One call is all it takes for the father in law in Ranjan bhalla, the business man, to revise strategies and deal sealed with a game of golf.
Powers that be... the game changing decisions of the top management... Interesting. For Ranjanji, the additional costs due to a delayed deployment is a small change, in fact a sweet change .
And for Ritu M, the image of II ,' the entitled' employee is getting bigger and bigger. Bally is a neutral guy spent years, been there , done that and so won't sweat. But Ritu will sweat and her BP raises.
Dude texted Bally on his wife being sick the other day, today Ritu again gets a text that II from Bally her reportee is still sick.

Resentment widens. Wonder what the dude and his wife will think of this delayed deployment .

So the lsdy realises she lives her job no more or atleast its not the priority...!

But maybe it's just this job? Maybe she needs a switch that way.

But usually a new employee won't be hired if she is pregnant... That's the usual case I suppose.

II can't afford not going to the job at all... So as a responsible man Dad's decision seems smart... But how it will affect II will depend on Ritu.

Could be that when Ritu kmows of II's situation she will join the dots together? And that will cause Ritu to form opinions about II.

actually the last line seemed like Ritu figured it out...that this was all FOR II.

Dad's decision and consequences will all eventually come into effect but for now I would like to gush about his care and concern and sensitivity.

I hope II takes his move positively

I hope dude understands too

Because when you make decisions for others the outcome is almways dependent on state of mind at the receivers end.
