Rey's pov

I saw her taking her diary and jumping out of the window. I went to the window only to find her doors of the window closed.

I again slept on the bed. But sleep was far away from my eyes.

My mind drifted back to few minutes.

Was it a dream?!

I pinched myself , "Ow.."

No! it wasn't.

She kissed me. No,no, I kissed her.

No, no actually we kissed.

Oh God!! Why m I repeating the same thing.

This girl is ... Urgh..

What does she think of herself?!

Just for taking her diary she kissed me.

Does that kiss meant nothing for her?

But what about me?

Does it means anything to me...?!

I think I need sleep. I closed my eyes but all I could do was think about her, the night we met. Fear in her eyes, her beautiful smile, which bought a smile on my face.
How easily she got mixed with my friends! And...

Oh God!!! I'm again thinking about her.

I put the pillow on my head and tried to sleep slowly. Don't know when I drifted to sleep.

Taani's dress

Rey's dres

I felt sun rays falling on my face. I covered my face with the pillow.

Suddenly the alarm rang, I woke up feeling frustrated.

Everyone is hell bent to not let me sleep. First that girl didn't let me sleep at night, because of her I slept late and now this stupid alarm.

I saw the time and lazily got up to get ready for school.

I took bath and was now setting my hairs in front of mirror. I could hear some shouting from Taani's room.

I saw the time and got to know y she was shouting.

She was getting late to school.!!

I smirked to myself thinking of irritating her a little.

Keeping in my mind to irritate her I went downstairs hugged my mom saying bye to her, I left the house.

As I came outside m house I saw her coming outside her house.

She saw me and quickly turned around and started walking, as if she didn't noticed me.

I called out for her,

"hey, Taani! Wait!!

She stopped but didn't turned.

I stood in front of her with a smirk on my lips.

By seeing anyone could guess she was getting nervous. I observed her properly she was playing with her fingers.

R: so today late?

T: Ya, I... I got up late!!!

R: Come I'll drop you!!

She immediately said, "No"

R: common, I won't kidnap you.

T: I will go by myself.

She moved left, I too moved left. She moved right and I did the same. I blocked her way.

T: what do you want?

She asked me out of frustration or irritation but I was enjoying it.

R: just an answer to my question!

T: say..

R: Tell me did you enjoyed kissing me?

Listening my question her eyes widened. She looked here and there.

R: answer this I'll let you go.

T: I... .. I'm.getting..

R: I said answer my question.

I said taking a step forward towards her which she didn't notice.

R: tell me?

I could see her hell nervous. I moved forward close to her, whispered in her ear, "tell my answer fast you are getting late."

I moved a little back. Just then she pushed me a little and ran shouting to me, "No, I didn't."

Then she sat inside the auto which arrived and looked back showed me tongue.

I shook my head and laughed at her childish behavior and drove to college at high speed.

At college

I was standing with my friends at the college gate. When her auto arrived.

I sw her coming out of auto and paying him.

I was observing her every move.

She saw me from the corner of her eyes.

She again started playing with her fingers.

I was present with my friends but my eyes were following her. Suddenly I saw her smiling widely, I looked at the direction she was smiling.

It was bestfriend Shivam. I saw her moving towards him and giving him a side hug and they walked inside with his hands on her shoulder.

I felt a tinge of burning sensation inside me seeing them like that.

Suddenly a hand came around my shoulders, I saw it was Swayam.

He was looking at me and raised his eyebrows to ask me, whts happening'

I shook my head.

He just gave me a smile. I smiled awkwardly thinking for what he gave me smile.

We went for our lectures or we could say our second house detention room.

The last bell rang indicationg school was over. I and Swayam were going to stay at my house so others left.

We were walking when suddenly,

S: ohh damn!!

R: what?

S: I forgot my car keys in the locker.

R: take it tomorrow.

S: just 2 mins yaar. Wait I'll be here in 2 min.

Saying so he left.

I started playing with my phone.

I suddenly saw Taani waiting for someone. I moved towards her.

I tapped her shoulders from left and moved in front of her as she turned to see who it was. When she found no one she faced in front and booohh'

With the sudden voice she was going to all, I quickly took hold of her hand before she falls down.

And pulled into me encircling my arms around her waist and her hands on my shoulders..

I whispered, "how does it feel being in my arms?"

She immediately moved back keeping her hand on her heart as she got a heart attack.

I was smirking at her.

R: common I didn't gave you an attack, did I?

She glared at me.

R: okay! Don't look at me like that I was just having fun.

T: fun my foot! You could have kiiled me I got so scared.

R: oh really!!! Didn't you got scared when you came to my room?

T: why you are bringing that topic again and again?

R: why did you sneak into my room?

T: because I wanted my diary.

R: then you u kissed me?

T: because you weren't giving my diary, so i have to kiss you.

R: you mean dat kiss means nothing to you.

I asked slowly.

T: No!!! it meant...

before she could say further I walked away from there. I was stupid. I thought she might not have done that to just get her diary.

But no!! She is selfish, she just wanted her stupid diary.

I went back to my place where I was waiting for Swayam and didn't looked at her once.
