Khushi's words had an undesirably wanted effect on Arnav. She never wanted to be the cause of Arnav's pain but today she herself tormented him, yet again. Arnav might have shed just normal tears to reduce his pain, which would flow out of his eyes as the salty drops of water but Khushi had shed tears of blood in the memory of Arnav and his love till then. And today, one more reason for her to be tormented by the pain of her love, in their love.

Arnav had the decency to not say anything in front of the whole family, because he knew that the moment he opened his mouth, he would throw only curses at Khushi.

" You win Miss Gupta, by losing whatever little respect was left in my eyes for you. But remember,you might take the position of my wife in the house and the society, Khushi Gupta. But never in my life and heart. Because there was never a person, whom I hated more than you in the world. " Arnav spat out in sheer hatred which brought tears out of Khushi's controlled tears.

Maybe this is why people said, when the person who loved you once, hates you, even the definition of hatred changes for you. Without even sparing another look at Khushi, after the hatred filled gaze he had on Khushi while uttering those words of anger, Arnav walked out of the house.

Exactly as he, the one who colored her in his colors, walked out of her life, leaving her life bereft of any color as he took along with him every color and every shade of her life.

Later in the Afternoon,

Arnav walked into his room after a long drive to bring his senses back in his control, as they had gone awry after seeing Khushi in his home, as his wife. But it seemed as if the punishment had not ended for his mind,as he found Khushi arranging her clothes in his wardrobe.

" What do you think you are doing in my room, Miss Khushi Gupta?" Arnav asked while his voice was dripping with sarcasm and hatred, twisting the dagger he pierced in her heart, beating for him.

Though Khushi's throat had dried with the the immense pain within her, she managed to speak quite confidently, owing to her extraordinary self-control skills.

" What do you mean by your room? It is my room too." said Khushi, looking straight into Arnav's eyes hoping to find the love and the warmth she used to find earlier but now it was just pain which was visible in his dark orbs.

" If you don't remember Ma'am, you stayed in the room beside mine every time you stayed here in the past." Arnav said, turning away his gaze away from hers as he was scared if he would do something he would repent if he continued to look at the same face, which destroyed the peace of his life.

" Then I came as a friend, Arnav. And now I came as a wife. So technically my husband's room is my room." Khushi said, reminding Arnav of the way he made her his forever.

The very mention of their relationship was more than enough for Arnav's infamous anger to scale to new heights and to break the dam of self-control he difficultly constructed.

He grabbed her by her biceps and pinned her against the wall, next to the wardrboe, as Khushi gasped in shock.

" You love to play games, isn't it? Be it with someone's feelings or someone's life, it just doesn't matter to you. After all, why would it matter? You are the most practical, most logical and the most selfish person, I have ever known, Khushi Gupta and this must be a part of your new game right? But this time, your trap spread for me will fail. Because I have fallen in that trap once and this time your so called 'charms' are not going to work on me." Arnav Singh Raizada remarked sternly while Khushi's heart wrenched listening to the streaks of hatred in his voice.

Who was more unlucky amongst them?

Arnav, who had been betrayed by his love due to her immaturity?

Or Khushi, who herself made the person who loved her more than himself, to hate her beyond limits?

--FLASHBACK--

" So Khushi, you and Arnav were best of friends right? Then how come you didn't accept his damn romantic proposal?" asked Rahul, one of the admirers of Khushi from the college.

" I have had no feelings other than that of friendship towards Arnav, never. So what's the point in accepting his proposal, no matter however romantic it was?" Khushi said casually, though she felt bad for slapping Arnav in front of everyone like that.

" Not the fault of Arnav to fall for you. After all you have that charm, baby." praised Rahul, who always wanted to be close to THE Khushi Gupta.

Khushi was the one, who got easily flattered and that time it was proven again.

" Arnav, though was a nerd and everything had to fall for my charms, after all no one escapes my charm. And this romantic proposal from THE NERD just proved it again." said Khushi, who was immature and too full of herself.

Unknown to them, there was someone who had heard them. And that someone wanted to apologize to Khushi for his earlier behavior and wanted to woo her.

But a single sentence changed their lives forever by joining it.

That someone was none other than Arnav Singh Raizada, burning with fury as he assumed that Khushi did all this to satisfy her ego.

" Do whatever you want till the time you stay here, because soon you will have to leave Shantivan and this time forever. So start counting your days, Miss Khushi Gupta." said Arnav Singh Raizada, while pushing Khushi to his left and taking his blazer before leaving from there.

He will make her go from here forever? Was he planning a divorce?

Her dreams were once again shattered and it seemed as if even the shrill winds outside were crying at her fate. But Khushi was determined that she will change Arnav for good and before that she will not leave Shantivan. Once he becomes normal, Khushi decided that, she will herself leave Shantivan, lifting away the burden from Arnav.

Khushi had the realization of the mistake she did and the damage she caused but will she be able to make Arnav normal and win his love again?
