He walked, holding me. By now it was dark out. He cracked a joke, and I laughed. The meds were taking affect now, making me giddy. He twirled around, making my head spin. We both started laughing.

"Kripa?"

We both froze. Only one person could say my name tartly and full of authority. Apparently Angad heard it too, because he whipped around. Standing there, in all her glory was my dear sister, and the reason I left Texas- Mishti Sharma.

Uh-oh.

"Oh. Um hey Mishti" I said, not smiling. Angad slowly and carefully put me on my feet, supporting me till I was in control with my crutches.

"Hi." She said, expressionless. Her grey eyes flickered to Angad's face, and back to mine.

"Uh this is Angad. Angad, this is my sister Mishti."

He smiled warmly at her, and shook her hand. "Nice to meet you. Kripa told me a lot about you."

"Nice to meet you too. Unfortunately Kripa hasn't told me anything about you."

"Well, then, I guess ill leave you two to your business." He turned to me. "Eat the pills Kripa. Call me if you need anything." He walked past me, brushing his hand against mine, to reassure me. We both watched his retreating figure, until he was out of sight.

"Come. Now." Mishti said, taking my hand.

"But…." I started to protest. She ignored me and sat me in her car.

An hour later, we were sitting in Starbucks, and I was on my fifth Caramel Macchiato. I knew it was wrong to be drinking coffee at night, but the meds were really making me drowsy.

I had told Mishti that Angad was Alliyah's brother, and just an overall nice guy who was part of a group I hung out with. And that he was helping me get to my room because he was the one with the car.

In a way it all was true; of course, I was leaving out a few crucial facts, such as he was the guy that I was seriously crushing on, and the fact that he told me he was into me too. But hey, she didn't need to know everything right?

And Mishti had told me that she decided to come by because she had to get out of the house, where everyone was running around discussing the wedding. All of a sudden, my phone rang.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Hey." It was Angad.

"Hi." I replied, aware of Mishti listening intently.

"She there?"

"Hmhm."

"Is it going ok?" he asked.

"Kinda."

"Oh. Ask her if she wants to ride the coaster tomorrow morning. Maybe she'll like me."

"Alright. Bye."

"Bye" he hung up.
"Who was it?" Mishti asked.

"Angad." I replied.

"I already knew from the way you were talking. "She said. She could be so annoying at times! Ignoring the urge to hurl something at her, I asked her the question.

"Angad is the manager of the coaster in Thrill Ride! and he wants to know if you wanna ride it tomorrow."

"Sure." She replied. I cringed. I was hoping she would say no.

That's the short part! As some of you who read my other ffs might know, I have decided to update all my ffs more but with shorter parts. This part really sucked. Sorry about that. This ff has about 9 parts left- a little more or less. It depends on each part. But yes, it's going to end soon. After this is over, ill focus on completing The Devil Wears Armani and If I Told You I Love You- both are short ffs. Then ill start a new ff, which I promise will be majorly awesome. I've been thinking about it for a while now, and im so excited about it! It's based on a book, but ill tell you all more about that later. And I also promise that once I start that one ff, I won't start another till im finished with the last one. So after im done with the existing ffs, ill do one ff at a time. Erm, 10 comments as always. && please, don't just put "Great Part!" or "good". Plz tell me what u think- I won't mind criticism as well. Just as long as I get a good reaction.😳 Thank you <3

Splendid part!! gosh, when i saw u updated i was so excited that i forgot about my ice cream and now the whole thing melted 😆

It was a short part, but I would rather get something to read in all ure ffs then have to wait for a long part!! Eek, I really think this Mishty hear is upto somethingggggggg...isnt she always? 😆

Gosh, I need to go back and read this thing over, I am losing track of things like why Kripa left, and I was like wait, what wedding? lol.... That was a nice little lie Kripa came up with, well, actually, i take that back.... she didnt lie....she just hid some facts...lol...some "personal" facts...

HAHAHAHAH...IT WAS soooooooooo FUNNY...when Angad, the sweetheart invited Mishty for the ride and she said yes, when Kripa had been hoping she would've said no.... and how a-k talked on the phone because Mishty was around...it was fab!!
