First she seduces a drunk Arnav to sleep with him and Arnav blames himself for it and not her. I agree that the sex was mutual, but Lavanya did see a drunk Arnav and initiated the act of seduction. But even then Arnav never blamed her for the night, instead always blamed himself.

Next due to her insecurities and lies, she always blamed Arnav for not trying harder to make their marriage work. Again why should someone else take the blame for her actions?

After the truth about Aarav was out, again Lavanya blamed Arnav saying that the marriage never meant anything to him nor does Aarav. Again for her betrayal, why blame Arnav??

After Aarav died, Lavanya blamed Arnav again saying that he wanted Aarav out of their way and must be happy that the child is no more. Arnav never had any hand in the untimely death of the little one, it was just fate. Then why blame Arnav for something which was beyond anybody's control?

And now when she came to know that their marriage does not stand any chance and Arnav has indeed moved on, again blame Khushi for the demise of her already dead marriage and then try to kill herself and blame Khushi for her foolish act.

Who gave Lavanya the right to always blame others for all of her foolish actions?

She needs a reality check badly and I wonder who would give her that.

Finally how long is she going to lie that she came to know about Aarav only the day he was born? Did she know this even before her wedding???

Lavanya is one female (Sorry, I can't call her a Lady) who is hell bent on getting her way by hook or by crook... You know when I think about it... it looks like a ploy to get Arnav... like the last flapping of legs of a drowning swimmer... She knows she is going to loose Arnav but she does not want anyone else to have him... Thats why she has pointed her fingers at Khushi in the note... Otherwise why should she bring in Khushi whom she has never met but heard and seen pic? She knows Arnav is a softee and very well bred and his conscience would play the guilt on him... Thats why this attempt and that too with a note... As I mentioned some posts back, for her Arnav is just an acquisition... Her possessive behaviour reminds me how we maintain our cars... Its a matter of convenience... Her sense of betrayal by Arnav comes from her own duplicity and betrayal... She knows her duplicity has cost her a huge part of her life but not ready to acknowledge... Thats her ego playing and its a big fat one too... Just like a balloon it needs to be pricked to deflate but for that she needs to feel she wants to change herself... Only then will the shrink be able to help her... Right now she is in denial and defiant mode and it is being pampered by her family... This is of no help... But once they come to know her duplicity will they help her out???

Whatever said and done damage to Khushi has occurred and she has no one to turn to... Her mother herself has told her that she is the extra unwanted cog in Arnav's family and she and her father are ashamed of her... She will not go to Arnav as he dealing with so much ... Her parents have turned their back... Why is that I feel she is about to push off to Pampore and find solace in the saffron fields??? No one would have thought that she would go there in search of her...

BTW, Lavanya knew that Aarav was not Arnav's... Thats why she seduced him seeing the opportunity...

The warmth of a mother, the innocence of son's and a real bitch - I am patting myself for so eloquently saying it. I guess that is why Jenny does the writing and we saffronian's do the reading and I would not prefer it any other way 😉. Another marvelous read and a few more moments added to the pleasure part of the brain😆.

Ofcourse, a fresh breeze is always a welcome pleasure. Thanks to Aastha for providing the freshness especially when we were least expecting it and more importantly when she was going through her own set of emotions and battles. A warm hug and an honest conversation was the most opportune thing that Arnav could have wished for and that is what he got exactly.

Given the state of the events, I think the coming period of time will prove that Arnav will be needing Aastha more than he realizes. Currently, of all the women in his life, looks like she is the only one who actually "got his back". As for the other two women of his life, looks like he will be chasing one and get chased by the other. An interesting setup, a chase to catch up and comfort his love and a chase to catch and cage her love. We all know where our bets are placed and I am sure our writerji will provide enough turns and twists to make this race an exciting one, all the way to the finish.

It was about time Arnav realized that when you are racing against wind, the race really starts when you start adjusting your sails instead of bending the boat. Glad to see Arnav finally deciding to present his case, express his feelings and setting his priorities in the order of his preference. Also, now that he has proved the strength of his backbone by bending over backwards (literally speaking😉), it's time to put some of the same backbone to use to stand up straight. To stand up for what is right, what is rightfully his, what he rightfully deserves and to do good by someone who he rightfully owes.

Lavanya - I used to wonder how someone would explain a complex character of being a bitch like her in the simplest possible terms. After reading your words expressed through Arnav, I have to say, those are the exact words I wanted to read and unlike Lavanya, "I am completely convinced" 👏.

It's a bit disheartening to know that someone like her who does not deserve an ounce of merit, thanks to so many patronizing her, actually feels so automatically entitled and self deserving. It is a hard reality to swallow that there are more Lavanya's than Kushi's out there in the real world. Thanks to Jenny for providing a glimpse into the brains of these kind to us saffronian's. In my humble opinion, if you ever run into a body with a brain like that, just keep away. If that is not possible, I have a one of a kind, unique medicine, which actually the doctor has to take. Yes, the doctor, and all it entails is to take the word "patronize" away from his/her dictionary with his/her patient🤓.

The story finally reached a point where everyone has played their turns out and displayed who they really are. The second round is about to begin and I am anticipating some interesting moves from everyone. Ofcourse, I wont be liking them all, but I believe our writerji knows how to setup a perfect game 👍🏼. Eagerly waiting for more.

You wrote the scene between Arnav and Astha beautifully. Glad she knows the truth about Arnav & Lavanya's marriage.
