It would have been very easy for me to write a leading lady thats "clever" "knows her way" "networks" "kisses butt" and climbs the ladder
Afterall we all see such women around us everyday

But the real challenge is to write a character that is a everyday hero, with all her failings and ambitions who struggles with self worth issues, craves for good feedback, is earnest and sincere...

Professional growth and diplomacy is a delicate issue, right. Not always will your fight for right get you want you want. So II's fears about approaching Ritu has been validated. A thankless job of any kind is a no no. Yes, it's not easy to leave a job that gives one material comfort and especially in today's economy. However, there comes a time when money matters the least because there is no mental peace.

Smriti Irani is doing good job at her level... better than previous Education Ministers.. May be her team is efficient or what... but the results are quite satisfactory!
Although she is sued recently for giving false info regarding her degrees and qualifications..
but then their are numerous Neta's who are qualified but in a wrong team.. famous example 'manmohan singh' the most educated minister of india till date but no powers in his hands..
All i know is smriti is doing well.. (as i read in newspapers.. watch on news channels and social media coverages) far far far better than kejriwal... who is after LG fighting for rights of govt vs rights of LG .
and that somnath bharti... he's a monster.. his wife filed a case of domestic violence.. she was bruised by him like an animal..
I voted for kejriwal in first delhi elections participated by him... then i saw how he ditched people in 49 days... then i voted to BJP ... 🤣 3 seats mili bas BJP ko... Delhi youth was going crazy for free wifi...jiska aaj tak koi ata pata nahi h...
