Superb update dear, arnav and khushi came close by discussing their grief what they had gone thru and what they feel about Anjali. Khushi might be feeling relieved after sharing so much with arnav.
Www arnav dear is falling more and more for her, but what about future will his mother accept her. She just hates her and moreover coming close hope helps them in solving the mystery and reducing their pain related to Anjali.

I loved the naughty arnav the way he asked her to repeat his name was so romantic.

Can't wait for the next update dear iam so loving this ff.

sandhya u rocked sweetie. that was one very beautiful update. n wat made it even more special it was mostly about arnav and khushi and them remembering the little angel theu both loved and have lost... sometimes sharing one's make pain with a people to whom one feels connect may not lessen the pain but still it does help to make the person feel better.

my favorite part form the whole update is the tree that arnav planted in memory of anjali. as khushi said it couldnt be a more perfect memoir.

among everyone arnav was the one who knew where khushi could possibly be. it was like a deja vu with everyone looking for her and her being at the top of the world lost in her friend's memories and arnav finding her once again. even the water bottle was a bit the same excpet it wasnt from khushi's school bag. im happy that khushi is not treating arnav as a stranger but someone with whom she feels confortable to whom she can can talks about her friend without being judged. they are not yet be friends but the route to that special bond is not far.

my thoughts to all those parents who have lost a child, it must be so hard for them not knowing wat happened to their loved ones, whether he/she will come back one day. i pray for all of them and i wish they all get a closure to their pain.

awhh arnav was so cute while he was trying to flirt with her in the car but due to his flirting and all he was able to make khushi smile and thats wat matters the most. n wat amazed me was khushi was somehow very verbal today and she even agreed that he was having a vagabond look with the long and curly hair

i cant wait for them to meet again. kuch to hain ankahee si unke beech main...

Every time I read an update from this story, my eyes mist. Not sure if it's about Anjali's missing or about the raw emotions you describe ...omg my throat always has a lump. Amazingly written...! Each and every person in this story are so relatable! When we were in India for a vacation, one of my cousin's 3 yr old girl had gone missing in hyderabad for 4-5 hours. The agony, desperation, grief our entire family went through can never be described...I had night mares for weeks...think about their parents. She was finally found in a grocery store playing with bags of rice! That's why when I think of Anjali...I am always so emotional. Thank you for such a lovely story...! Arnav and khushi's scene was perfect!

Losing a child (missing or otherwise) is every person's / parent's nightmare.Rarely do couples survive this kind of loss. Marriages fall apart following that tragedy because people are shattered.

It is that kind of a tragedy. I am very happy that your cousin's daughter was safe. Thank God for that.

You already know I love this Arnav for his daredevil stunt and golfing. I also love this tender side to him. I love this 33 year old man who is a successful businessman, head of his family by default since the parents are split, brother went though a disastrous marriage and the missing sister. Yet he is insecure in his approach to Kushi, all of a sudden he does not know what to do. I kinda smiled at his hesitation during that car ride. The man has a valid reason to show up at her doorstep even though the last time he was there, he was not in his best avatar. His ego was a little bit hurt when Madhu did not recognize him - come on woman, this is Arnav Singh Raizadha, how can you not remember him? Just kidding, she had a reason to not remember since she was in a panic due to her niece's disappearance. Now I must applaud you for the planning in your storyline with the succession of events. He wondered if Kushi remembered their encounter when they were kids. He did not have to question himself about that when he found her at the exact location this encounter happened. Kushi found out the reason why her maid was over protective towards her son. One cannot blame that mama for acting this way over her cub because she does not want to lose anymore of her children. I cannot fathom what goes through that poor family when they simply have no clue if that child is alive or dead, what they would be like each time they are thinking of them. It must be pure agony. Which is is why my 10 year old got a cell when she started walking home from school (you will laugh when I tell you that it is a 10 mins walk with loads of other kids and parents walking the same path - but I want to be safe than sorry.)
Kushi has a point about her grandma and auntie needing to be upfront with her because she is trying to face her past and shielding her, will not help towards this goal. But they also love her and cannot bear to see old wounds being re-opened. What was beautiful to me in this chapter beyond that beautiful tree that was so lovingly planted by a bereft brother, was that unknowingly Arnav has found a way to comfort her. He is not as close as Akash is to her and certainly after their recent encounters, he would not be her choice for comfort. He simply was there when she needed someone like when they were little. Circumstances keep bringing them together at key moments and when they are calm, they may realize this and stop making excuses as to why they are not suitable for each other. Actually, I think our hero has realized that what he feels for her is very different to the attraction he felt for other woman. I truly love the blooming relationship between these 2. You slayed me again with that last scene, Arnav sigh . . . .

