly
She pulled over by the pilot car and stopped Nivi was distracted she danced and regained her balance hopping off
Sid hit her first, and fell on the neatly trimmed Chanakyapuri grass, rolling over and somesaulting
Ved deliberately crashed hi bike and fell on top of him
"AMMMA" squealed Nivi
She looked lovely in her pink shorts and a frilly orange blouse
The baby screamed from her gauzy net covered cage
The dogs yelped... he kicked the brake and got off
"Really? II?" he demanded
"THEY LOOK CHOOO CHWEET DA" she sat on the side walk
A Delhi Police jeep drove by, paused and reversed
R&B went over and talked the cops knew him... ofcourse they did
He lived in the neighborhood
The baby screamed as she made the twins sit on her long flowing cotton skirt
"WHY are u wearing ur shirt inside out?'
"I DESS ALL BY I SELF AMMA" Sid coed
She crushed his cheek
R&B rescued the dogs and the baby the baby got off his arms and waddled to II
"Vaa dee Rakshasi" she cooed
She wore... shorts and a frilly skimpy sleeveless blouse, one in orange other in red
"Yaar dee dress panni vitta?" she ordered (who clothed you)
Sahana gurgled, deliriously
The grass was on a slopey (?) side walk
He sat by her the kids all abandonded him and nuzzled her
Sahana reaching for her skinny tee's edge and lifting it up
"ADI PAAVI. You see that only?" I think I know someone thats like that"
R&B threw his head back and laughed
"Who? Me? Amma?" Nivi asked innocently, not getting II's risque joke
"Amma kutti papa (lil baby ) PUSH-DA me" Sid complained
Sahana growled when she realized he was radding
He showed her a invisible scrape
"Bad baby" II crushed Sahana
"Amma cam I have ikweem? Sid asked
"I guess... since u have a boo boo and all" II nodded
"Amma mee too" Ved jumped up

James Bond was as far away from the road as possible
Chuck Norris tempted fate by barking at every car
Sahana finally picked him up by his tail and flung him on his back on the grass
He sat up and looked at her shocked
She looked at him like "Enough already... its a car! Dont u get it?"
She walke dover to James
He ran as fast as he could like 20 yards and turned with a scared looked and yelped
"U guys need to get rid of that baby if u want us" he said
"I am fat I am going no where" "I mean... literally" Sahana chuckled
Going after James... R&B sprinted and carried them both and brought them back
"I happed (helped) him... BIGWEE (a lot... big-ly)" Ved explained
"First ICE CREAM SOLLU DA" (say I ce cream) she coached
Sid slowly sounded out "I-KEEM"
II looked at R&B "What is this?" she complained
"They are 4.5" he defended
"Amma can I please stay up tonight with macy?" she begged
II looked at R&B "Neeya? Permission kudutheya? (did u give permission)
"Amma pleaaazzz" Nivi begged
"Seriii why are u wearing pink and red?" Ii went all fashionista on her daughter
"Ammaaa... this is the fashion... u dont know" Nivi said smugly
"amma I mant sweep-ovus" Ved said whining, playing with her keys, his lil katora cut falling over his eyes
"Who ever gives me a foot and scalp massage gets i-keem and sweep -ovus"
"I cam do it" Ved claimed
"I can load them up in the car, and throw the lil bikes... do u and Nivi want to ride back?" she offered
She loaded the boys in their car seat, and the dogs in the front seat
James leaped to the back and sat between the boys and looked straight up "There! Much better"
Chuck found lil cereal bits... cracker bits on the floor he ate all of it... amongst those was some unrecognizable crumb, he tasted it, ATE IT and made a face
"Naan sonnena thinnu nu?' (did I ask u to eat?)
He scowled and made a face and appeared disgusted
"Serves u right... u shud have given that to Sahana instead"
Chuck heard her name and yelped🤣
James climbed over Sid and hid...🤣
