Aww he fainted from low sugar and the lioness is feeding him jalebis. Must have thought he has died and gone to heaven when he opened his eyes. What a nautanki he is, pretending to be sick so his family will stay at the Guptas. Veggie pijja? Poor Kushi! Is she can make this, he has to marry her. She is too resourceful to let go.