Hello Sandhyaji! First of all, I want to say sorry for not being able to comment earlier. I am really very sorry. I would try my best to comment as soon as an update comes.

This was a wonderful update. One thing I love about your updates is that each one of them contains different emotions. From light-heartedness to the emotional struggle of characters, you can portray every emotion very well.

I think this is the first time I am reading about such a mature and optimistic Arnav. This is seriously a refreshing change and I gladly welcomed it with open arms. He didn't let the demons of his past ruin his present and future. Of course, memories of Anjali cannot be forgotten ever. But he handled it nicely, though he acted irrationally back when he was thirteen. He was a teenager back then who was severely hurt due to the loss of his sister and whose family was drowned in grief. I am not justifying or defending his actions but we also can't blame him completely, right? Which young boy, of a tender age of thirteen, would act sensibly given the kind of situation Arnav faced? I am relieved to know that Shashi came to save him just at the nick of time.

I think it's very cute how Arnav behaves when it comes to Khushi; how he wants to be around Khushi is very adorable. The wise and controlled Arnav simply flies out of the window. "Arnav could not recall the last time he had been as unsure...He neither understood the insane impulses nor could he resist them"-aww! Bechaara haalat ka maara 😛

The way you described Khushi's emotions at Top of the World was very overwhelming. I feel so bad for Khushi. She is feeling guilty for something she didn't have a say in. Guilt is such a miserable feeling to live with. I can't even imagine how she is tolerating this feeling for so long. I just hope she comes out of her misery soon and copes with the bitter truth. I am glad that she has already taken the initiative by facing her past. How long should she suffer for something she didn't do? She doesn't deserve it at all. Thank god, Arnav doesn't blame Khushi for what happened to Anjali. Now I just hope Khushi gets her share of happiness and that includes Arnav as well 😉

According to a website, Laburnum flowers are considered to symbolize pensive beauty and wistful thought. Laburnum trees are poisonous and therefore, harmful to us. Anjali is a beautiful memory for her loved ones. Everyone wants her back badly and can do anything to get her back safely. She is immensely loved and desired by her dear ones. But at the same time, her memories brings back many bitter memories. Is that also a reason Arnav chose to plant Laburnum trees apart from the fact that Anjali loves Laburnum trees? I don't know how it came to my mind but I just thought of that. I don't know if that makes any sense or not 😛

So, Khushi loved Arnav's new look? Arnav must be in the seventh heaven! 😆

Arnav is confused about his feelings? I understand that he must be going through a hard time comprehending his feelings and about other crucial matters IF he wants to be in a relationship with Khushi. But distancing himself from Khushi is not a solution. I just hope he doesn't do that.

Another missing child. This time it was Lakshmi's daughter. When will these things stop? About one lakh children go missing on average every year in India. And guess what? People don't care about it. There would be headlines about missing children one day and people will forget it the next day. But what about that family? How are they going to forget their kid? These things just come as a reminder that how ignorant and desensitized our world has become! Those who abduct these kids, don't they have even a tiny bit of humanity in them? How can they do this to those innocent kids? And not only in India, this is happening in other countries as well.

The way both Arnav and Khushi connected with each other in Anjali's matter was very touching. Both love Anjali a lot. So they can understand each other's pain really well. It's true that we can understand others better if we face similar situations.

The moment between Arnav and Khushi was so lovely. Arnav understood Khushi's hesitation and thoughts so well. The way Arnav asked her to say his name and told her to keep practicing his name till they meet again...my dhak dhak had already started. So, there is a next time. Arnav thinks there will be a next time! He is not going to be all grumpy around her because of his conflicting thoughts. Yippee! The Arshian in me can never die 😆

Thank you so much for the pms, Sandhyaji! Take care.
