I feel, The husband doesn't have to necessarily solve all his wife's problems because at the end of the day you are your own person but it's the kind of this understanding that Tan exhibits for Sam, that would be more appreciated by wives in general.

samajh raha hoon, he understands everythign but just as II, his actions are ruled by what he feels and not by what ke samjhos. and I am so glad that Tan comes as sanity in this mad chaotic world II and Rb insist on living in for the last week or so. RB is testing her to the hilt by being so stuborn about II's chennai visit, her singing. hes creating condiitons for II to give it all up on her own accord. make it so difficult for her that she herself says that this wont work and he can be guiltfree in the fake knowledge that he gave her a chance, didnt stop her from going and it was she who didnt want it. . He might THINK he's guilt free, BUt not so, this will come back to HAUNT him big time.

Very true ... You can still wake up an asleep man but it's never easy to wake up a man who's pretending to be asleep until he decides to get up.

Abhi bas aur nahi.. it's enough now I feel... It's claiming too many casualties.. Sam's worked up being the ball that's kicked here and there ...tan's feeling spooked by dude's blunt response , Ranjan is feeling uncared for and Nivi's stuck between the two with her choking on her oatmeal and having to be taken to ER.

Well said - goes for every husband. Wives are not looking for a solution - a lending ear, just a "um, oouhm" can make a big difference. Tan - alway gem of a person 👏

Feeling of getting ignored and remarks like "its your career now" cant hurt II a lot. Dude - open your mouth and tell her how u feel. That's lot better than this kind of treatment. She deserves better.

Manya returned from her mid morning rendezvous and was excited to see R&B back
"I cud have come picked u up" she dragged a chair noisily to sit by him
Nivi sat on his lap chewing and sucking on a giant scrap of parantha
There was drool all over, his pants, her dress her chin

Manya dipped afinger in R&B's achar and stuck it in Nivi's lip

"Isko to bheja hota kam se kam... ghar par 6 gaadiyan hai aur tu cab lekar aaya" Ranjan shook hsi head

"I did" R&B's turn to lie

"they must not want us to know Dad" Manya chuckled

"Arey... aise kaise chalega? abhi aaya hai raati ladna shuru ho jaana hai" Ranjan said somberly

II had a hung head

"Baqsh is vaari beeji waaste" Ranjan whispered

"Ofcourse not beeji" Tan walked in and touched her feet

"TAN visiting during the day? Id ka chaand" II tried to joke
Tan wasnt in the mood for jokes

"whats for brunch" he asked, giving Ii his sun glasses and grabbing a "brushing Nivi"

"Aley Aley... brushing the gums?" he cooed kissing her

She gave him her drooly brush

He took it gladly

Nitin came over and declared "Ichhke to teeth vee nahi hai he he he" he pointed at Nivi

Nivi kicked her feet her anklets chiming, thrilled she was being spoken to


"Tere kitne hain bhai, khol giney zara" he crouched

Nivi was delighted to touch the boy

"Mele to savantee nain teeth hainge" he said showing three fingers

"They went out today" II said

Slowly slithering out of her chair, in less than five minutes she was up on the second floor

Tan and R&B had followed Ranjan and Manya had Nivi

II bumped into R&B in the sun room as she rearranged the closet, sprinting between bed and walk in closet

R&B wandered to hers un room balcony

"Agar ghar par tamasha kiya tum dono ne" he warned

R&B looked up at tan. Leaning on the all glass, waist level enclosure.
Ranjan had replaced al the balconies with glass, removing the rails so Nivi's foot wont get caught


"I do care for Dad Tan" Ii said quietly

"Dekha maine" Tan said cynically

"Oye tu... andar aa" he ordered

"My sister separated from her hubby" he said

R&B was shocked

"Haan, Atul and ummm" he said nodding sadly

"My Mom is sulking and throwing a tantrum at home" he said raggedly

"U two are so fortunate, u do mann marzi... and your Dad rips his heart open" he said bitterly

"Apni chinta karo nahi karo... but us insaan ki karo zara... agar Dad ko pata chala tum dono ka chakkar to main sach keh raha hoon" he said waving a finger

"tan" Ii began

"Tu mujhe pata hai ek ghanta koi safai degi... aur woh? kuch kahega nahi... for the next 6 months u two are STUCK with each other" he hissed
"Karo jo marzi uske baad" "Dad needs to recover fully" "abhi Main ja raha hoon.. daftar.. Sam ko aur pareshaan kiya to tumhari khair nahi" he said

He returned


"Yes I am angry at Mom for how she is behaving with Sam too... and yeah I have taken her on as well,
but woh sudharne waali cheez hain nahin Sam unko saal mein 2 mahiney jhelti hai... My Mom is too old and rigid" he said disgusted
