As he was indulged in his thinking, her duppatta blows away and falls on his face, taking him by surprise. In fraction of seconds, he inhales her scent, which makes him to feel intoxicated. Many moments spent with Naina flash in front of his eyes in that one moment.
He feels as if Naina has woven a magical spell around him. Coming out of the world, which he has recently been accustomed to, Rajveer pulls away her duppatta off his face and looks at her in a state of shock and surprise.
Realizing that she is still deep into praying, and hasn't yet realized in what state she is, he breaths a sigh of relief. As if he was afraid or nervous of facing her in that state. Holding her duppatta, he keeps staring her, unable to decide what step should he take next. His manly urges coming to the surface of his heart. His looks turning intense.
Suddenly Naina opens her eyes, having completed her prayer. Realizing that her duppatta has gone missing, a frown comes on her face. But within fraction of seconds, she remembers that she isn't alone, Rajveer is there with her. Not daring to search him in that state, she just admits that he must be there around. Still glued to that position, Naina tries to search him through her peripheral vision.
Realizing that she is feeling too shy in the current state, Rajveer comes out of the world he had been a few moments ago, mesmerized by her beauty. As he walks towards her, holding her duppatta in his hand, his each step towards her makes her heartbeat to increase its frequency. It doesn't escape Rajveer's eyes, her change in breathing rate, and increase rate of heartbeats. Unable to bear it anymore, Naina shuts her eyes tightly and waits for him to take the next step.
Bending down to reach her, Rajveer drapes her duppatta on her head from behind, not missing the site of her flushed cheeks. Smiling a little he reaches her right ear and in a low tone he says, "yahan mere alawa koi nahi hai, so you don't have to worry about anything".
Listening to his words, Naina opens her eyes. The duppatta drapped on her head falls down due to the blowing of the wind but Naina holds it before it falls down completely. Quickly placing the duppatta across her neck, Naina gets up, her eyes lowered due to shyness. Turning towards him, her eyes still lowered, she waits for him to guide her what should be done next.
Smiling, he asks, "manga jo mangna tha?" Naina nods her head to a 'yes'. "I hope tum jo chahti ho wo tumko miley", as he says this, Naina looks up at him. His intense gaze makes her cheeks to turn red.
(Rajveer-Naina fast tune begins in the background)
"Chalein?", he asks her. "Itni jaldi?" she asks, refusing to go. Her question makes him to smile, and sets his heart to beat fast. "Kyun academy wapas nahi jana?" he asks her, his eyes reflecting his happiness on listening to her denial. Sighing, she says, "jana to hai, par janey ka mann hi nahi kar raha". Rajveer keeps staring her, Naina tries to avoid eye contact with him. "Humein academy janey mein der ho jayegi fir" "Bus kuch der aur, please" she requests, nervously.
Getting angry, he scolds her, "Naina tum kya bachon ki tarah zid kar rahi ho. Kal tumhe classes attend nahi karne kya? Tum itni irresponsible kaise ho sakti ho? I don't think so humein yahan aur rehna chahiye please, chalo ab!" and he turns to leave. Naina calls him from behind, asking, "aap gussa kyun ho rahe hain? Hum agar thodi der yahan reh bhi lenge to fir bhi academy wapas ja sakte hain time par" "Oh yeah? As if tumhe nahi pata ki hum kitne difficult raaste se yahan pohnchey hain, right?" "But Sir hum soldiers hain, hum issey difficult raston par chal chukey hain, ye to fir bhi easy hai"! As Naina completes her line, she realizes that Rajveer is no longer angry or frustrated, rather a smile is on his lips.
Unable to understand what made him to smile, she asks out of hesitation, "Kya hua? Aap hans kyun rahe hain?" "Kya kaha tumne?" he asks, smiling. Naina tries to remember, recollecting her words, she says, "Yahi ke... 'But Sir hum soldier...'" as she reaches here, she realizes what is he referring to! It makes her to blush out of shyness and nervousness.
Shaking his head, Rajveer says, "tum kuch pal ke liye bhi humare uss rishtey ko nahi bhul sakti na?" His question makes her cheeks to turn red hot. Lowering her eyes, Naina says, "humare beech wohi to ek rishta hai". Then she looks back into his eyes, and they stare each other.

Suddenly Naina realizes, "aap, aap ye sub jaan bujh kar kar rahe the na? Taki main apko 'Sir' karke bulaun aur fir..." Rajveer enjoys Naina's anger and continues from where she left, "aur fir main tumhe iss baat ki saza dun!" Naina looks at him in surprise. "Aap mujhey saza denge?" she asks. "Galti karogi to saza to milegi na!" They both keep staring each other.

"Bataiye kya hai saza meri?" she asks innocently. "Hmm... lemme think..." he thinks for some apt punishments for her, then he says with mischief in his eyes, "okay so jo main kahunga tum usey repeat karogi, mera naam lekar!"Unable to understand what he meant by that, she aks, creasing her brows, "matlab?" "Matlab... ahmm... take for example, maine kaha, 'tum meri baat manogi' so you'll have to say, 'Main 'Rajveer' ki baat manungi' ", he emphasizes on Rajveer. "Or you can even address me as 'Raj' agar tum chaho to ", he tells her casually, although desperately wanting her to call him, 'Raj' because that's what those who love him, call him. Staring him for sometime, as if deciding something, she says, "okay!"
Her accepting the challenge, excites him further. "Alright lets start then", he gestures her to walk ahead. They enjoy their game and their leisure walk simultaneously.
"Tum mujhse kabhi nahi ladogi" he tells his first line. Giving a short laugh, followed by Rajveer's laugh, Naina says, "Main...", then she waits, elongating the period of his wait. to hear his name from her voice.
Naina enjoys this tease, for the first time he is totally at her mercy. And Rajveer understands it too well, what she is trying to do. He remains serious, annoyed that she is making fun of his feelings, and decides that he'll surely take the revenge once this game gets over.
Pitying him, she at last completes her line, "Main 'Rajveer' se kabhi nahi ladungi!" she emphasizes on Rajveer. Her eyes lowered, out of shyness. Rajveer blushes and smiles on hearing his name from her voice for the first time, without the suffix 'Sir', attached with his name, or a prefix 'Captain'. It was only 'Rajveer' just 'Rajveer'. But the thing that annoyed him was, she didn't say 'Raj' but 'Rajveer'. Why?
Lowering his eyes, he says, "mere friends mujhey Raj bulate hain", and smiles a little.

Understanding what he meant, she replies without looking towards him, "Main apki dost nahi hun!" Her words hurt him, but he smiles and says, his eyes lowered, "true! Tum to meri student ho, sirf student". His voice reflects his anger and disappointment.
