Reyansh sighs and puts the bracelet back in the jacket's pocket. Flinging the jacket behind him, he slips his arms into the sleeve and get out of the car. Beeping it lock over his shoulder, he walks in the rain not bothered about getting wet. He was too far gone to care anymore.

After spending seven years of pretending of not feeling anything for her, it was a harsh awakening when she called him a stranger. This is exactly what he wanted, but he wasn't happy. In fact, he wanted to shake her hard and remind her who he is. Demand her that how dare she called him a stranger. Pushing the feelings deep down, he rings the bell.

Their butler opens the door and greets him. With a nod of acknowledgement, he walks down the central hallway as the memories come rushing down. The house hasn't changed a bit in all the seven years. With Ria changing so much, he was almost starting to think if what happened in the past was just a dream. But seeing the house, those beautiful memories were as real as the rain outside. Each and everything was still the same as if time stopped here.

"Finally, you are here, man," a man says as he slaps his back in a brotherly gesture. Reyansh turns and finds his best friend, Elliot. He was as good looking as ever. He was renowned in the female population for his Tom Cruise looks and a perfect body of a soccer player. But it didn't surprise him that Elliot, in the end, picked Katie, it was always bound to be. Even in college, they were like a couple though they always denied.

He smiles and pull Elliot in a tight hug. Closing his eyes, he just stayed like this as Elliot hugs him back. If he missed anybody the most in past seven years other than her, it was this guy. His best friend. His brother from another mother. "God, you are getting all sappy on me," Elliot says teasingly as he pulls away and smile at him. "How are you, dude?" he asks looking at him top to bottom. "You are soaked, man! Get change," Elliot says as he takes the role of big brother that he plays all too well.

"Whatever, bro. I am not a baby," Reyansh says rolling his eyes and then added smirking, "at least not yours." "Oh I am sure..." before Elliot can complete, they both jumped at the loud noise of hurried footsteps from upstairs. Reyansh turns behind him to look at the stairs, where the noise was coming from when his heart skip a beat.

There she was looking every bit like an angel. She was running down the stairs barefoot just like old days. He smile as the memories of them running and goofing around comes back to him. Coming out of the past, he notice her jet black hair, still wet, was flying away everywhere. She had not a speck of makeup on her face, but it was still glowing with laughter and her eyes sparkled in mischief.

He knew that look very well. It was when she had done something which she shouldn't have. Reyansh smiles remembering old days when they would play pranks on each other. Though his smile was short lived, it slipped when he saw a fine and tall blonde hair and blue eyes guy running behind her.

"Stop right there, Kriya. If I caught you, you know it will be trouble," he said warningly and did his voice turn husky at the word, "trouble". Reyansh also noticed how he talked to her like he had a right to her. He instantly felt a surge of jealousy run down his veins during an intense wave of possession. Ria was only hers was Reyansh quick thought as his hand curls into a fist and his nose flare.

Reyansh's eyes follow Ria as she finally climb from the last step and runs straight to him. She didn't seem to have notice him because she kept looking at herself. Just as Reyansh was deciding what to do, Ria comes and crash into him making him get out of his thoughts. Reyansh instantly wraps his arms around her waist to steady her. Her palms were flat on his rock hard chest.

Kriya instantly knew it was Reyansh. The smell of aftershave and-and pure man that Kriya has started to associate with only long ago. It was still the same. She slowly opens her eyes that she has instinctively closed when she hit the brick wall of muscle.

She slowly tilts her head to look at him. She was still a good half a feet short of his six ft tall built frame. Those chocolate brown eyes that she loves since the first time they met looked back at her with an unknown emotion, but his face was unreadable. His hold on her waist tightens. It silently screams of his possession on her.

Suddenly, she snaps back into reality and look around finding Elliot and Austin, Katie's younger brother, staring at them. She pushes him away harshly making him leave her as his hand hangs beside him awkwardly.

Elliot clears his throat trying to fix the situation making Kriya jump out of her thoughts. "Let's go, Austin. Let's check on the last minute things and then we can go change," Kriya says hurriedly as she grabs Austin's hand and walk to the hall room saying something about getting ready all on time and need to get dress quickly. She didn't even glance at Reyansh before leaving which didn't go unnoticed by him. She felt his eyes digging holes on her back till he couldn't see her any longer.

He again had to hold his arms down so he doesn't go and shake her up to demand her how can she behave so coolly making him an emotional mess. Elliot sighs and turns to Reyansh, "Let's go. I will show you your room." "It's fine. It's the same one, right?" Reyansh asks turning to look at him with a guarded look. When Elliot nods, Reyansh picks his bag and walks upstairs towards the same room.

He barely heard Elliot tell him the party starts in 1 hour and to meet in the hall room. Reyansh slowly walks towards his room down the hallway. He stops right before the room beside his room. The door was open slightly. He knew this room belonged to her as he had spent countless mornings and evenings in it.

Taking a step towards the room, he slightly pushes the door, and it flung open. There it was as it used to be. The same table and chair where she would do homework, and he would distract her. The same swing chair where they would play different games. The same bed where he first realize how he felt for her that one night.

Reyansh closes his eyes as the memories flood him feeling like it was only yesterday before everything got ruined. He sighed and walked into his room closing the door behind him as I lean onto the door taking in the room. The room was still the same one. He was still the same no matter how much he tried to change himself, but she changed. He moves away from the door went to take a shower to collect himself together and later get ready for the party.
