That night everybody was enjoying the First Anniversary party in full swing, except the two souls for whom the party was organized, for Taani as already said being in the party, talking with guest, smiling, cutting cake with Rey were as if her duties and she was performing it perfectly masking a wide smile.
Rey was feeling miserable, to begin with he didn't want the party because he knew Taani would be uncomfortable, but then pressure from family and friends compelled him to arrange the party. His parents too came from London to attain their only son's Anniversary party.
The party ended on a good note, late that night when all the guest left, Rey and his dad was standing on the terrace and was talking, it was rather his dad who was inquiring his son regarding their life.
RD- So, how is life?
R-All good dad (looking at the sky)
RD-Is it really so?
R-Yes dad, academy is running marvelously, and SS business Taani is taking good care, profit percentage has increased the merger of Shekhawat and Singhania has proved to be a brilliant decision.
RD- Rey look at me and say, Is Taani and your relation fine?
R-Dad aap ne dekha na Taani kitni khush thi and you know it right my happiness lies is she being happy.
RD- beta Taani khus nahi thi and she was masking her happiness and u too was doing the same.
R-Kya karu dad, materially I try keeping her happy, but emotionally what can I do? Aap ko pata hai na Dad she is my life, but aj bhi who samajti hai, maine aapne ego ke liya ussae shaadi ki, taking advantage of the business situation.
RD-Rey it's high time why don't u tell her the truth that it was all planned to make her get married to you.
R-nahii Dad, I can't tell her the truth, let her think me egoistic, but I can't afford to say that business problem was all faked, because if I say so, dad she will be more hurt, last time she was hurt because instead of talking to her directly, I lied to her and this time if she again find out I lied, she will loss herself, and I can't let that happen, it's better dad let her think that I am the egoistic person.
RD-But beta telling her lie about business was Mr.Shekhawat and mine decision, tumne ushii waqt kaha tha, not to lie to her, but we were the one who compelled you to do so , we did it, for her happiness and your happiness, moreover tumhae pata hai na, Mr. Shekhawat's health is not ok, he wanted to see that Taani's future is secure, she is in safe hands, and we all knew Taani ka future, uski life ki security, uska dhyan, tumse jyada koi nahi rakh sakta, tum jitna uski khayal rakh payogae, sayad she herself can't do it.
R-dad aap ko saach mai lagta she is happy with me, that we still have hopes in our relation, that a day may come when forgetting our misunderstandings, she will love me back the same way she used to do in the college in beginning of our relation, Dad I love her so much?
RD-Yes son, she may be upset with you, angry, hurt, but she still loves you, love can be seen in her eyes, just that her anger, her sorrow, her shattered faith on you has over powered all her feelings, baat karo ussae, kya mujhe apne beta ko batana parega ki how will he make up his issues with his wife, tumne kaha tha na beta ki, she is the love of your life, she is the beat of your heart, so what if she chooses to maintain the distance, you walk forward...talk to her before more distances increase between you too, cause if that happens, both of you will lose yourselves, tum dono ak dusre ke liya banae ho, you guys are just made for each other.
While the father and son was having this heart to heart conversation, Taani was with her mother-in-law, she was helping her to pack, today morning they came to the farm house on the outskirts of Mumbai to celebrate the anniversary party, and tomorrow early morning both Rey's dad and mom will leave for London, and in the evening they will return to Mumbai. After helping her mother-in-law, she slept, because she was having a head ache, so giving her medicine, Taani decided to make 2 cups of coffee and take it to terrace, she knew Rey loves to drink coffee if he is awake till late night for any purpose.
