I finished reading it Vanhi!

It was a poignant love story, making me happy and sad at the same. You brought tears and laughter, fear and courage, to my heart. I started expecting a tale of Arshi and you gave much more.

I have read Love Story by Eric Segal and I have felt the characters too isolated from the rest of the happenings and people. I like his book Doctors more as love stories are woven not just around the couple but by their families, friends, work and happenings around the world as that makes up a person and that influences his or her life and their partner.

You have done that here in this story. As much as its Arshi's story, it is the story of Bindu and Kiran, Megha and Viswa, Lavanya and Viswa, and also Arati and Avinash and Anjali and Aman.

Through these couples and the various equations you showed life itself and how it changes through the hands of fate and time, but still a lot happens as per the thoughts and decisions humans form.

Beautifully written!

I haven't been able to stop reading this story.

You have mesmerized me with your storyline.

It has truly been about the entire family and there love for each other and sacrifice.

This is one of the best stories I have read.

Finally I read after so long a gap...

But though I knew it dat d ending won't be all happy-2 I cudnt help but miss call it d trait of being an Indian & a fan of happy ending... ;)

But d way u described d changes in arnav, viswa, lav & all d people who were somewhere related to each oder becoz of d grl who is no more was lovely...

But I guess if u had made any miracle of something it wud be too much filmy & non-realistic...

I loved hw khushi tried to live to d fullest & den left little too many memories for everyone to cherish forever & arnav continued d show sandcastle which Megha aka khushi had strtd... :)

Nw it seems he might jst fi find his solace or companion in Veronica as d ending suggests... :)

Can v xpect another stry or d continuation of dis one... ??

OMG!!!! Vanhi!!! This is your story???? I read this long long Looong time ago with tears always in my eyes.. Even now they're running down my cheeks just remembering this story..

When I read the broadcast of Sandcastle in blue font, I really thought it was Viswa! That was a pleasant surprise!!

I can't comment much about this story because it is very very painful.. From the beginning I loved it, and couldn't stop reading even after realizing that it's not gonna have a happy ending. Just stumbled upon this thread which I had missed earlier, and I'm glad I did, coz it showed me that you're the author of this masterpiece too..

Loved the FF to the core.

I had tears in my eyes by the time I completed this one.. True, it didn't have a happy ending and we didn't get to see the happily ever after of Arnav-Khushi, but still it had the most perfect and a peaceful ending..

The love between Arnav and Khushi is far too pure and way too divine. Not everybody can have love like this..
Good Job and I would love to read your other works as well..

Khushi is no more , that part really hurt me a lot . But the story was meant to end this way . I expected some miracle , khushi deserved to live , i expected a fairy tale ending . Khushi deserved her Suriya .

Felt very bad for Arnav who couldn't move on , looks like khushi herself found Veronica for her replacement in Suriya's life .
