I must be the last one to pick up my roomaal given that tauliyas have already been lifted.

Phinally got to read part 2.

All of us humans have this masochistic side to us. We let our mind play the bad things more than the good ones. How many times do we sit and put one happy memory on loop on the mental video player? We might recall many good things from the days of yore but most of us do so with a wistful longing, (at least moi ) more than being happy about it we remind ourselves that, that time is never going to come back.

And then again, why do bad memories have more clarity and detail? Khushi replaying the morning fiasco made me realize so many things. #PowerOfYourWriting

I love Madhu bua, I mean I thought Buas were not supposed to be fun. Oh no Haye re nandkissore, I just forgot Madhumati. I take that back, Buas are fun but Madhu bua is stern and bee's knees at the same time, she's awesome.

But how did Arti Amma save Khushi's father? 😕

Arnowji is a spy, no less. What with his digging on Bitiya? 😈 And what with him being disgruntled with journos, are they being unkind to Raizada Chai?

On a serious note, perhaps they were particularly nasty following Anjali's disappearance. Invasive and insensitive as they generally are.

Khushi's murder mystery somehow adds a spooky angle to this. I have a feeling, there's going to be some major deja vu pertaining to this. Maybe it's analogous to parallel mystery of disappearances happening in real (Shut up shut up Ria, dimaag kahin aur laga)

Whatever be the case there sure is a villain and I have a name, though I don't know who he/she is. He's Lallan. No matter if some Shyam character turns up in future, I have named the villain Lallan and will continue to call him so. 😃 (Lalli if it's a she, don't ask me why)

Sandhya, you've chosen a perfect quote for this chapter. Khushi has conditioned herself to believe that she's the one at fault. It needed someone she respects to shake her figuratively. And that's just what Madhu Atha's percipience and firmness does. I'm loving her character.

Our thoughts, our beliefs, our character, are all shaped both consciously and unconsciously by our surroundings, be it the serenity of the Nilgiris or the volatility of Aarti Raizada. Her outburst had ramifications which affected the behaviour of both Arnav and Khushi. Those tiny steps Khushi had been taking towards a semblance of normality again crushed by Aarti Raizada's tirade. Also would Arnav have barged in on her in this manner if his mother hadn't had that vitriolic flare up at the dining table? Unlikely ... That stoked his already turbulent feelings. I like the way you give importance to all the characters in your story. It matters.

Speaking of turbulence, their encounter was intense! All those conflicting emotions laid bare by you. Loved the line "she inhaled the air he exhaled".

I'm happy to go along with the pace you're setting :)

need to read next part to know what madhu talking about...at this moment i am happy that khushi is not leaving ..i hope...awesome story...read the second chapter...as they say that if you already made your mind regarding someone you won't change your mind that easily...arnav here is that person and he think that khushi is writing abut his sister...i will wait for the day when he finally realises that how khushi suffered

I love Madhu. I simply love her. What an awesome aunt to have. And she's right. Khushi has got to stop running What did Arti do now? Well whatever it is, I'm sure Madhu is more than enough to handle her. But what is this debt that Uma owes to Arti?Ugh. Now this is going to stress me out. Please reveal it soon.

I loved the way Khushi's aunt saw through her, and made her see that her decision to come back and face the past was the right thing to do. I love how you showed Madhu to be so level headed and believing in facing problems than running away.

But her paati's statement about Aarti Raizaida helping Shashi was a blow. Now this is a new thing. How? Why her? Why the secrecy?

And the angry young man came and that to so early. I expected the confrontation but not so soon. And he find out everything about her. And he hates journalist. Why is it there nature to dig or is it something to do with the past after he disappearance of Anjali?

And the murder-mystery novel set on Nilgiris doesn't help this case. He thought Khushi is using Anjali and Raizada's loss for her novel? Well I don't know is it the anger making him think this way and bad about Khushi? Or his mothers venomous thoughts about Khushi since the incident? Or is it his uncontrollable attraction to Khushi which angered him more and made him blame Khushi?

Whatever it was the undercurrent of attraction, passionate and everything so potent between these two was not hidden from even them. I don't think Aarti's Raizada could stop this fm happening.

But I didn't like Khushi keeping mum. She kept quiet on learning Arnav's identity and it brought this upon herself and now after him through blames at her and disrespecting her friendship with Anjali she still kept quiet.

I loved Lavanya, how she tried to protect Khushi by first stopping Arnav from entering the house and than letting Khushi know she is around he she needed her. And that all when she felt the attraction pool towards Arnav.

Part 1 Awesome update 👏

I am glad that Khushi founded some solace when she visited the places and performed activites which she used to with Anjali.

The easiest way to give up is to flee away but khushi can not do it anymore. Her Atha is right, it time she stick with her problem, think deeply and eventually she will find the solution. It's about time.

I can't wait to read part 2, i will stalk this thread for it.

I am having a feeling that Akash will meet khushi or even better, may be its about Anjali, curiousity is deadly.
