Harshita, have read few of your comments not only of today but earlier as well. You really understand and express well. Running an organization after a point of time cannot not be solely about personal ambition. Thinking about People involved therein is something a reasonable businessman does. Handing over / selling I guess has to be the saddest part. I have seen professionals managing business as well as owners. It does make lot of difference.

I somehow don't see II compromising with her values if she accepts a position (deserving one) in Excelsior similar to her stature in KPMG and being there for the Old man. However, only only if II wants. Not to please someone nor should she hold her self back thinking what would xyz think about her, if she does.

All out here Asma, Nivi, Shruti, Shiv, Putti, Drishti, Nammu, Shilpa, Vani, Envee, Noufi and many more it's nice to read your reviews. Can't hit like button most of the times when reading on my mobile.

Ashu, you are amazing. Really liked you pointing out that our leads are II & R&B. Indeed you never forget to welcome people as Nisha mentioned. You did welcome me I remember very well.