Taani's POV
Rey ko coffee pena pasand hai, if he is awake late night, so let me make 2 mugs, cahee jitna bhi unsae duriya rakhu, but the fact is aaj bhi mai unsae bohot payaar kartii hu, unki taqleef dekha nahi jata, college mai jo bhi kuch hua, I was hurt, mai unhae chor ke calii gayii thi but, how could he marry me just like that, agar etna hie mujsae payaar tha, he could have tried once more, maine kaha dur rahene ko, and he went away, kiu Rey? Kya ak baar bhi aap ko meri yaad nahi ayii, aj sabne humharee anniversary celebrate kiya, saab ke samne aap ne cake cut kiya , kya ak baar bhi appne mujhe wish ki? Mai jantii hu aap, app ke ego ke liya mujsae shaddi ki, aap khush nahi hai from this marriage, but ak baar ak baar Rey jhoot hie bol daeta, ak baar kahe dete Happy Anniversary Taani. I thought shaddi ke raat he will talk to me, but nahii, aapne direct kahae diya ki will use separate rooms, but kiu Rey, jab apne shaddi karne ka decision liya, then couldn't you give our relation a chance, the Rey whom I knew, he can never see me hurt, whole one year we stayed together, ak baar bhi mann nahi hua, Ki Taani ke saath baath karu, differences sought out kar lu... kahae ke dakte Rey, etna payyar karti hu aap se, ki I would have burst out, I may have showed anger, but at the end of the day Rey, rone ke liya mujhae aap ki baho ki jarurat hoti, aap ne tab bhi nahi samjha, aap ko laga mai irritating hu, but kya karu, my happiness, sadness, anger love saab kuch aap pe hie suru hota hai and aap pe hie khatam bhi hota hai. I didn't knew how to react, from last one year I had developed an undefined relation, a mixed feeling of love, care, and hatred towards him, yet a longing in my heart to sought out all differences with him, but then my love for him which was intact even after our break-up, was some were deep down my heart was suppressed, all I thought was the way he compelled me to marry him, every time fulfilling his wishes, I was broken, I felt like I want to hide somewhere, how could I even doubt his intentions, college mai jo kuch bhi hua, but the fact remains same he did it all for me, for my future, aur knowing I will not agree for my marriage, he still did it, because my tauji was sick, aur shaddi ke baad mujse duur rehena, only to make me comfortable, kiu Rey, kiu? Jab aap mujse etna payaar karte ho, then kiu, why did u tolerate my accusations, kiu ak bbar kahe dete saach, kya mai etni burri hu, kya aap ko mere payaar pe shaq tha...but aab aur nahi, mai khud aap ko bata dungii ki how much I love you, aur nahi, I will start a new life with you, I can't just can't survive any more without your love, even I know how much u are hurt, but aap kabhi batayoge nahi, kya faraq parta hai aap batayo yeah mai, I will tell you soon. last time you confessed your love , this time I will do it.
Later on soon she took the coffee, hearing her footsteps, Rey changed the topic, and soon after some mere talks, Rey's dad excused himself on the pretext of sleeping as they had early morning flight. Taani and Rey was standing there is awkward silence, Rey was sipping his coffee, Taani was looking away, her eyes were filled with tears, she wanted to talk to him, confront him but she was feeling helpless, once upon a time she could talk countless with him, but today after a long time of emotional differences, now being his wife, knowing that he loves her more than anything in this world she was feeling helpless, her tongue, her vocal cord her throat all felt dry, she couldn't speak, all she wanted just to hug him tight and cry her heart out, she wanted to feel the warmth of his arms. Tears were unstoppable, she was crying, she couldn't voice out her feelings. Rey initiated a talk, feeling awkward of an uncomfortable silence.
R- woh, Dad bohot tariff kar raha tha, tumharae business sense ka.
(Taani nodded her head) I was saying ki Taani mom dad hai and they will go away tomorrow, I know our relation is not normal, dad knows a little bit , but mom kuch nahii jantii hai, all I was saying is it possible that for tonight we stay in same room, because this is farm house and everybody will... ( Rey stopped in between to see her reaction, but she didn't even response, Rey felt bad thinking is it now that Taani doesn't rely on him a little, feeling bad he said)
It's ok Taani if you are not comfortable mai kabhi tumhae kuch bhi karne paar majboor nahi kiya, you go on sleep I will manage.
Saying so he turned the other side to go, he had just walked a few steps, when he felt two soft arms hugging him from his back, he was surprised before he could realize he felt his shirt was wet from the back, he slowly turned and tried to separate her, but her hug got tightened, Rey slowly separated her and rubbed her tears, he was still holding her arms .
