"Taani, I think this one will suit you, what say?" Avantika asked her, showing her a beautiful off white dress. They both have been searching for a perfect dress for the party. Taani stare at the dress, she liked it but it was too tight for her since now her baby bump has started showing and she doesn't want rumors to go around when people will see it thats why she has started wearing lose clothes.
"Maa, It looks good but too tight for me, my bump will be showing." Taani smiled sheepishly, Avantika laughed and placed the dress back. And they both moved forward, toward the other section of party wear clothes. Taani was loving this shopping spree with her mother-in-law who is like a real mother to her now. Before, she used to go on shopping with swayum's mother but when grown up, she started going out alone but always missed her mother when she used to see mothers choosing dresses for their daughters or advising them over something, she missed all these but with avantika, she never felt like she is missing something. With her, she is more comfortable than she was with her dadi or taiji. She could talk to avantika without any hesitation or fear, what she will think of her?
Taani was dead tired after hours of roaming in mall, and she took a sigh of relief when they finally found the perfect dress.
"Maa, lets go now. My baby will curse me if i didn't get something in my tummy soon. He is dead hungry" Taani sighed dramatically, avantika laughed but nodded. They both walked in the food court. They ordered their food and sat on table comfortably.
"Why i'm having a feeling that we will get good amount of scolding when we will reach home?" Taani questioned herself, glancing at her watch. It was quiet late and Rey had strictly told her to be back on time.
"No one will dare to." Avantika said confidently but little did she know, she is wrong.
"Hope so! Your son scared the hell out of me when he gets angry." Taani admitted jokingly though, but it was true somewhere.
"Don't get me started over this, whole singhania clan needs anger management classes, specially men in our family." said avantika, both the women laugh over it. They had their food and left for home in their car, enjoying each other's company.

"Rey, calm down. Woh dono aate hi honge." Ranvijay said to his son who was pacing back forth in hall, waiting for their arrival. It was past 9 and they still hadn't hadn't returned back home, outside it was raining heavily and their cell phones were not reachable that had him worried sick, fearing if something bad happened to her or his baby.
His brown orbs darkened in rage, worry changed into anger. He wanted to scold her for being so careless and on the other side, he was praying to keep them safe. He was lost in his thoughts when door bell ring, he walked toward the door, and opened the door hoping its his mother & taani.
His anger went on another level when he saw them drenched in rain. He glance at taani who was looking at him nervously and was shivering in cold. He held her elbow in rough grip and pulled her inside the house, His mother was shocked with his son's behavior.
"Where the hell were you, taani? Responsibility naam ki koi cheez hoti hai ya nahi, agar late ho rahe the toh, you could you called and informed m! Do you have any idea how worried i was, your phone was not reachable, weather was also not good. I was worried here thinking if something had happen to you or baby.." Rey roared in anger, tears brimmed in her eyes. His grip was dead tight causing a painful shriek to escape her lips.
"Rey, Behave yourself and leave her." His father told him, anger lacing his tone. His mother stepped forward and removed his grip from taani's hand. Taani look at him with tearful eyes before she ran away from there, in her room.
"Rey, is this how you behave with her? I know we were late and you were worried but learn how to control your anger. I'll not tolerate your this behavior in my house. You could have asked us calmly but no, you lashed out at her." Avantika shouted at her son, showing her disappointment and anger toward his behavior.
"I know you care for her & your child but don't get too over protective that you will lose her. You have no rights to manhandle her. We didn't brought our son like this.." Ranvijay said to him in stern tone. Rey looked down, he knew his outraged behavior was wrong.
"I hope you know what you have to do now.." Avantika spoke, Rey nodded and walked away from there after apologizing to his parents, he knew his behavior had hurt them too.
Rey opened the door of his bedroom and entered inside room, his heart broke when he found her sitting on the edge of the bed, her back was facing him and he could heart her soft sobs.
"Taani-" Rey called out for her in soft tone. She heard him and her body went stiff, she was still in her wet clothes, shivering in cold little which didn't do unnoticed by him. He decided to change her dress first before she catch the cold. Rey walked over the closet and took out some fresh clothes and towel for her.
She was sitting there quietly, she didn't lifted her gaze up to see him as he stand in front of her. He placed the clothes on bed beside her and started her drying her hair with towel, Taani tried stopping him but he held her hand.
"I know you are hurt but please let me, You will fall ill and its not good for you & baby.." Rey said to her, and hearing his words she took her hand back and let him dry her hair. He was doing his work with utmost care, not wanting to hurt her. After he dried her hair, he held her hand and made her stand. Tears brimmed in her eyes seeing his care and she wondered, If he loves her so much then why he always hurt her?
Rey knew he had hurt her again, And he is ashamed of that. He hates himself when he hurt her, when he become the reason of her tears. Rey decided to talk to her later, he moved close to her and started opening the buttons of her shirt. Taani shudder, one side she wanted to push him away but couldn't brought herself to do it. Her body betrayed her, was yearning for his touch.
As he opened the buttons, his fingers brushed against her skin causing her to shiver in delight. Rey removed her shirt, leaving her just in her inner wear. Feeling conscious under his penetrating gaze, she tried covering her front but he held her hand. Their eyes met, he nodded in no. Not able to withstand his intensified faze, she closed her eyes tight. Bridging the gap between their body, Rey wrapped his arm around her bare waist, she shivered under his touch, He felt it.
He felt her skin, smooth as silk skin under his finger tips. He lifted his hand up and unhooked her black bra. He stare down at her, with love visible in his arms. She had this power to bring out a completely different person in him, She hugged him tightly as he removed her bra and dropped it on floor. Rey felt chill ran along with the length of his spine as she hugged her, her soft body pressed against his. Rey broke the hug and sat on his knees, she sighed as his lips touched her sensitive baby bump.
"You know baby, daddy is very bad. Today, Again I'd hurt your mumma but it wasn't intentional. I was so worried for you & her when she didn't returned back home. Many bad thoughts crossed my mind and I got angry, took it all out on her. I know i was wrong, and i promise, I'll control my anger from next time. Please, ask your mumma to forgive your daddy." If she wasn't hurt, she would have surely smile hearing his talks. Tears trickled down her cheeks.
"No, I'll not forgive your daddy. He does it every time. First shout at me unnecessary then ask for sorry. This is not done." Taani mumbled in cute low tone.
"Baby, please, tell you mumma to forgive your daddy. Daddy promised that I will not shout at your mumma again." Rey said, looking straight into her hazel orbs.
"Don't promise something you can't fulfill." Taani said to him, and narrowed her eyes at Reyaansh Singhania's world famous anger.
"But I'll try my best to not to lose my temper before you. Forgive me, Jaan." Rey said, nuzzling his face in her belly. Taani sighed and buried her fingers in his thick locks. Rey got up, He removed her remaining clothes and he made her wear his t-shirt.
"I forgive you, Rey." Taani whispered softly. How long she could stay angry at him? Her heart would always melt away in front of him & Forgive him. How much she try her love for him always win in front off all the other things.
"Thanks, taani." Rey mumbled, he knew he doesn't deserve her let alone her forgiveness but also, he couldn't live without her. He is trying to be a better person for her, changing himself for her & his baby. And it will take little time but he knew, he will do it for his family. He would never want his child to see his this side.
