Though mind you what he said was partially true as Aarti did ignore her living kids making them deal with the misfortune by themselves at a young age, not realizing how they would internalize such a traumatic event. She did not make any attempts at keeping her family together creating a completely dysfunctional family. This moment, however traumatic it was for the 3 of them was long overdue. As a reader, I got to see a mother's grief and hope that no news could hold the tiniest chance that her missing kid could be alive and so she would pray for her well being no matter where she is. However Akash's words brought her the reality of how she should also be caring for her living kids who are starving for her attention. I don't think she understood how much they miss her motherly affection and attention. Akash's words also brought to the front that they need to move on and not be stuck to what happen many many years ago. It is sad that as a twin, he cannot celebrate his birthday as his other twin's fate is unknown. I felt really sad for them feeling very lonely while being fortunate enough to be part of a family. Hopefully this outburst will be the start of this family's road to mend itself. Akash and Arnav are fortunate enough to have a shoulder to lean on and share their griefs with while Aarti is dealing with her misery all by herself.

Lavanya is as real and as down to earth as it gets and I love her character so far. She did not judge, listened and offered what she could. I am so glad she set boundaries and is very supportive. I just love how communicative these 2 brothers are even if they come from a family who does not know how to communicate with each other. Glad to see Akash off to seek professional help. Any addiction is hard to fight on your own. He has a supportive cast around him and someone to look forward to once he is clean and sober. I hope this will sufficient incentives to help him along his fight with the alcohol demons.

You asked about when this story kicked in gear for me. I have to admit that you had my attention from the opening and I love the concept of the kidnappings because showed so many aspects of what happen in these cases: from the family being impacted, to the people around them, the guilt, the sorrow, the helplessness of the poor family, the bureaucratic police handling of these cases, etc . . .but of course I simply cannot resist the amazing Arnav and Kushi that you have created. So yeah I was hooked from the beginning and you kicked it up another notch with the introduction of Shyam. Is he gonna be a good guy or obsessed lover who becomes a jealous opponent for our couple? It remains to be seen. Kushi can't see it but Arnav does so hopefully now that he has pointed this to her, she will be more vigilant in their interactions. So who hurt Kushi before? I need to go back and re read from the beginning. By the way, how could you stop when you did? Very mean of you indeed to make us crave for more but left panting. So will the next chapter start with a HoT and steamy scene?

I'm considering leaving somethings to the readers imagination 😛 😆

Thank you B, For spending your time analyzing Akash, Aarti and Arnav's relationship. Meant a lot in this ArHi world :)

Wow what an amazing part 2, i will start with part2 as I am alwsys biased towards Arshi.I did not want to stop reading. Entire convo between Shyam n Khushi and Khushi n Arnav was so subtle and not over the top. It was so realistic. Very mean of u to stop at such an important juncture!hopefully u will write about it in the part 1 of next chap and nt part 2. If u make us wait till part 2 then u r the meanest My fav part was when Khushi says deal with it (about her feelings) and Arnav pulls her to him.wow i was just imagining the scene in front of me.its so romantic. What was that about her Bday? Is it why she agrees to give herself to Arnav. I was waiting for the scene from so long.hopefully next chap it comes true. I hope Arnav realises its her Bday if it is her Bday actually.
Part 1 was very gud too. Just loved the way Aakash opened upto Lav. I was hoping he wont shut her off and he didnt. I feel fr Aakash n his mom as well, one has not overcome loss of child and the other craves for mothers love. Again u wrote it so beautifully, just dont want to stop reading. I usually skim through non Arshi scenes in other ffs but urs I dont want to as they r described so beautifully.
I totally latched onto the story right from the start and as i said dont want to skip anything as it will be my loss. So i have not skimmed any part, luk forward to ur updates eagerly. Even if u dont send pm its fine with me as i am very lazy in commenting fr every update and I mostly stalk HOT daily.but i appreciate the pm that u send as i know its a lot of work. thank u fr sending pm but if u cant send in future its absolutely fine.

