Kripa sat in her room, Angad knocked on the door and sat down next to her and put his arm around her, Kripa put her head on his shoulder

A - you ok?

K - no.......

A - want to talk?

K - no

A - ok

Angad stayed silent until Kripa spoke

K - why can't they get along?

A - because.....they hate each other.....Karthik thinks Krish is trying to take his place........and Krish thinks that Karthik shouldn't even be here.....they have issues

K - i guess......

A - i have an idea...

Kripa looked at him

K - what?

A - i know Karthik cares about you......i'm not too sure about Krish but if he does......then you can ask them both to get along.....for you

K - i don't know

A - at least try....

K - ok

Kripa kissed him on his cheek and left her room, she walked to Karthik's room and knocked

K - can i come in?

Ka - since when do you need to ask?

Kripa smiled and shut the door behind her, Karthik was looking at some old photos while sitting on his bed, Kripa joined him

Ka - remember this picture?

Karthik points at a picture of Kripa and Karthik sitting on bikes

K - of course.....we must have been 12....dad had bought us new bikes, you insisted on riding yours straight away...

Ka - i broke it the same day

They laughed, Kripa put the album down

K - bhai....

Ka - yeah?

K - if i ask you a favour.....promise you'll do it?

Ka - of course....name it

K - stop fighting with Krish

Karthik frowned and got off the bed, Kripa followed him

Ka - i can't help it....i hate him, you know at first i thought dad was responsible for my accident but its not........its Krish

K - bhai how can you....

Ka - i just know ok......and i'm sorry, i can't step down, Krish needs to be taught a lesson

K - you promised!

Ka - i'm sorry Kripa......but this is.....

K - more important than me?

Ka - no!!!! its just...i need to do this.....

K - but he's....

Ka - he's what? your brother?

K - no....well yes......

Ka - enough said.....please i want to rest

K - but bhai.....

Karthik held the door open, Kripa frowned and realised it was useless, she left his room and Karthik closed the door behind her. Kripa was upset, she was heading for her room when she decided to go to Angad, she found him in the living room watching TV, she sat down by him

A - how did it go?

K - Karthik bhai said no

A - hmmm......and Krish?

K - i had asked him yesterday anyways and he said yes

A - thats good...

Angad noticed Kripa's mood and cuddled up on the sofa with her, she rested her head on his chest and he kissed her forehead

A - don't worry about it

K - how can i not? They're my brothers, one i have a blood relation with and the other i have an emotional relation with.......i care about them both....maybe Karthik more but still

A - don't stress....i'm going to have a word with Krish later on

K - what are you going to say?

A - i'm not quite sure yet.....i'll think of something

Kripa smiled, Angad kissed her lightly, she snuggled up next to him and buried herself in his arms.......soon Kripa fell asleep, Angad noticed how adorable she looked, he smiled and wondered how to get up without waking her, he couldn't find a way so he picked her up gently and took her upstairs and put her in her bed, he kissed her forehead and left her room. He decided to speak to Krish.....he walked to his room and knocked on the door

Kr - who is it?

A - Angad, can i come in?

Kr - sure

Angad opened the door and closed it behind him

Kr - so you're Kripa's boyfriend?

A - yeah....

Kr - well? what do you want? i don't have time to waste

A (thinks) - arrogant ******* (to Krish) so krish.....how often do you come here?

Kr - once every two months?

A - so thats 6 times in a year?

Kr - yes.....why? i study in Pune so i only have time to visit every two months

A - well......i studied in Calcutta you know that

Kr - and?

A - that's a lot further than Pune

Kr - ......and?

A - you know how often i came back to visit my family?

Kr - surprise me.....once a month? twice a month? three times?

A - yeah once.......

Kr (laughs) - once a month and you're lecturing me

A - no Krish......once a week

Krish stopped laughing and looked at Angad

Kr - ok just get to the point

A - my point is that if you considered your self one of the Sharma's then you'd visit more frequently......not come by once in a blue moon and live in royalty while your here

Kr - what are you trying to say? that i come here to take advantage of my family and their money?

A - i never said that.....you did.....

Kr - let me guess.....Karthik sent you

A - get one thing straight Krish......I love Kripa.....and Kripa loves Karthik......well way more than she loves you.......and if you hurt Karthik.....you're hurting Kripa....and if you hurt Kripa....then i'll **** you up

Kr - is that a threat? coming from my sister's boyfriend? who i can get thrown out of this house in an instant and make sure you never.....and i mean never see Kripa again?

Angad glared at Krish

A - is THAT a threat?

Kr - most definately Angad......if you don't stay within your limits, I promise i will tell Dad that you're bad for Kripa and i'll make sure Kripa is never allowed to see you.....

A - you.....

Angad raised his fist to punch Krish but someone caught it from behind, Angad turned around to see Karthik standing there

Ka - Angad come with me

Angad looked at Krish and mouthed "i'll be back" and walked off with Karthik, they went into the guest room which was temporarily Angad's. Karthik shut the door and made Angad sit down

A - why did you stop me?

Ka - calm down

Karthik got a glass of water for Angad and made him drink it

Ka - you cool now?

A - yeah....now why did you stop me?

Ka - because if you had punched him there and then.......he would have told dad and that would have been your one way ticket out of here....and besides i over heard you talking to him

A - and?

Ka - i'll make sure he NEVER takes Kripa away from you......on one condition

A - what?

Ka - you help me.......

A - with what?

Ka - making sure it's Krish who gets the one way ticket out of this house and our lives

A - but what about Kripa?

Ka - what you mean?

A - i know her......if we mess with Krish....then its likely she will get angry

Ka - i'm sure you have your.....ways of persuading her?

A - i'll try.......so what's the plan?
