Look at this way
She is going through a pathetic time
She beleived things would be good for her...planning to quit PHD for a guy might be a slight hint that he meant a lot
Her brother happily married and sister happy with her family
She can't hate them...she can't say wrong things to them...she loves them too much
MM was her escape
She would tell herself...look at this house...at least my life is better than this
She would feel bad/pity her dad and say...look he has nobody..sad...at least my life is a little better
She ran from realities
Now it's all in her face
And the only person whom she can blame is II
Some stranger whom she doesn't have to feel bad for hating
How will she tell herself its okay to hate her dad cos MA is gone because if him
What will she tell herself when she hates Sam for having a life she dreamt of
How can she cope with hating her brother who she thought would be most distraught is moving on?
She can't do these things...her consince won't approve of them
She feels left out...hates her life...but she puts a strong facade.. Scared of being laughed at when her vulnerabilities will come out in open
She will trouble and scare II cos she feels most vulnerable in front of II
Sam and dad and dude...they are lost in those own thing
If somebody has the power to look through its II..she observes too much
And u always want to call good soft and caring ppl stupid... Because if u accept them you are letting yourself heal
Manny doesn't want to heal...scared of dreaming again
It might lead to another disaster if she hopes again...another dead end
