if garima was sick and she was admitted so maybe when khushi called arnav and hanged up, maybe something had happened to garima or maybe she passed away and khushi needed to hear arnav at that time. coz in moments of pain, loss, fear one needs just to hear the voice of his loved ones to gather all the courage he needs to be strong.