R-Taani, I understand, I understand tumhae bohot taqleef ho raha hai, even I feel enough is enough tumahe aur happily married hone ki acting nahi karni, Taani maine galti ki tumhae force kiya shaddi ke liya, but now I understand we are not mend to be, let's take a divorce. Tumhae koi kuch nahi kahe ga, I will handle it.
T- ( she pushed Rey with a great force, Rey almost stumbled a few steps) Ha thik hai, de dijiya divorce, I only deserve a divorce, years back in college, Taani irritating so let me teach a lesson break up kar do, shaddi ki, aab Taani happy nahi hai, divorce de du? Kiu ak baar yeah nahi socha ki Taani ko kya cahiyaa, Kiu Rey aap hamesha mujsae duur jane ke decisions kiu late ho, agar divorce karna hie hai, then why did you supported dad and tauji in faking a business problem, kiu Tauji ko apne promise kiya ki u will look after me throughout your life, why did u take my responsibility, mujhe duur kar dijiya apne aap sae, I know I really don't deserve you, but u know what if this time you push me out of your life I will destroy myself.
R- Kya bol rahii ho Taani, fake break business problem, Taani are u in senses.
T- Nahii tha hosh mai but aab hosh mai ayii hu, kiu Rey? kiu kiya apne aysa, kiu aap mujsae itna payaar karte ho?
R-Taani...
T-Rey...I have heard it, maine aapke and dad ke conversation...
She couldn't complete it, she broke down she collapsed on the cold floor of the terrace crying her heart out; she was crying bitterly, Rey was speechless. The mere thought that she knew it all, she came to know his lie, but still...he couldn't think more, he came down on his knees and gathered her in his arms, expecting that she will protest, but instead she clutched his shirt and cried more.
R-Taani chup ho jayo, I can explain..
T-mujhe kucch explanation nahi cahiyya, baas etna batiya is I am that bad? Why didn't you share with me? Kiu aap hamesha secrets rakte ho?
R-nahii Taani this time I wanted to tell it all, because I knew you will get hurt, but I was afraid ki tum shaddi se inkar kar dogee, and tauji's health, your mental broken down condition...I had to take the step, but tumhae hurt karne ka erada bilkul nahi tha
T-then shaddi ke baad why didn't you say it?
R-daar gaya tha tumharae reaction sooch ke, laga ki u will not understand.
T-kya mai etni burri hu? That aapne saree dard mere nafrat ssab kuch sahe liya and mujhe taqleef se duur rakha, It really shows Rey I don't deserve you.
R-Aysa nahi hai Sweetheart... (Pulling her in his chest)
T-sweet heart? Aap ko etne taqleef den eke baad bhi?
R-ha because situations cahe kuch bhi ho, tum meri sweet heart thi ho and hamesha rahoge, and I know I felt hurt due to your behavior but then too I knew your condition, I knew you were more hurt, I knew jab bhi tumne mujsae rudely behave kiya hai, mujsae jyada tumhae taqleef hui hai, and that's the reason according to me tum aj bhi meri sweet heart ho, meri jindeggi ho, and meri biwi ho.
T- I love you Rey, I love you so much, mujhe maaf kar dijiya.
R-chup bilkul chup, mujhe meri life, meri Taani, meri wife ko rulana bilkul pasand nahi hai, aj ke din bilkul bhi nahi, Happy Anniversary Sweetheart. (she smiled, with smile and tears she said)
T-Happy Anniversary Rey, my hubby... and..mujhae kuch kahena hai...
R-hmnn kaho?
T-Rey woh...
R-Woh?
T-actually, its 11.30 and one year before on this day we got married, and ...aj humharie anniversary thi...I was saying
( she was looking down, seeing her face Rey understood her hesitation, he was enjoying her antics, she couldn't speak out her feelings, Rey cupped her face in his palms)
R-Taani, tumahe yaad hai, humharie first date in college terrace, terrace is a place which is so near to our heart our feelings, and kahe do jo kahena hai...
T-Rey kya aap mujhae, saach mai aap ki biwi
R-ha tum meri biwi ho, so?
T-( hugging him tight on his chest, hiding her face in the warmth of his chest) Rey Love me, ab mujhae aap ki saath ki jaroorat hai, nahi raha jata aap se duur?
