"What to do, thats his fate" Amma broke down softly "Telling u while u are on a vacation is not going to change anything"
"NOBODY told me... Akka knew about it?" she asked angrily
"Hmmm" Amma nodded, there was a lot of honking and screeching...
"What is happening Amma?" she yelled
"Pedestrians di.. dont worry, I am safe inside the car" Amma reassured
"Get home and call me, I am on my way to the hospital" she ranted
"No kanna u cant see him today visitor hours are over" Amma reminded her
"U never told me ma, Appa didnt either, neither did my FIL... nobody cares abt me" she was very angry
"Ida paar di, dont throw a fit," Amma yelled
"WHY MA? NOBODY told me... I close to him, dont I deserve to know?" she yelled back
She began to cry pacing the bedroom helplessly... and just hung up Amma called back
She didnt answer
"ishita dont do anything dumb, dont go off to the hospital" Amma texted
She dialed a number with shaking hands...
He answered sleep drugged
"Why are u sleeping now?" she cried
"WHAT HAPPENED?" he panicked
"Periappa is sick and no one told me" she sobbed
"II" he cajoled her gently
"NOBODY told me" she cried
"Where are u now?" he demanded
"Ghar par hoon, Appa came to the airport even he didnt tell me" she complained, furious
"Will u please stop crying?" he begged
"Nooo... I dont even know how long he has been sick, its all your fault, I was supposed return Tuesday, u changed everything" she accused
"OK calm down" he said softly
"I am not even sure WHY I called u, its all your fault" she ranted

"WHY are u sleeping now?" she asked
"I worked all evening and night and on my way home ate at a all night Sushi Bar" he said
"U ATE Sushi for breakfast?" she asked horrified
"Umm... ya... if u call it that" he chuckled
"Are u sick?" she demanded
"Not anymore... I was... earlier" he said bluntly
"I shud have just killed u when I had a chance, 10 days... open season, I let it go" she cried angrily
"U wudnt do that, because if u did who wud u call and accuse of every crime?" he asked softly
"U ARE SICK? And alone?" she asked with disbelief
"Staying up all night and raw fish isnt a good combination" he explained
"U shud have raw fish for dinner" she said spitefully
"I asked u to stay" hissing (If u are missing me and worry about me)
"Kaise rehti main?" she argued angrily
"Then dont worry about me" he shot back
"I am sorry I called u"
She just hung up
He called atleast 5 times, she answered on the 6th, after every help came up to tell her "Sir ko foon kar lein aap"
Ranjan texted her "Betaji are u asleep, ur husband wants to know" he sent a wink
"Yes I am Dad" she responded promptly
Ranjan sent back a ROFL
"Not funny" she was miffed
"Me or him?" he asked innocently
"BOTH, Dad" she informed
"Call him, I think he misses u" Ranjan said with no clue about how much they just argued a minute ago
"He probably wants to eat Sushi for dinner and wants to know if I wud go" she said innocently
Ranjan walked up to the stairs and laughed heartily
She was sitting on the 1st floor stairs texting her FIL
He dialed his son and asked him that!!!!!
"Are u going to go eat Sushi puttar?" he asked
R&B was startled
"So she is awake then?" he asked his Dad
"Why?" Ranjan asked confused
"the sarcasm cant be from sleep talking" he told his Dad
"What?" Ranjan was more confused
He handed her the phone and walked away shaking his head
Calling out to Minion to make something simple like khichri for dinner... so he could enjoy it with his bahu
"Enna venum?" (what do u want?) she asked
"Why? are u in a particularly "giving" mood?" he asked sarcastically
"Umm.. no not for you" she mumbled

u have to go to the Lobby and as for SK Kapoor, and someone should take you to see Periappa" he said softly

"I cant worry about you and Periappa at the same time... my heart is small and it can only hold few things" she sobbed

They both heard each other exhale
As if Marliese occured to both, since this "person" was a blonde... it cant be her

"Well I dont know what she is "down there" he responded huskily "Not yet anyway"

"I am going to go see him now... do what u want" she said forcing herself to be careless

"Take the day off II" he begged her for Monday the 6th
"I cant... I have over 500 unread emails" she said fearfully

"Take someone with u (Dad) or a guard maybe?" he offered
"Its not even 8 PM on a Sunday" she sniggered
"It doesnt matter" "The hospital parking goes three levels below" he reminded her

"thanks" she smiled fighting a lump
He didnt respond

"Amma said visiting hrs were over... I cant wait to see him" she cried softly
