Thanks shilpa for taking the time to read my blog and sharing your thoughts...one of my students taught me to blog so trying to practice for a mandalam after which they say something becomes a habit...

Bangalore's changing weather and pollution levels are way high for a child to endure if you princess is going in for a cold give her kashayams...put both kids on a cod liver oil capsule course...the immunity to fight the colds will gradually build...i don't use allopathy so will suggest what i have tried for myself and kids in the family...
