Ranjan is a case I detested in the earlier updates. Now I refuse to believe he is unfaithful

He chose ro be silent... His silence is being taken as his acceptance to have committed that crime.
No one asked him. He wont tell anyone. Simple.

R& B is an admirable person very deeply perceptive...very seldom understood...he did have a companion in bed for years but in the 20 questions thursday afternoon lunch meeting with Appa we learn he has never taken the relationship to culmination...He just is...with no desire to proove anything to anybody which is why he finds him at loggerheads with II...both are extremely loving...fiercely possessive the difference is II needs folks to verbalise and be demonstrative while R&B wants it to be felt...
I constantly get reminded of Darcy when i read of R& B... Darcy and another R& B Rhett Butler being fictional heroes i adored as a teen...I would read Gone with the wind every summer...later watched the Movie very often drooling over Clark Gable...
R&B chooses to steer clear of confrontations in most cases...II seems to go looking for it...the mutual attraction tying them with such strong bond that II is unable to percieve ...in that sense she is unseeing

R&B never spoke to his Dad on this issue. He just went aloof.

Sam was only one who has been constant in her Dad's life after the incident. Unfortunately I don't think it's easy for Dad's to discuss such matter with daughter's. Someone could argue about Tan being there but then Tan is his SIL. I don't know how confortable it would be discuss this with him. Manny was busy mending her own life.

Loss of Savy will definitely make Ranjan go on back foot with his children all the more. As come what may have been the reason for him being there found in that state but that was the reason for loss of Savy, even if it was accident.

As for Savy not trusting Ranjan, not sure if she failed to trust Ranjan or was just unable to deal with this mess and wanted to be on her own for sometime or got depressed and took this step as she didn't wanted to be reminded of this incident for all her life (as people would rake this issue as they please even if Ranjan is proven innocent).

So I wouldn't say Ranjan is guilty just coz he didn't try to justify himself.

Wow! I peep in here for a break and m amazed at the discussions you guys r having. It's like everyone is so so protective of Ranjan. I must say that there's been an "ANU EFFECT"😲😆 but yes, there are valid points for wanting Ranjan innocent. But I for one, wouldn't be very surprised if he's guilty of some minor indiscretion at least. Would a smart, intelligent man let the wotld, especially his family, think so I'll of him when he's truly innocent? There is an off chance that Savvy's death knocked the wind out of him and he resigned to penance for that because he would consider himself the catalyst for her death, if not for any other offence. Look at the conundrum Nisha has placed us in.😲

I so agree about Darcy and Rhett. They are the eternal fictional heroes. So in love with them! And R&B does remind me of several of their traits, too😛

Even if one is not guilty...it is not easy to express the same! I don't believe Ranjan could be guilty given the portrayal of his character...but why he has remained silent, only time will tell.

R&B is not as indifferent to his dad's situation as we have believed so far. The care he displayed in the recent update is evidence!

Once again a STUPENDOUS update...Nisha...take a bow👏
