Prithvi is relieved seeing Simone but is shocked to see a girl run to her. He is thinking about that letter Simone gave him about how there is no more kid. He thinks whose 5 year old kid could it be if she killed his. Then he sees a man come toward Simone (doesn't see who) with a seven year old boy in his arms and hug her. He then sees the girl and boy playing like brother and sisters. Prithvi goes home before he breaks apart.
In the car he is crying non-stop.
Prithvi: How could Simone go to another man? She can't just leave me like that. But what I did to her wasn't good either. She just did what mom did. Luckily for her she got a man quickly and had his children instead of mine!
On the other hand we see at the park Simone and the guy who hugged her.
Simone: Where were you Prem (Manoj Bhora)? I waited at the resteraunt for at least an hour before I came. You said you would pick me up from my shift. Anyways, because you didn't come, I did overtime so hopefully it'll balance out with the rent.
Prem: Oh come on Simone. Why don't you ever let me help you. What's the use of being rich if I can't help my best friend in her time on need.
Simone: My bad days haven't come that I need help. I mean what's the point of having legs and arms if I'm not going to use them?!

Mukti has left already. Prem is going to work so he is going to drop Sid at Simone's since she has a day off today. Prithvi is passing by the house when Prem knocks on the door and Simone opens. Prithvi sees and waits. Prem gives Simi a hug and leaves Sid with her. He goes to office. Simone is about to close the door when she sees Prithvi but the next second she doesn't. She thinks I must be missing him, that's all.
The next day we see Rohit come to Khanna house with his family.
Flashback:
You see Neha open the door and lead them all in. Rohit is in his room resting.
Aliyah: Rohit…
Rohit: How's my best friend doing! You haven't come to see me for such a long time. What's wrong?

If you don't understand because you don't watch Kasauti then don't worry. Point is, Prem was evil but turned good after falling in love with Mukti. Sid: Papa, I want to go play with Aastha!(Sid wasn't paying attention)
Prem: Okay Prithvi, I have to go. Actually my son and my friends daughter are good friends and he wants to play with her as I promised to take him earlier.

They exchange addresses and numbers and head off there own way.
