The image of Meera leaning against Arnav was so moving. The innocence of childhood burdened with so much grief. But, it's interesting how she's taken to Arnav, has sensed something in him that she connects with. The guilelessness with which she says she wants to say hi to him while in Delhi, the endearing artlessness of a child. She feels she will miss him, so says it aloud.
I like the way you've written Manorama. It's her girls, both of them. She wants to see the change in Khushi. Accepting that your daughter in law should move on is one thing, but actively encouraging it is so rare to find. Kudos to her.
Reading about Khushi's sense of loss and of being lost without him made me want NK to be there for her. And I never knew I'd ever feel that way until now.
