Ch 27 : His AdorablenessIn lunch time, Rey entered her cabin and found her busy with some files. He walked over her and snatched the file away from her, making her gasp and look at him with frown.
"Rey! Give me my file back." Taani commanded him, but he shrugged in reply and tossed the file away on the desk.
"Come with me. We are going out for lunch." Rey announced, he grabbed her hand and pulled her up.
"Mr. Singhania, You might be the boss but let me remind you, I'm still an employee who needs to complete her work on time. And right now, I have some really important work, so could you please postpone your lunch plan?" Taani spoke with sweet yet serious tone. Rey narrowed her his eyes.
"I'm just boss for namesake, but the real boss is you. I don't share just my surname with you, but my everything." Rey replied back with honesty in his voice, melting her insides with his sweet words. Without her acknowledge, a smile touched her cheeks.
"You can do your work later, but right now, you are coming with me."
"Is it an order?" Taani asked her with amusement lacing her words.
"A request." Rey corrected her with a smile.
"Aw. Can you get any more adorable?" Taani beamed, she pulled his cheeks, she was in aw after seeing her husband's adorableness.
"Adorable is not a word to praise your man." Rey grumbled, causing her to giggle.
"Lets go. I'm starving" Rey held her hand and dragged her out of the cabin.

They had their lunch in her favorite restro, then Rey took her the ice parlor and ordered four ice creams. Taani gave an amused look to him.
"You couldn't have ice cream last night because of me, so lets have two ice creams today." Rey explained her, he ran his hand through his well gelled hair and gave a sheepish smile to her.
"Thank you." Taani mumbled and started having her ice cream, enjoying to the fullest. Seeing her happiness, peace washed over his heart. His guilt lessen a bit. The urge to pamper her more, spoil her with his care increased.
And after ice cream, he took her to juhu chaupati, where they spent some quality time with each other.
"You know, Rey, in college time, Me & my friends used to bunk college and come here to eat barf ka gola & bhel." Taani told him.
"So, you used to bunk? huh?"
"Sometimes only. Not always." Taani replied, smiling cheekily at him, Rey chuckled at her antics.
"Tell me about your college life?" Taani asked him. Rey look at her for a brief moment before he spoke. He was loving these moments, where they both are coming to know each other more better. Sharing their lives past moments with each other.
"It wasn't filled with adventures like yours, from start i was reserved type of a guy, with few friends and workaholic nature. So it was pretty boring and simple." Rey told her with a soft smile
"I kind a expected that. But not to worry, now you have me, your life will be full of adventures." Taani throw her arm around his neck and replied with excitement lacing his words. Rey shook his head, but couldn't stop the smile that was forming up on his lips. She always know how to brighten up his world with her child like nature. And that dazzling smile of hers, made her forget everything around him and fall for her more deeply.