First answers to your questions. When I started reading this story, I hooked with your story after reading the prologue, I may be late on commenting but I am always there as a dedicated reader...I thought it is a love story between a cook's daughter and tea plantation owner's son. And then came to the big question that the kids are getting missing...and it is about the two friends. For me the story started when after ages Arnav met Khushi on the mountain and she came to know who he was...The turning point is when Shyam as an SP came in to the story...where the mystery is going to be revel.
I was expecting this confrontation between Akash and his mom...each members of the Raizadas family is suffering from years now. Aarti is still living in past is more tragic than to think that Anjali is missing. For Aarti the time has stopped but not for the world...but I can feel her pain as a mother...and I also know that this reality check is required for her to know and realize that she still has two more children who are alive and in front of her.
Lavanya is a good influence on Akash and she is helping him to change for better.
What to say about Arnav...as he grow up to soon...I love his commitment for his family but I feel somewhere he wants to run away from all this and wants to lead a normal life for himself.

Impressive part 2...I liked Shyam teaming up with Khushi...there is something in shyam which commands respect..he gives the aura of a man whom you can trust, no-nonsense, don't you dare mess up with me attitude...And he is smart...No wonder Khushi felt positive about him...however she missed the signals of his underlying feelings and intentions...Oh S, the triangle scene was wonderful...brimming with power - Arnav-Shyam-Khushi...how is it that the men can always know or see the possessive boundary...SHyam got an idea and Arnav got the exact impression and Khushi - blind...
Khushi's decision about Mumbai offer and her insecurities...well, she is still trying to escape trying to find excuses or reasons than confronting the truth..but I am glad that she admitted to her feelings and laid her emotions truthfully to Arnav and now he knows...sigh! damn, I loved when he said "I want to" and Khushi's "then deal with it"

Loved the way Arnav and Akash both are getting peace in presence of their partners
Glad to know that finally Akash shared everything with Lavanay about his past and bad habits
Lavanya is really a very iintelligent and lovely girl
The way she understand Akash's problem and handled him with her love was so sweet and lovely
Arnav and Khushi's conversation was lovely to
Its nice that Shyam and Arnav meet each other in front of Khushi so their will be no misunderstanding and Shyam to will stop himself from seeing a dream which is not going to be true

Sandhya, loving the story more and more with each passing update.

What is this Vijay upto?

Is it the marijuana business he has gotten into? Sad part isn't it, how youngsters get lured to such illegal activities due to the money offered to them.

And now he knows that Khushi knows about him. Has he confided this with the gangsters?

And is that creepy photographer still following Khushi and taking her pictures. I hope he is, atleast in that way he might have seen Shyam visiting her place and might back off from his duty.

I am liking this Shyam more and more. He is quite an intelligent guy here. He has to be if he is the SP.😃

It was interesting to read about the job offer he made Khushi. Since I do not know anyone from the police department, I was wondering if such a thing as the job he offered Khushi exists in real world?

I just want Shyam to know about Arnav and Khushi soon before he starts to develop serious feelings about her. Heartbreak is tough for anyone, even be it Shyam. I do not want his heart broken once the truth is out.

Since he mentioned about the ganja fields to Khushi, would Khushi be able to make the connection with Vijay?
Maybe Shyam can help her in Vijay's issue too.

Was it a conscious effort that in the both the parts, Akash and Arnav found solace in the arms of the women they love?

Feel bad for Arnav, he is the one person who is trying to balance both family and their business alone.
Arnav is quite shrewd too for he guessed that Shyam is smitten by Khushi.

And Sandhya, I never knew that elite families used to come to US for deliveries.😆 Probably they thought having US passport is the best for their kids.
Just wondering how does this fact play a role in the story?

Why does Khushi keep pushing him away? Was she hurt by someone in the past?
Like Arnav, even I want to know what happened in the past?

And Sandhya, seriously, you are leaving us at this point in the update. 😲😉