R-Taani are you sure?
T- Rey aab mai aap ki wife hu, kya mujhe haq nahi hai aap ki payaar pe?
Tear dropped from his eyes when he heard "aap ki wife". He gently pressed his lips on her forehead, he lingered his kiss, Taani reciprocated his touch, Rey lifted her from the floor, and soon she was in his arms, he took her down, directly to their bedroom, and placed her on the bed, Taani was feeling shy, she closed her eyes, Rey sat beside her and bend down and touched her cheeks with his lips, she pulled him holding his shoulder, and kissed him on his cheeks, and with his soft palms rubbed his tears. Rey held her palm and softly kissed on her fingers. Then he cupped her face and kissed on her eyes then slowly he removed the flick of hairs falling on her cheeks, he slowly started giving butterfly kisses on the crook of her neck and then slowly he went down kissing and start giving wet kisses on her neck. Taani's hands were roaming in his messy hairs. Rey placed trail of kisses on her shoulder. He kept his hands on her stomach which was peeking from her saree, she closed her eyes his hand was roaming on her bare waist, he was caressing all her upper body, they were in a state of pure bliss, with closed eyes she could feel his hot breath on her lips, and soon she felt his thumb rubbing her soft petals, she clutched the bed sheet and soon she felt his hot lips on her, Rey was nibbling her lips, he licked her lower lip, he was licking her lips giving a amazing sensation to her, and soon he took her upper lips in between his, on the other hand his fingers were doing its job on her stomach, and slowly he kept it on her soft swells, and a moan escaped her mouth and he entered his tongue, he tasted every corner of her mouth Taani's hold on the bed sheet loosened, she held the back of his head clutching his hairs in her fist, understanding her need Rey deepened the kiss more. When they were out of breath, Rey pulled out, her face was totally red out of blush, she couldn't open her eyes, Rey caressed her head, her face lingering his finger on her lips, on the back of her ears, tracing down to her cleavage, and then Rey removed the pallu from her shoulder and it fell on the bed. Rey laid down on her yet not putting his body weight on her, he start ed kissing her neck and from her neck to her cleavage. Taani's hands were roaming on his back and she was moaning in pleasure. He gave a love bite just on the top of her cleavage and then soothing the place by licking it, his hands were unbuttoning her blouse, she tightened her hold on his back, and with his wet kisses soon she was topless, she felt shy, and and to avoid it, she pulled him on her and hid her face on his chest.
R-kya hua, etna shy? Kisine kuch daar pehele kaha, " love me Rey"
T-Rey...
R- Kya Rey..mujhe disturb maat karo, mujhe apni biwi se payyar karna hai.
Rey once again started nibbling her lips, but this time she opened up and welcomed him, she started licking his lips, taking charge of the kiss, Rey let her did what she wanted too, she entered her tongue tasting him, they kept on kissing each other slowly Taani's hand reached to the buttons of his shirt. She opened the buttons and removed his shirt, Rey was watching her boldness, he felt immensely happy, her small actions made him feel wanted, he was happy that they were now truly back in relation. Rey was wearing a vest inside. His muscles were visible to her. She started giving kisses on his shoulder. And Rey's head was in crook of her neck. Her nails were digging in his muscles. But it was not paining. He looks at her face. Her eyes were close. He tucks some strands of her hair behind her ear.
R-Sweet heart, you are already sweating, raat abhi bakki hai baby.
She smiled, he once again pecked her lips, After few minutes their clothes were on the floor. Rey was kissing her whole body madly and giving love bites too. And Taani was moaning his name. And after some time, showering her with kisses, licking her whole body, he parted her, tasted the honey from them, drowning her to the pool of pleasure, he entered in to her.
That moment was most magical moment for them. They kept on loving each other till late night, after one year they were truly husband and wife, they forgot all there misunderstandings. Forgetting all there sadness they stepped into their new life with lots of promises, with faith on each other, and mostly with a promise, with a vow to share their feelings with each other. They didn't sleep, after spending the magical moment they were in their own world, and their topic of discussion, small nokjhoks were all related to their planning regarding upcoming honeymoon trip.
