Arnav always was there in the background with her...but why did he not confront his own feelings all these years. That is so confusing..His ego must have overpowered any feelings he had for Kushi. I am sure he must not have known his own feelings for her, but he surely felt for her. so when she was not around, what must have he told himself?! Eten now, he has not realized the spark she bring him..

Brilliant update.

Loved the way you describe Delhi. Being from Delhi I loved reading it and remembering going to all those places, even the cinema hall.

Today's update clears lots of things. Like why lavanya stop talking to Khushi but it's not Khushi's fault that her boyfriend ditched her, she she was not even their when it happens, right?

How Khushi suffer every time she come in contact with raizada people. Now when she is with arnav her scholarship will be stopped, thanks to intelligent poonam, who thinks she is right in what ever she do.

Arnav and Khushi's relationship would have been something different if arnav could have left some of his mothers teaching.

This Aman is different from what he shows. He must have some feeling for Khushi. Don't know how will it make difference to arnav and Khushi's equation, now that he is back.

I too thought its a strange coincidence of Gangandeep... Are Lavanya and Preetho being taken for a ride??? Or is Lavanya going to dump this betrayal on Khushi, the favorite punching bag's head...

Khushi seems to be attracting problems without even trying to do anything! Feel for her...

This is how Poonam gets a leverage over Khushi ... The reason??? What happens now in Patna to elicit such a strong response from Poonam, bringing in a sense of threat, as to take such a step...

Interesting!

Its good to know Arnav realizing that his dad is keeping an eye on his kids though not interfering... Can see how slowly his perception of his parents is changing and has started to see them with an adult eye...

Radhika... one thing that stands out in your story is the description that does not want us to skip even a word... You have a keen sense of observation to be able to describe even the mundane things so beautifully making it so easy to imagine and be in the spot and witness the ongoing action... Your description gives a vivid picture, yet it is realistic...

Loved the update...

Loved the update!! I'm really enjoying reading the conversations between preeto and khushi..they're hilarious and I'm so glad that they remain friends after college as well.

Every chapter of tewari and sons demands some kind of responce from the reader. Thus I will make some comments on this chapter.

The underlined sentiment is that no matter how arnav and khushi were in the past, how rude he was, how hurtful a deep connection that they share comes through. Even though they might not be aware of this connection it is so obvious to me. He might be engaged to payal, and share many lifestyle related aspects, yet they are so disconnected. There is nothing between them. Yet with khushi even many years ago when they barely knew each other they seem to be so connected. The tragedy is how that connection was suspended in the coming decade.

I can read and enjoy the conversations between khushi and preeto for hours. This is what is so fantastic about your writing...every character, every conversation is so engaging.

May be we will meet aman next chapter

We already know why khushi had to leave her studies, and yet I dread reading how poonam raizada actually engineers the process. Arnav is not aware of this, is he? I would love to read his reaction when he comes to know about it.

How will the new year tea conversation unfold between these two. So many, so many things to look forward to...thank you.

I was looking at my notes and I had envisaged 30 chapters in all. That is present day chapters. I have finished eight now, so still a long way to go. I might increase the number of chapters if needed. I do work with a very rough structure, but obviously I tweak them as I go along.

Given how all the characters and their relationships are currently, one may wonder how will I resolve everything in the next 20 odd chapters, I am not sure either. I suppose I won't resolve everything. People are going to hate me, isn't it? 😆 But I hope it will be a satisfying story for the readers when it ends.

@Everyone: Thanks again for reading and leaving such wonderful comments. I have not yet begun writing the next chapter, but hopefully will post something in the middle of the coming week.
