Such a heartbreaking update. Beautifully written though. It's like the Murphy's Law for Khushi. Every ship is sinking at once. Where is Shyam? At least they have each other in this really tough time.

Okay I must admit I didn't see that coming. And I do feel awfully sorry for khushi.

No one deserves to hear this on top of the blow she already has. Yes, she has been wilful in her dislike and disdain of her mother, yes she has been cavalier about relationships, but all that notwithstanding, she didn't deserve Arnav's abandonment, even if Garima was alive. And the least Arnav owed her was a face-to-face explanation instead of a coward's voice message! 😡

And for once I want to whack Arnav. Not for the timing , that was unfortunate, but for being what Akaash accused him of, selfish! He only thought of himself and his brother, his guilt & his desire to do the right thing by Akaash, based on Akaash's perspective.

But what he forgot was that there is another individual involved -Khushi. Khushi wasn't the one who initiated a kiss. Khushi was not the only one involved in this relationship, this "us". She was not the one jumped to her defense threatening to cut ties with a business associate when his son insulted Khushi. She was not the one who rushed to be by her side and talked about how he felt the same about them as she did.

Is he really naive enough to beleive, given the venom that Akaash carries in his heart, that if he stepped out of the equation, all would be fine between Akaash & Khushi and they would go back to a happy love story? Or knowing that would probably destroy things between Akaash & Khushi, he was ok to let Khushi go as long as it absolved him in Akaash and his own eyes? Then maybe Khushi is better off without him!

I wonder how will he feel once he gets to know of his impeccable timing!
