I am single working women. I admire working women who have to manage family and specifically those with Kids. Damn difficult. Being single I don't have to bother much about putting extra hours, if and when need be.

I have no doubt for women it takes a lot more after marriage to keep her job. She has to compromise. The one not compromising will be criticized like Ritu is being criticized now. We wouldn't have questioned so much if some male boss of II would have called her on Friday evening for some update. But since she is female boss we are questioning her that she doesn't have personal life hence she is giving extra hours. There are biases against working women and there always will be. If she works extra for achieving her ambitions she will be alleged of not having personal life or ignoring her family but we will not question men's doing the same.

I know having family is as important as career but I guess one should be allowed to choose one over the other without being judged too much.
