Hey just read your note. Tragically that is a by - product of modern lifestyle - to much time spent on the laptop.

Not from the FF perspective but for general work, I suggest you buy a voice conversion software that automatically conveys voice to text.

I use that for work and it works quite well. I still have to make corrections esp for proper nouns but the amount I need to b hunched over and typing has reduced hugely. I suffer from spondylitis so it had been a big help
