i suspected he had cancer. this is awful. so just the boys know :( I was so worried about khushi overhearing aman and arnavs hallway conversation. Goodness it's going to be rough when she finds out because she'll be dealing with her dad's illness along with her brother and husband and father lying/hiding this from her. Do you send out pms for this story? I'd love to be added to the list if you don't mind.Great writing and I love reading your work

Chapter 19 Teaser:

Just as he made to touch her, she stood up angrily. Blood oozed out of a large gash on her head. She looked pale. Her eyes no longer warm and green...instead, they were black, unseeing yet accusing.

"I trusted you papa!" she yelled, tears rushing down her cheeks, mingling with deep red blood on their way down her pale skin. "I trusted you more than anyone! And you lied! You lied to me papa! I trusted you! You lied!"

With that last scream, she fell back to the ground, still as stone. Quiet as the night. Gone forever.

LOVE this story!!!! Chapters 17 and 18 were awesome! Arnav and Khushi's relationship is going great but alas all can't be well in our lives and shashi's illness is playing up again. That last promo is very confusing! Looking forward to the rest of the story! 😊
