CHAPTER-21

A few days have passed by with the preparation for the D day and all other rituals were being performed and enjoyed thoroughly

It was the day of haldi when a few ladies talked about anjali that she should not do the ritual as she is a girl with broken marriage which could be a bad omen for this marriage

The situation was taken under control by anjali only when the family started to argue with the ladies

Anjali showed everyone that she was okay everyone thought it would be good to leave her alone for a while

It was late at night when arjun reached at terrace where anjali was sitting on the swing and silently tears were flowing from her eyes

Anjali was so lost in her thoughts that she didn't noticed him

Arjun went and sat by her side and gave her a side hug

It is then only that she realised someone's presence around and saw arjun she tried to stop her tears but arjun stopped her

Ar-anju common i thought u really took me as ur brother when u said that

An-no plz arjun don't say that i really take u as my brother in fact i can't tell u how happy i m to get u arman and ridz in my life with khushi

I have got a sister in ridz which i desired from my teen years ,i got another younger brother for myself in form of arman but yes this time a naughty one not serious like chotte

They both laughed at that

An- and then i have got u I really can't tell u what u r to me arjun I can't tell my feelings or share my thoughts without thinking of how people would react about them but with u i don't have to think all that i know i can come to u with anything and everything at any time

Ar-exactly then why r u sitting here alone u should have come to me

An-it's just that i was upset arjun i can't tell this anyone else otherwise they would freak-out and i thought to give u some rest today otherwise m always at ur door with something or the other and yes before say that it formality or something then let me clear it , it is not just wanted to give u rest for a day

Both chuckled at this

Ar-common anju i know this is not so easy and taking how sensitive u r not at all easy but try to come out of it , it is only u who could strengthen urself

An-i know i m trying hard hope i would succeed soon

Arjun smiled at that

Ar-common now go and sleep we have a lot of work tomorrow

An-yes and our work would be increased coz we would have to handle a bunch of grown up children too

Chuckling both of them went off to sleep

Next morning

It was a very special day for everyone and especially for arnav and khushi it was the day of their marriage

Preparations were on full swing

As predicted by arjun and anjali they had to handle a bunch of grown up children

In between all this anjali even announced that she has joined a ngo which works to educate and help in getting work to the ladies who have been a victim of bad married life and are trying to survive and be independent

Firstly it was opposed as family was apprehensive but later with anjali explaining and arjun supporting her everyone agreed

it was evening now arnav was ready in cream coloured sherwani

sitting in mandap waiting for his bride his khushi

he did not have to wait for long as khushi appeared in her red colour lehnga

short choli , a line lehnga with a heavily embroidered dupatta on her head designed by arnavji

after a while the rituals ended the games ended where khushi was a clear winner or was very willingly made the winner by our majnu asr

it was night time when khushi was sitting on arnav or now their bed waiting for him

here arnav was standing outside his room's door where her sisters anjali and ridhima were standing and stopping him from entering his room and meeting his khushi alone asking for another nek and all others arjun arman akash nk payal were enjoying the show

ar-common you two u both have looted me before hand only how much more do u want

ri-common arnav bhai this is right of every sister to take as much possible from their brothers

arm-well wify i think u all females take this as your birth right to get every men's pocket empty u take as sisters,wives,daughters

anja-what is your problem arman stop trying to help him otherwise you would land in trouble and don't forget wives can punish too

Fabulous update.. happy to see ARSHI married now.. their family have become a huge family with maliks included.. loved the update..
